Chapter 54 Dark Dungeon Part 2
Ash and Lillie bid farewell to the Litwick and they are now back in the Dark Dungeon. Like the first time, the white light disappears and it reveals an entrance to the next room. Draga and Natalie are also awake and they are glad to see both of them.
Natalie: Where were you, Ash and Alice? We couldn't find you anywhere!
Ash: The reason why you couldn't find us is that we were actually having different dreams. (Looking at the entrance) The light isn't absorbing us, but it is just like Hypnosis or something else.
Natalie: Oh...so these are dreams?
Draga: I hope if there's any more, we're not all separated...but it does seem like we'll wake up eventually no matter what happens.
Natalie: I'm running out of ways to say how bizarre all of this is. Let's just keep going. We're almost there.
After getting through the entrance, they manage to get to the final lights.
Draga: Three this time...I guess they're going to make us split up...
Natalie: It's hard to tell, but I think I see the outline of a person on the other side of these lights?
Lillie: We'll find out soon enough, I guess.
After they are sleeping again, Ash, Lillie, Pikachu, and Snowy find themselves in a room where a Rayquaza and a Komala are playing rock paper scissors.
Rayquaza: That's not fair! You cheated!
Komala: As someone who used to not play by the rules, I know sketchiness when I see it!
Coffee Cup: You went a second after Ash and Lillie!
Audience: Do over! Do over! Do over!
Ash: (Turns to Lillie) I guess this really is a dream...I never knew a Coffee Cup can talk...but it seems like we should play the game with Rayquaza...
Lillie: Lake what Natalie said, I'm running out of ways to say how bizarre all of this is.
Then she goes for Rock while Rayquaza chooses Scissors.
Coffee Cup: Lillie wins!
The audience is cheering while the light glows again, but this time, they see that Natalie and Draga are still sleeping under the white light, and they find that they are not alone. In front of them is no other than Delicia's sister Felicia, who is also a member of Team Portal.
Felicia: It took a bit of strain, but I managed to make the wake-up times for the four of you different.
Ash: You're Felicia...the magician from Team Portal, right? Why are you doing this?
Felicia: I wouldn't want to have to battle the four of you at once, after all~ Dream manipulation is normally outside my list of talents, but Darkrai lives in this cave.
Lillie: Darkrai...then it all makes sense...
Felicia: I can take some of its overflowing energy here and use it as a base to activate a dream portal. It takes a lot of concentration to do though, and there's a limit to abilities I borrow from the environment. Editing the wake-up time takes a lot of work, and I can't enter your dreams. I don't even know what kind of dreams you all had. I'm pretty close to my limit with magic right now, but it shouldn't affect my battling! I know you two, Gladion, and Emily have excellent teamwork, but let's see how you hold up one on one~
Lillie: If you want a one-on-one, I'll battle you.
Ash nods as he watches both females battle. Felicia goes for her first Pokemon, which is her Sylveon named Neapolitan, and Lillie goes for Perrserker to battle.
Felicia: Let's set up with Light Screen.
As the Light Screen is set up, it also goes for Misty Terrain.
Lillie: It's a good thing that Perrserker is a Physical Attacker.
Then she goes for the Iron Head, which deals a lot of damage to Sylveon. And in the end, it uses Metal Claw to knock it out, but it still takes a lot of damage from Moonblast because of the Pixie Plate.
Felicia's second Pokemon is Vanilla, her Delcatty, by using Attract, Perrserker is infatuated, and with the move Assist, Return, Perrserker is down, so Lillie goes for Garbodor to battle. Garbodor uses Gunk Shot to make Delcatty poisoned, and then it goes for Body Slam, knocking out Delcatty.
The third Pokemon Felicia uses is Meowstic named CottonCandy, and Lillie knows that she is at a disadvantage as she changes into Centiskorch to battle.
Felicia: I see you are going for a Bug Type. But I'll use Fake Out.
As the Fake Out makes Centiskorch flinched, it goes for Shadow Ball, which deals some damage. Centiskorch uses Lunge, which is super effective, and eventually, Meowstic is defeated by the Fire Lash.
Ash: So far her three Pokemon were the same as the Wonky Woods...but if she has six Pokemon...then I wonder what other three Pokemon did she have.
Felicia: My fourth Pokemon is WhiteChocolate!
Her fourth Pokemon is Absol, it goes for Perish Song immediately, and after three turns, both Centiskorch and Absol faint.
