Last time on Tales of Tamers Xilla; The gang found them themselves in trouble as they were arrested, along the way they were able to learn more about Robyn hill wwho was fighting for the sake of Mantle. From there they were taken to Academy where they met with Ironwood, Winter and Penny. Ironwood todd them od Salem since he needed people he can trust. The Tamers weren't sure to trust the general because of what been happen in Mantle. Ironwoods assure them it was all in good reason. He reveal they are turning Amity Arena into a sattite to restore the CCT network to tell the world of Salem existence. This could help turn the tide against as the Tamers agree to help them as much as they can.

Chapter 64

The Ace ops

Normal Pov: Mantle: In an alley a pair of figures were hiding. The first was a boy around 18. He has short grey hair and icy blue eyes. He wore a ice blue coat with black fur collar along with black pants. On his feet were grey boots and he has blue gloves. On his belt was a blue rod with white diamonds on the ends. He is Misuru Arctic. Next to him was a small blue lizard. it heads, claws and tale were made of ice with red eyes. This is Misuru Digimon partner Bulucomon. They heard foot steps as they saw Ikuno and Tentomon come into the alley. "I thought we told you it was best that we don't make contact with each other" Misuru said coldly. "Still the ice prince as always Misuru just like in our first life." Ikuno said. "We have good reason." He said. "To avoid your friends in the shadows." She said. Misuru glare at her. "Stay out of my head four eyes." He said. Ikuno chuckles. "I don't need my Semblance to know what you're thinking." She said. "Then why are you here?" Bulucomon ask. "I ran into Hiro and Zero two or Zoey as she calls herself now." She said as Misuru eyes perk up.

"You found them?" He ask. "I have, there with Goro, Zorome, Miku, and Futoshi along with the other Tamers we were told about. "she said. She then sighs. "But Kokoro isn't with them." She said. "Did it just get colder here?" Tentomon ask as they saw Misuru eyes glows blue as mist gather around his hands. "Sorry, so they don't know where she is either?" He ask. Ikuno shook her head. "No, they been all over Mistral and we cover Atlas. She most likely in Vacuo." She said. "I see, thanks for the head up. Tell Hiro to try not to vanish on us again." he said. "Sure, good luck with your other friends." She said as she and Tentomon left the alley. Misuru sigh and sat down. "You, ok?" Bulucomon ask his partner. "I'm fine, it just I'm glad Hiro and the others are ok. It just." Misuru said. "Your worry about this Kokoro chick right. She must be some girl if she can make you lose your cool like that." Bulucomon said with a chuckle. "She worth it Bulucomon, Kokoro is my reason to fight." He said. The Digimon place his claw on his Tamers shoulder to comfort him. "Then we'll fight her I promise." he said as Misuru smile. "Thanks man, come one it best we get moving before they find us." Misuru said as the duo left the alley and hop onto a blue motorcycle and drive into the city.

Takato Pov: It been a few days since we came to Atlas and heading Ironwood plan. But to tell the world about Salem. I just don't think it the best call. After the Ace ops help upgrade our weapons we got to training, and these guys were no joke let me tell you that. Right now, my team along with Rwby and Jnpr were with the Ace ops to handle a mission. Clover told us we need to clear Grimm out of an old dust mine that were gonna use to launch Amity tower. The only real problem is a Ghiest Grimm that been around for a really long time was there. We just got to the sight as the door open as we jump out. I have Rika in my arms as I flash step down to the ground. Elize use Teepo to float down, while Kenji and the others all use different ways to reach the ground safely. Once there we spilt up. Me and Kenji went with Team Rwby along with Marrow and Harriet. Rika and Elize were with Jnpr, Vine and Elm. "This is alpha squad, Lz clear proceeding with mission." Clover said through comms.

"You all got fancy new scrolls, so don't forget to use them. Keep your eyes and ears open. I want an update if you encounter the target, Alpha out." Clover said. Blake notice Yang staring at her." Sorry, not use to your new hair it looks nice." Yang said as she gestures to Blake now short hair. "Thanks." Blake said. "Man, I did not sign up to be a babysitter." Marrow said. I glare at him. "Then feel free to wait here Marrow, I'm sure we can handle this without you." I said. "He got a point, if save us the trouble of having to babysitting you all the time." Harriet said. Marrow pout. I was by Weiss as she moves some snow off case to reveal it has the SDC logo on it. "So, this was one of you family mines?" I ask. "Yes, one of the larger ones. Make me wonder how my father would act. I really don't want to deal with him." She said. "Don't worry Weiss, it that brute try to touch you again he'll meet the end of my stinger." Fanbeemon said. Weiss pat her on the head. "Thanks, let get moving." She said as we walk toward the entrance.

