We're reaching a major turning point in the story and there are going to be some changes at the end of the arc. But for now let get to the chapter. Recap
Last time on Tales of Tamers Xilla; The gang battle with Cordovin rages on, as Oscar came up with the plan to destroy the mech misslee pod to disable the cannon, but it has fail when Cordovin caught on. Ruby try to convince her to help them but fell on deaf ears. Ruby then enter the mech cannon and set offf all the dust taking the weapon out of commission. Meanwhile Blake group battle intending to finish their feud once and for all. It was a hard fought battle but in the end the trio was able to defeat the mad Faunus for good. They soon race back to the others as A Leviathan class Grimm was making it way to Argus. The gang realize they just out the only thing that could stop it. Ruby plan to use her eyes to stop it as the Tamers use their mega forms to hold it off. Ruby was able to turn the Grimm to stone long enough for Cordovin to finish it off. But before they could leave they were attack by a Lotusmon who claim humans are nothing but cruel. Ruby refuse to believe that as she claim that their good in everyone. This let her and Palmon biomerge into Rosemon and defeat Lotusmon. The gang then set out to Atlas to get the lamp to General Ironwood.

The greatest kingdom
Takato Pov: It been a couple of hours since we left Argus, we have just cross into the Mantle area. It won't be long until we come to Atlas. "So, Ruby, what was it like, the biomerge?" Jaune ask. Ruby tilt her head. "Well, it hard to explain, it was like me and Palmon were truly one being. I was Rosemon and she was me." She said. "I can't wait until me and Biyomon can do it, it going to be awesome." Nora said. "Me too, I wonder what we'll turn into?" Koga ask. "We'll have to wait til it happens." Goro said. "Hey kids you want to come see this." Qrow said as we all came to the ffront off the ship. When we did, wwe saw a large land massfloating over a city. "Is that Atlas?" I ask. "It amazing." Elize said in wonder. "How is it folating like that. "See those tubes at the bottom of the land mass, their powwer by gravity dust, it what keep the city afloat." Jerico said. "It was a joint venture by our companies." Weiss said. "What that?" Yang ask. We look up to see several battleships in the sky. "The Atlas military airfleet." Weiss said.
"I have a bad feeling about this." I said. "Manta 5-1 welcome home," A woman on the comm said. "Please conitue your approach to Atlas docking bay omega 12. A security team will meet you there." She said. "I don't understand, what going on here?" Ruby ask. "I don't know." Qrow said. "What ever going on, it not good." Rika said. "But were here, we got the lamp to Atlas and we can get some answers." Jaune said. "I'm not so sure." Weiss said as we all look at her. "What do you mean?" Asuna ask. "I never sen our forces deployed so aggressively before. If we land in a stolen ship, there no way the security team will let us anywhere near Ironwwood." She said. "Plus, there too much heat on us, I doubt we need any more." Kirito said. "And worrst they might take me back to my father." Weiss said. "They'll have to go through me first." Koga said. "So?" Blake ask. "Winter." Weiss said as she took out her scroll. "Put some distance between us and them." I said to Maria. "You don't have to tell me twice." She said as she descent the ship over the city of Mantle. We look to see a billboard of Ironwood giving a sheech. He now has a beard and look to have seen better days. "He look so tire." Ruby said. "Yeah, he look like crap." Zorome said.
"James what have you been doing?" Qrow ask. "This isn't right." Weiss said. "Manta 5-1 we've noticed a detour in your route, you are to make your way to docking bay omega 12 immediately do you copy?" The woman ask. "Were kind of running out off time here kids." Maria said. "It best we lose the ship for now." I said. "Agreed get lost in Mantle and by ourselves some time." Qrow said. "I'm telling you my sister can take us to Ironwood." Weiss said. "I don't know is that a good idea icee queen, look." Jerico said . On a billboard was Winter. "A reminder, failure to coperate wwith Atlas military personal is a punishable offence,if your sctor is in lock down." Winter said. "No offence Weiss, but it looks like we can't count on her anymore." Miku said. "There obviously something very wrong, if we can just talk to her." Weiss said. "Look, I'm noy sure we should be talking to Ironwood until we know exactly what going on with Mantle." Qrow said. "Same, something is off." I said. "Everyone calm down, I know someone who can help with both." Maria said. The comm came on as Maria turn it off. "Jeez lady take the damn hint." She said. We soon land thee ship and head into Mantle.