Ash: Now I start to wonder why those who have Absol would want it to use Perish Song...
Felicia: My fifth Pokemon is going to be StrawberryShortCake!
She sends out Pyroar to battle, and Lillie goes for Medicham to battle, Pyroar uses Work Up to raise its Attack Stat, and it uses Hyper Voice, which deals a lot of damage to Medicham. And with Medicham missing the High Jump Kick, Pyroar uses Flamethrower to knock it out.
Lillie: I'm sorry, Medicham...
Lillie recalls her Medicham and sends out Gliscor, and Gliscor goes for Earthquake and X Scissor to knock Pyroar out.
Felicia: My final Pokemon is going to be BlueMoon.
The final Pokemon is a Luxray with the Air Balloon, but it is still no match for Gliscor as it uses X Scissor to break the balloon and then goes for Earthquake to knock it out.
Felicia: Enchanting! (Recalls Luxray) You never cease to amaze me, Lillie~
Lillie: (Recalls Gliscor) Thanks?
Felicia: I heard what happened in Norall from Pandora. She told me to stand guard here in case you came through. She still doesn't know we already met before, haha. I couldn't stop you, but I slowed you down. You can go to Tullborn. The other two should wake up soon. These forced dreams only go for half an hour max. If you do make it to where we are in time, say hi to Delicia for me!
Just then, she leaves with the magician's style, much to Ash and Lillie's confusion. And the light dies down with Draga and Natalie waking up from slumber.
Natalie: That dream was a little longer than the others, but Tullborn is just ahead!
Draga: Finally... I can go back home!
Ash and Lillie are also delighted as they walk to the exit of the Dark Dungeon.
After leaving the Dark Dungeon, Ash, Lillie, Draga, and Natalie finally reach Tullborn City.
Draga: Thank you all so much for your help in the cave! I'd have never gotten through all that on my own.
Natalie: You're welcome! But really, I think you underestimate yourself. You're a Gym Leader, aren't you?
Draga: Oh, y-yes, I am! I've only been one for a few months, though...
Ash: Still, it says a lot about your skills for you to be a Gym Leader.
Natalie: Yeah, maybe you should hang out with me more often. I go to caves like the Dark Dungeon regularly. I could help you with your fear of heights, too! My Pokemon can all fly. We'd start with small trips to get you used to it.
Draga: I'm not sure I'm ready now...but in the future, I'd really like to, when you have the time.
Lillie: Aurora told us that if you don't try, you'll never know how good you can be. She's actually still afraid of failure, but she's found the suspense of not knowing if she'll succeed or fail is heavier than the embarrassment of failing.
Draga: Aurora told you that? That does sound uplifting, especially from a star athlete like her. Oh, speaking of which...if you're doing the League challenge, I can battle you three. I just need to get my arena set up.
Natalie: I'm not participating in the league, but I was actually on my way to meet Angela when I found you in front of the Dark Dungeon. I could just fly there, but I wanted to take a stroll through Dark Dungeon first. Ash, if you don't know her, Angela is Ceolis' Flying Leader. She runs a massive aviary where she takes care of Flying-Type Pokemon. I want to work there.
Lillie: I think you have told us before. And I am not participating in the League as well, but Ash is.
Natalie: Oh, since you are doing the league challenge, maybe I'll see you there sometime! Take care until then! You too, Draga!
After that, Natalie leaves the three of them alone.
Draga: Bye Natalie! Good luck at the aviary! (Turns to Ash) So Ash, are you ready to challenge me?
Ash: We could, but we have to go to Underwater Hotel as Team Portal is finding something there.
Draga: Oh, you have business at the Underwater Hotel? Okay. I'll be waiting!
After that, Ash and Lillie rush to the harbor as they are about to go onto the ship, and they manage to get to the ship before it leaves, and they hear the mysterious voice for the tenth time, and they also find the tenth speaker hidden in one of the crates.
Mysterious Voice: I'm going to be a storeaway!
After that, they manage to get on the ship as it sails, in the water, they can see Dratini, Goomy, and Horsea, as they capture a Horsea and trains it to become a Kingdra in the end.

Lillie: So when is the boat arriving at Inoset Island? I feel like it takes a lot of time...
Ash: We still have 30 minutes to get there. I guess we should relax for some time before we have our full energy in the Inoset Island.
Lillie nods as they sit on their seats and take a rest.