"Oh, it is freezing out here." Ruby said. "It worse for me." Palmon said as she hops onto Ruby back. "I agreed, I'm surprise anyone could work out here." Kenji said. "Without heating or a protected Aura, the cold of Solitas can kill you in a matter of hours." Weiss said. "I suddenly don't feel as bad about leaving Oscar and the others behind." Blake said. "I'm sure they are fine Kitten." Blackgatomon said. "Can we talk about that again?" Yang ask as we look at the two Ace ops at the entrance. "What about it?" Ruby ask. "Were really not gonna tell Ironwood what happen to Oz?" Yang ask. "What we learn about from Jinn? " She ask. "I don't think it a good idea, Ironwood isn't in the best state of mind right now." I said. "What we learn could make him worst, even more so if he learns I'm Salem son." Kenji said. "And you saw how things look when we got to Atlas." Ruby said. "The General heart seem to be in the right place, but that doesn't mean we should trust him yet." Blake said worry.

1'We need to play along for a while before we make any major decisions." Weiss said. "Ok, how did Oscar feel about that?" Yang ask. "He was worried about this as well." I said. I then turn to the entrance. "But we got no time to worry about that, let head inside." I said as we caught up with the Ace ops. We head into the tunnels. "Alpha here give me an update?" Clover ask. "The connecting ice tunnels seem clear." Vine said. Rika Pov: We were following the Ace Ops through the tunnels when Vine answer Clover. "We should be approaching the actual mine any mintiue mon." He said. "This is so exciting, it felt like we on an actual huntsmen team!" Nora shout. "Maybe, but we need to stay focus on the job." I said. "I never see you so focus Rika." Elize said. "We need to make a good impression on the Ace ops, so we can be on Ironwood good side." I said. "Agreed, we are uncertain if he can be trusted as of yet." Renamon said. "He seems nice." Lunamon said. "That may be true, but we don't know if his paranoia is as bad as we think." Falcomon said. "Which is why we remain on guard." I said as we kept moving.

Takato Pov: We continue to move throughout the mine as Harriet turn on the comm. 'Bravo here, we hit a bit of a roadblock." She said as we came to a dead end. "There is a cave in in the main entrance. Not sure if it recent or was cause by the original accident. Either way we have to do a little problem solving." She said. "Understood, let us know if you need anything." Clover said. "Me and Guilmon can handle this." I said as Harriet looks at us. "You and Lizard boy here can get through that?" Marrow ask. I grin at him. "When it comes to Digging Guilmon is a master, most of all with his." I said as I reach for a card. "Digi-modify Digimon drills activate!" I shout as Guilmon claws became a pair of drills. He got to work clearing the way. "Not bad goggles." Harriet said. Blake looks nervous. "You, ok?" Yang ask. "I just realize where we are, this mine was close after an explosion." She said. "I remember this disaster." Weiss said as we all look at her. She has a solemn look on her face. "Or rather I remember how furious it made my father. I wish I could take back the years of pain my family has cause for the Faunus." She said as she walks to Blake.

Blake put her hand on Weiss shoulder. Weiss smile. "This society is set up for Faunus to be at the bottom and humans are willing participants. They benefit from doing nothing to help us. But there still those who actually abuse us." Marrow said. "Anyway, look like Takato pet broke through so let get going." he said as we passed through the hole to the other side. "Look like were clear." I said as the Gheist got in our face. Blake shot at it as it avoids her. Harriet arms were cover by metal gauntlets as she blasts pass the others to strike at the Grimm. But it then flew off. "Don't let it get away!" Yang shout as Centipe like Grimm burst from the from the ground. "Cenpientals." Marrow said. 'Well shit, take them out Tail whip!" I shout as I spun to cut one down. "Rock breaker!" Guilmon shout as he smashes his claw on one. Kenji fire off a light slash at one. "Fif slash!" Shout Hackmon as he got one with his claws. Ruby turns into a fury of petals and dash past one to cut it down. "Poison ivy!" Palmon shout as she grabs a large rock and crush one with it.

