Anomaly 174

NAME: Pongo the Puppet

CLASSIFICATION: C

DESCRIPTION: One four-foot puppet in a white business suit, dark pants and shoes, purple skin, brown curly hair with a small hat and cat ears.

LEVEL: Folklore

INFORMATION: Anomaly 174 is to be stored on top of a filing cabinet in the ARC CORP Containments Office and allowed to walk about as long as there are no non-ARC CORP employees present. Anomaly 174 is a sentient puppet named Pongo from the popular children's show, Pongo and Friends. Pongo is a benevolent anomaly that loves to interact with people and has shown no form of hostility with anyone. Except for one thing.

It absolutely hates racist comments and actions. Any racist comment or action in proximity to him will result in Pongo dropping its benevolent personality and manifest a cruel one. It will then stop whatever its doing and pursue the offender. At first, he will pull harmless pranks on said individual. The pranks will escalate to the point of physical and psychological harm. But it will not kill the offending individual. Just mentally and slightly physically scar them for life.

HISTORY: During the Vytal Festival, Agent Blake Belladonna and Jaune Arc toured the fairgrounds. This is due to being contracted by the Vale Council to check all participating students belongings to ensure that they don't have an Anomalous items they could use during the tournament. A very common request during the Vytal Festival in any Kingdom. During a break from this, they viewed a live performance of Pongo and Friends starring said puppet, Joe the Cat, Hershey Squirts, Garbo and many others. One of the students participating in the Vytal Festival said a remark that would not be repeated here. An hour later after the show, security found said student dunked head first into a porta-potty. He kept mumbling that the puppet did this to him. Luckily, Jaune and Blake went back to the spot where the performance took place, using their credentials they went backstage and saw Pongo walking on his own returning from his "prank". After a struggle, they took him back to the Containments Office. Blake seems to genuinely like this Anomaly.
