She calls him a liar; she calls the missing daylight a burning apocalypse upon her realm; and she calls upon Link to betray his comrades, his prince, his queen, and his kingdom. Premise-reversal AU.

It was no surprise that Link, prodigy swordsman hated for his skill, drew the Master Sword. He was marked a herald of doom, and the kingdom turned against him. How can he fulfill the impossible expectations placed upon his shoulders when the anguish of loneliness interferes with his orders, and the Princess he is commanded to protect thwarts his every effort? Link descents from the skies to a lost hidden world filled with wonders and dangers. An ancient evil takes over and is up to Link to save the lush hidden world. Based on Terra Nova (dinosaur-focused parts to feel more like Jurassic world meets Avatar). Maybe a distant prequel to my massive crossovers.

Link struggles to become the Hero of Legend he never intended to be. He only wants to bring his best friend safely home, but the weight of his destiny falls heavily on his shoulders. Emphasis on further developing the beloved characters and expanding on the profound emotions within the beautiful story of The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. Occasional plot & game mechanic edits.

In which Link is dead, ReDeads play ukuleles, the Happy Mask Salesman drives around on a quad bike listening to Queen and plotting to BRING DOWN THE GOVERNMENT, Dampé knocks people out with his shovel, Zelda is a tractor-driving murderer and that creepy windmill guy does something but we're not sure what. Link wakes after seven years of suspended animation in nothingness to a world of ruin and demands for her to save it when she can barely look at her hands without disassociating so badly she knocks herself out the first time she sees her body. Ganondorf sees a hero on the brink of ruin and finds himself making an offer.

(set post BoTW) Link has spent his entire life trying to meet every objective set for him. Join the King's Guard, protect the princess, defeat Calamity Ganon- but when the remnants of Ganon disappear into the horizon, Link is left to cope with a new, foreign way of life. Eventual LinkPaya.

A trap was laid before the danger was known, and a minor change to the timeline- a miniscule scar- left a Princess unable to access her divine birthright. As a result, her Champion had to step in at the last moment. Breath of the Wild with Zelda as the main character, her memories completely gone but forced to rise to the challenge of saving her Champion, and her Kingdom. Haremish.

What really happened in Kakariko Village? The old man talks about the mysterious man that can see the truth. The Well keeps secrets, but why was there a dungeon? What happened to the Sheikah? This unnamed guard tells his story. His story was lost over the years, only written in the diary that he kept when he was thrown in prison centuries ago for daring to expose the secret.

Link will help clear trees, stock lumber, dig trenches, transport supplies, and so on, grasping vainly for some renewed sense of meaning – and all the while lapsing into patterns, scurrying about in circles until the motions cease to be anything more. - For Ghiralink week 2022, Day02: Flight. Link is moved from foster home to foster home ever since his parents died in an accident when he was 8. He is now 16, and hasn't spoken in 8 years. Deemed a trouble child, he has no hope of ever settling down or being adopted, until Gaepora takes him under his wing. He was a fighter like her sister and she was an inventor, used to being behind the scenes. That didn't stop their paths from crossing, or the two of them from getting to like each other. Through their encounters Purah had to admit she'd probably come to like Link as little more than a friend or an associate. She knew of one, very direct way to tell him that, one he'd enjoy.

Searching for his dear friend Navi, Link finds himself in an alternate world where he is tested both physically and mentally. A sequel to "The Boy Without a Fairy".

A BOTW ZeLink story of events taking directly after the Calamity, this story follows Link and Zeldas travels to the different domains in order to start rebuilding Hyrule, Link starts remembering other memories of him and Zelda with her help, he learns more and more of their relationship as they continue to grow. While Zelda begins to learn the ways of new Hyrule.