Weiss made a trail of glyphs with she slides on freezing any Grimm she passed. "Gear stinger!" Fanbeemon shout as she shatters the frozen Grimm. Blake quickly beheads one while Blackgatomon use her claws to take out another. Yang shot small darts that stick to the Grimm. She pulls her hand back as the darts explodes. "Bear fist!" Bearmon shout as he punches one into the ground. Marrow gun turn into a chainsaw boomerang as he threw it to cut several of them down. Harriet ran around with orange lighting coming off of her as she cobblers the last one to black paste. "This is Bravo, we found the target, but it flew deeper into the mine, engaging centnials." She said into the comm. Rika Pov: After hearing Bravo call, we got moving. "Let pick up the pace." Elm said as we slide down an ice Shope. We soon saw the Grimm centinals at the bottom. "Flame pulse!" I shout as I shot one with a flame arrow. "Diamond storm!" Renamon shout as she took out a few of them."Teepo stray!" Elize shout as Teepo vomit on one. "Tear shoot!" Lunamon shout as she shoots at one.

Jaune use his new hard light shield function to block a centinal that charge at him and then cut it head off. "Wall raltz!" Ludomon shout as he tackles into one. The blades on Ren guns shot out on cables as they pull the Grimm to him so he could gun it down. "Ninja blade!" Falcomon shout as he threw his shuriken's at one. Nora slams her hammer on one as it blasts backward to hit another. " Spiral wing!" Biyomon shout as she was cover by a whirlwind. She dashes through them slice them apart. A centinal charge at Elm as she grins. Her feet glow green as they root her to the ground. She stops the Grimm charge as she crushes it with her hammer. Vine arms were cover by orange energy hands that stench and grab one to slam it into the ground. "A very head approach." Vine said. "Yeah, well that kind of our style." Jaune said as they walk past us. "There not easy to impress." Ren said. "Yeah, come on let move." I said as we follow the Ace ops. Takato Pov: We were finishing up the Grimm. "One left." Weiss said.

"I got it." Ruby said as Harriet shot past her and took out the Grimm. Ruby appears next to her. "Woah, your semblance makes you super-fast, just like me." She said. "Very cool, though based on your reaction time I say I'm a little faster." Harriet said. "Nope, my teacher is faster." I said as she looks at me. "Oh, how that goggle?" She ask. "When she has the title of Goddess of flash, it self-explains." I said. "This is Alpha, we engaged the target. All squads head toward our position." Clover said. "On it let move kids." Marrow said. "Chaile, Bravo, you should be able to cut of the target at the heart of the mine." Colver said. We soon came to an open area where we saw Charle team. "Guys." Ruby said. "Everyone use caution this room is highly active with dust energy. Triggering it could ruin the launch site." Vine said. "And vaporize us." Marrow said. "In that case Tamers recall your Digimon." I said as we put our Digimon away. "I thought the target was supposed to be here?" Nora ask.

We heard a low booming as we look up. "Oh, fuck me running." I said. On the ceiling was the gheist in a body of Ice, stone and dust. It screams as it jumps down. "It adds dust to it body." Ruby said as Harriet ran around it. The other Ace ops follow her into the fight. "Elm!" Vine as he makes and energy arm to grab the Gheist lag and a support beam to hold it in place. "Vine!" She shout as she grabs it as her feet root her to the ground. Vine then swung around and grab the Grim arm. "Marrow1" He call out as Marrow threw his weapon cutting off it arm. It causes a dust Crystral to fly out. "Harriet!" Marrow shout as she rushes and speed around to catch it midair. Woah these guys are really good. Marrow cut off the other arm as another crystal flies out. Luckly Clover caught it in time. He let out a laugh. "What would you guys do without me." he said. We watch as the Ace ops continue to fight the Grimm. It was amazing. Clover shot his fishhook as it wrap around the Grimm face. -

"He got it!" Rika shout. He started to pull and tore the Gheist out of the body as he finishes it off. Harriet then uppercut the body to shatter it as the dust rain down. Vine uses his energy arms to catch two. I flash step to get one. Elm and Marrow caught one each. "Open gate of the Ram Aries!" Rika shout as the ram spirit appears. "Catch the gems!" Rika shout. "Right my lady, Wool guard!" "Aries shout as she makes a giant ball of wool to catch a few. Clover swung to catch another, but one was still falling. "SHIT!"I shout. "Harriet!" clover shout as she shot toward it, but Ruby flew past her and caught the dust. She was sitting against a rock with the dust in her arms. She laughs as she put it down. Harriet helps her up. "Thought your semblance was speed like mine?" She ask. "It is." Ruby said confuse. "I seem other speed semblances before, but that was something different." Harriet said. "Same sis, it looks like you were teleporting." Rika said. "I think there more going on than you think." Harriet said.

'Wait till you see what she can do with her eyes." Yang said. Balke laugh. "So, I guess were done here." I said. Clover smirk. "We are." he said as he trun on his comm. "Atlas control this is Clover mission accomplished." He said. "So, not bad for our first mission." Kenji said. "Yeah, I guess things are really looking up for us." I said. with a smile.