We kept the Digimon in our D-arcs to avoid attention as we follow Maria. "It so warm here." Rina said. "It the heating grid, since Mantle in the middle of a tundra it a necessity." Weiss said as we walk. "Come on now, it shouldn't be much of a walk." Maria said. "Is this many soldiers normal?" Jaune ask as we took note of all the soldiers. "No, I was born in Mantle this is weird." Zorome said worry. "I agreed, Ironwood must be worry quite a bit to do this." Hiro said. Yang stop to look at a drone as it flash her. She growl and kick it. "Oh maybe wee should pick up the pace." She said. "Indeed, the sooner we arrive the safer we'll be." Erika said as we got moving. "You have to remember the kingdom just lost the great war. The people of Mantle needed a sigh of a brighter future." Maria said. "And that sign was Atlas. After all a home in the sky is as about as bright as it gets." She said. "While some people turn to Robyn Hill." Miku said. "Who?" Ren ask. "She a huntress who aid Mantle when the military won't." She said. A truck passed us by with several Faunus cover in ddirt in the back. Sven growl. "This whole city is awful." Blake said.
"Good." A drunk said as he fell out of an alley. "You don't like it here, there is plenty of space out in the tundra." He said. "Sorry I didn't mean to." Blake said. "Atlas is the greatest kingdom in the world al right!" He shout. Rika try to retort but Blake stop her. "We can't cause a scene." Blake said. "The embargo got us in a rough patch, we try to help the others Kingdoms and this is what happens. I say let them rot!" The drunk shout. "I apologize, I didn't mean to insult you." Blake said. The drunk spit. "Stupid fucking Faunus like you wouldbn't unde-." He was cut off as a glyph appear under him as he was launch into a trash can We look to Weiss. She smirk. "It was worth it." She said as Zoey laughs. "Damn right it was, I wish I could have done that." The pinkette said. We soon ran as a pair of Atlasian knights show up. Maria then led us to a building as we went inside. "h it good to see you again old friend." She said to a large man with dark skin sitting behind a desk. He look at her. "Do I know you?" he ask. "What a great start." Zoey said. "Cybernetic optical implants, you adjust them every ten years or so." Maria said. "Maria yes wwith the cybernetic optical implants." The man saidass he came arround to reveal his chair has robotic legs.
"Oh has it been that long already." He said as we enter another room. "I konw I age like a fine wine. Would have been here sooner if I haven't rrun into these jokers." She said. "I though they need my guidence while fighting a little old sphinx." She said as he help her onto a bed. "Oh do they?" He ask. "Oh no, they had much more complicated issuses." She said. I clear my throat. "Miss Maria care to introduce your friend?" I ask. "So impatient I didn't introducce one of Atlas finest minds." She said. "Working in a place like this? Yaang ask. as a piece of the ceiling fell down. "He like to keep a low profile. Something I've come to realize none of you know anything about." Maria said. "You can call me Pietro." he said. "Finest heart too, this clinic is just where he and his Daugther volunteers when they are not building the future of Atlas, along side Ironwood in the clouds." She said. "Oh it stuffy up there. Down here I get to help the locals and gave a little fun. I'm currently working on shoes that make you dance, you want to try themon?" He ask.
"Yes!" Nora and Rina shout. "Faather I'm back." A voice said. A girl around 18 came i. She has long purple hair that was tie up in a bun. She has glasses over her green eyes. She wore a purple coat and a black pants with white shoes. She also has a pair of white gauntlets on her arms. "Ikuno!" The 13s group shout. "Oh Ikuno are they friends of yours?" Pietro ask. "A few of them." She said. "It good to see you." Miku said as she hug Ikuno. "Same to you it been a long time." Ikuno said. "Ikuno have you." Hiro said as she cyt him off. "You're wondering if I have seen Misuru or Kokoro correct?" She ask. "How did you?" Zorome ask. Pietro chuckles. " My adopted dauther semblance allow her to read the thoughts of others, it come in handy when dealing with shady people." He said. "That is correct, now to answer your question, I have no knowledge of where Kokoro is. But I have encounter Misuru here in Mantle." She said. "Can you contact him so we can meet up." Hiro said. "Afraid not Hiro, he told me he and his partner can't join us. They have something to do." She said.
