Glorfindel remembers when the twins sons of Elrond had been cheerful, not bleak and forbidding like they are now. He knows they blame themselves for what happened to their mother, but they won't allow anyone else to comfort them. One-shot.

This is Faramir's story, from the death of Boromir to his betrothal to Eowyn and the return of the king. An exploration of grief and recovery during great changes in life. Gap-filler, strictly book-verse. Rating for details of wounds and their treatment, and discussion of death and the treatment of the dead.

A short, sweet moment in time for Thranduil and a very young Legolas. Written for a Teitho alphabet challenge where the first sentence of the story should begin with the letter A. The second with the letter B, the third with C, etc. Surprisingly it was awarded third place.

Every year the Elves in Lothlorien have a celebration called the Winter Solstice, where they honour the dead and bring in the coming New Year. This year is special to Little Leafling who is finally old enough to help in the preparations.
