This is a rewrite of The Legend of The Shadow King.

This is a story where a human is forced into the Legend of Zelda Twilight princess. Burdend with multiple personalities and powers he never asked for watch what he will do to survive and try to find a way back home.

In the time succeeding Hyrule's princess' lonely decision Link picks up the pieces of his former life in the rebellion and creates an entirely new future with the proof of his country's holy mark. His duties to the royal family successfully complete the former Hero of Time elects to embark on a journey; a secret and personal journey. One that would remain with him for all time.

Every tradition of the humans' annual Yuletide celebration had been a bizarre spectacle and a constant irritation to Volga, and he had yet to find one aspect of it that he not only understood, but more importantly, that he actually enjoyed. And unfortunately, Link loved every second of this drivel. Volink, Xmas fluff.

Millennia passed. The many adventures of the Hero became legend, and the legend became a hit video game series. But when Gannondorf returns for real after spending thousands of years dormant, the new Hero must come to terms with a legacy he once thought was fictional, and a timeline not even the Goddesses can make full sense of. Suffice it to say, he's got his work cut out for him.

It has been months since Ganondorf was felled and Midna left. The Hero of Twilight stumbles upon an injured young man in Hyrule Field, a bond forging between the two. The new appearance, however, sparks suspicion and the one known as the Hero of The Wild is in the center of the danger. The Hero of Twilight will not allow that, but can he save him and future Hyrule in time?

Link and Zelda receive a letter from their arch nemesis inviting them to a Christmas meet up and party at his lair.

It has been 15 years since the Fall between the three nations Hyrule, Tuli and Danna. The sisters Godreine and Embla live a peaceful life in the village of Hoves when a sudden epidemic spreads, bringing with it both disease and destruction to their lands. Godreine is forced to decide who to side with, which leads her to search for the infamous Link, leader of the rebellion.