"So, you got a Digimon too?" Koga ask. Ikuno pull out a purple and red D-arc. "Reload Tentomon." She said as a large red ladybug appear. "Greeting everyone, I am Tentomon." He said with a check her D-arc. "[Tentomon rookie level insect Digimon. A clever little bug who will shock you with his super shocker attack.]" She said. "Now what did you need to talk to us about?" Ikuno ask. Most likely read our minds on the way in. "Were wondering if you could help us?" Yang ask. "We have come to Atlas hoping to talk to General Ironwood." I said. "What exactly has been happening here?" Blake ask. Pietro cough. "Well, the fall of Beacon took it toll ion all of us. James was no different, I couldn't tell you exactly what it was exactly that he saw there but it scare him." He said. "He scare." Qrow said. "I think paranoid would fit better." Ikuno said. "You have to understand it wasn't just the Grimm, someone completely dismantled the Atlas security codes. Made it their plaything and made us look like traitors to some and fools to everyone else. Who ever managed to do this, is either against us or one of our own. I fear it maybe both and so does the General." Pietro said.
"Maybe Atlas isn't as safe as we thought." Ren said. "It would be better if we return to Spyros." Alice said. "Good call, I doubt being around a General who freak out of his mind is a good idea." Kirito said. "Agreed." Vielecmon said. "But after we came all this way we can't just leave can we?" Oscar ask. "How does the council fell about this, or Winter Schee?" Weiss ask. "The council so scared, they agree to what ever he wants. Some representives from Maantle." He said as he look at Weiss. "Wait your Weiss Schee." He said. "Wait what were you trying to say about Mantle?" Yang ask. Pietro look at her rrobotic arm. "You painted it." He said. "What?" Yang ask confuse. "Is every thing ok?" Ruby ask. "Your team Rwby." He said. "You know us!" Ruby shout shock. "We sure do." Ikuno said. "And I feel like a dunce for not reconizing you sooner." Pietro said. "My little sister told us so much about you." Ikuno said. "Your sister?" Ruby ask. But then an alarm wwent off. We then heard people screaming out side. "Trouble." Jaune said as we ran out. We saw what look like Tiger like Grimm. "Sabers." Ikuno said. 'I guess the city defenses aren't doing much." Oscar said. "Like that should surprise us." Ryo said. "Let take them down." I said. "Digi-modify Digivolvtion activate!" We shout.

He is know to bring the thunder to the jungle wwith his electro shocker attack.]" He said. The Grimm soon came at us. "Beast!" I shout as I sent a red dragon head at one. "Pyro blaster!" Growlmon shout as he blast a few of them. "Thunder priece!" Rika shout as she shot the lighting arrow at them. "Dragon wheel!" Kyubimon shout as sshe shot the blue flame dragon at them. "Ignite terror!" Elize shout as she sshot the large purrple beam at them cutting a path through. "Moon night bomber!" Lekismon shout as she shot a energy bomb at them. Kenji shot fire dst at the Grimm to set them on fire. "Burn flame!" Shout Baohackmon as he add more th the fire. Ryo use his battle staff to strike a couple dowwn. ;Strike fang!" Strikedramon shout as he tore through a group of them. Alice shot her wwhip blade as it it stab through a few off them aand threw them away. "Black beam!" Dobermon shout as he shot a black laser at them. Jerico aim his guns and shot flaming bullets at them. "Nova blast!" Greymon as he launch a large fireball at them.
Koga jump onto the back of a saber and tore it head off with his claws. "Howling blaster!" Garurumon shout as he blast a few of the Grimm. "Ryusosen!" Hiro shout as he took down a group of them. "Metal armor blade!" Ginryumon shout as he shot his spears at them. "Stun claw!" Meicoomon shout as she stun one with a punch. "Crushing drop!" Zoey shout as she crush it with her lance. A saber pounces for Keisuke as he froze it with a ice dust round. He switch to his sword mode and smash it. "Vantheon!" Zubaeagermon shout as he spun to slice up a couple Grimm. Sven use his chains to bind seven of them together. "Power metal!" Dorugamon shout as he destroy them with the metal spike. Ruby was using her semblance to rush all over the streets cutting them down. "Needle stray!" Togemon shout as she shot her needles at them. Weiss use her glyph to launch herself to stab one in the head. "Turbo stinger!" Waspmon shout as she shot at one. Blake use her clone to dodge one and shoot it in the back. "Shadow paw!" Blackgatomon shoutas she finish it with a barrage of punches. Yang grab one as it charges at her and then threw it at her partner as he tore it apart. Jaune was able to behead one with his sword. "Assault claw!" Tialudomon shout as he stab his claw into one.
