Bucky Barnes is on the run after the events of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s disbandment, determined to take down Hydra and remember his past. But something is very, very wrong with him, and he doesn't know what it is or how to save himself.

Set post-Winter Soldier, Bucky has been recovered from the Hydra base and, after his "Deprograming", it's up to Steve to introduce him to the 21st Century

Sometimes he remembers.

Bucky, or James as he liked to be called, is having a hard time dealing with who he is, and who he once was after the incident in DC. He seeks the help of Steve Rogers, in hopes that he might shed some light onto his past, and provide the help James needs.

(Sorta drabble, may never be finished. Minor suicide mention. Will have Tony Stark as a minor character later on. No shipping.) Bucky is having a hard time trying to keep up with his memories, and staying in control of his own body. HYDRA did a very good job of reprogramming his mind, and the Winter Soldier wants to finish his mission.

Steve loves Sam. Sam loves Steve. Steve loves Bucky, and Sam loves Bucky too. Bucky loves them both. Prepare for poorly written fluff I wrote from my own benefit. :D

A few months after S.H.I.E.L.D was taken down, Natasha is taken to court for her past actions. Steve is summoned to give his testimony but will, at the same time, understand more about where he stands. I don't own the characters. They belong to MARVEL.

Follow-up to my previous fic "Reconcilliation". With new purpose, comes new responsibility for Bucky - along with a mission courtesy of Nick Fury. Tony wanted Steve to get a laptop. However he got more than a laptop.

He was my star that I have gazed upon for the longest time and now it's so close but I cannot touch it anymore, yet I am still under its light.

When the Winter Soldier is sent out to kill the SHIELD agent Alice Fortes, he expects it to be like every other assassination. When he discovers that she is a super soldier like him, she is brought in by HYDRA and successfully brainwashed. Now, with two super soldiers, Pierce has big plans for them- including a new race of superhumans, with Alice as its Eve and Bucky as its Adam.
