20 years have passed since Deku and his fellow heroes saved Japan from the threat of All for One and The League of Villains and they all have established themselves as successful pro heroes in their home country. Now the sun rises on a new group of young heroes who study at the International Hero Academy aka The Citadel. From all corners of the world, new heroes will rise.

Hi everyone, Kuro no Okami 23 here. It pains me to say this, but I have decided to put A Raging Storm on the back burner for now and place it on a temporary hiatus. I have decided to do this because I want to focus on some of my other stories that I have and maybe even a few that may appear later. I do plan on adding more to this story, but I want to do a little more mapping out in terms of how I want to see this one play out so don't be alarmed, I will be adding more just not any time soon. I'm sorry to all those who have followed and favorited this story but please keep in mind that I will add more just at a later time.