Ren does a spin kick to take out 2 sabers. "Kunai wing!" Peckmon shout as he threw his kunai at them. Nora was blowing them up like crazy. "Meteor wing!" Birdramon shout as she shot fire balls don at them. Argo wrap her wwhip around one and shock it. "Razor wind!" Shout Reppamon as he cut one down wwith an air blade. Oscar then took one down wityh his cane. "Lighting stiner!" Filmon shout as he stab his claw into one. Matt use his sword to cut one in half. " Mighty flame!" Lavorvomon shout as he torch one. "Fira dive!" Firamon shout as he tackle into a group. Rina was going nuts as she take out any in her way. "Vee breath arrow!" Veedramon shout as he shot as blast them with his flame arrow. "Double circular!" Kirito shout as he dash wwhile do a doulde slash to slice two of the Grimm. "Shadow Meteor shout!" Lowemon shout as he shot the black beam from his chest mouth at one. "Quadruple pain!" Asuna shout as she thrust her sword into four of them. "Draining rain!" Ranamon shout as she drops water on a few of the Grimm. Goro combine his chakrams into a ax and chop one in half.
Futoshi hammer wrap around his hand to turn into a drill fist as he punch into one tearing it to bits. "Core breath!" The two Coredramon shout as they shot at a group together. Zorome melt a light post at it fell on a Grimm crushing it. "Pyro punch!" Agunimon shout as he shot a fireball at another. Mike strike one with her claws. "Lobo Kendo!" Lobomon shout as he cut them down with his energy swords. Ikuno aim her gauntlet and shot a purple beam to destroy a few Grimm in a row. "Electro shocker!" Kabuterimon shout as he shot a large lighting ball at them. Qrow use his scythe to take a couple of them. "Damn there are a lot of them." he said as we saw another group coming in. Suddenly green beams came down destroy the Grimm from the sky. "Look." Solene said. Floating in the sky was a figure with what look like green flames coming from their feet. The Digimon change back to normal. Once they land we got a better of who it was. It was a girl with long orange hair with a pink metal bow.
She wore a tan and green dress, long black gloves and boots with green lines on the sides. She has green eyes and freckles face we all know too well. It was Penny. "Penny." Ruby said shock to see her friend. "Daughter why don't you say hello to your friends." Pietro said. "I'm sure they miss you." Ikuno said. Renny look at Ruby as she broke into a large smile. "Sal." She said as we were confuse. "U" Penny said as she got ready to move. "You should brace yourself, this is gonns hurt." I said to Ruby. "Uh oh." She said. "Tations!" Penny shout as she shot at Ruby. Ruby panics as Penny clash into her. We walk to them as they got up. "It is a pleasure to see you again." Penny said. "Penny I." Ruby said. "Thought she died, I guess in a manor of speaking she did. But we were able to recover her core from Amity arena, once it made back to Atlas." Pietro said. "it took us time and my sister was back." Ikuno said. "I'm as new, better even and now I'm the official protector of the city." Penny said. "That my girl." Pietro said. "Like getting tore apart can keep a good Polenia down." Ikuno said. "No way it can." Penny said as she tap her head. "This is." Weiss said.
"Strangely wholesome." Blake said. "Sound like Penny to me." Yang said. "Either way welcome back Penny." I said. "Uh can some explain this please?" Asuna ask. "Penny here is a robot with a soul, the first I believe right Pietro?" I ask. "Correct the first of her kind." He said. "So she like me." Yui said. Penny look to Ruby. "We have so many things to catch up about, I cannot wait." She said as a alarm went off. "It seems it have to wait, talk more later I can't wait to hear about all your adventures." She said as she flew off. "Is she always like that?" Matt ask. "Pretty much." Rika said. "Come on let get out off this weather." Ryo said. Maria, Pietro and Ikuno went on ahead. "Things went pretty well." Keisuke said. "Yeah, normally they go to shit." I said as we were suddenly tie up by bolos as we hit the ground. "You and your big mouth." Zubamon said. We were surrounded by 5 people in blue and white Atlas uniforms. "Good work team." The leader said. "Hey what going on." Oscar said. "Hey pal, I'm a licensed huntsman, just trying to help!" Qrow shout.
"So, what the big idea!" Rika shout as they start to collect our weapons. "Let get them onto the next transport." The leader said. "Please, were just trying to help." Ruby said as she try to move. "What is the meaning of this, what are the Ace ops doing down here in Mantle?" Pietro ask. "Ace ops?" I ask. "Atlas special ops, and Ironwood top lapdogs." Jerico said. "Well, we heard a report of an unauthorized ship making an unauthorize landing, follow by an unauthorize use of weapons by unlicensed huntsmen and strange creatures most likely Digimon." The leader said. as we got loaded into a truck. "Now this is much closer to what I was expecting." Qrow said. "What now?" Elize ask. "We wait and see." I said as the truck door close and we got moving.
