Loki knew his brother will always have his back. My interpretation of the "scene" in Thor the Dark World (spoilers alert if you have not watch the movie)

He's been locked in his gilded cell for a month when she comes to see him, her arms stiff and her eyes promising violence. The night guards lead her in, watching her warily, and flee when she bids them leave. Set within Beautiful Disaster.

She wonders what it is like to spill lies and half-truths all the time, to surround himself in people who can never trust him. How fragile a shell of falsities must be, and how brittle he must truly be if this is how he has chosen to protect himself.

Loki wakes up in bed with Thor with a pounding headache and no memory of the night before. Thor gives him something to remember what happened, but what was it? For quite some time Loki has had to watch his brother & the effect love has had on him. It quickly grew annoying & he wanted nothing more than to vanquish the romance between his brother and the human the first chance he received. Loki planned to kill the woman & tear his brothers heart to shreds, but when his cold emerald eyes laid upon the human woman his brother loved, he froze.

"Do you believe in redemption for anybody?" he asked. "I do, if the person seeking it truly wants to find it," she nodded. Loki smiled. "Well, then maybe you should trust in that." Set during Thor: The Dark World. Maggie is trying to make a better life for herself after a past full of guilt and regret. What will happen when she meets the god who regrets nothing?

Loki is thought dead, and Asgard is at peace, for now. But Sif begins having frequent nightmares, nightmares she can't remember. They tell her of a perfect world... a world where Thor and Odin are dead, and she sits as the Queen of Asgard, ruling alongside a certain God of Mischief... (Post-Thor, name may change, Sif/Loki, major character death.)
