This is not a new chapter! It's an important note for everyone who wants to continue following my story

Due to the many troll comments on this page, I will remove all my fics from this site. I know I shouldn't be bothered by it but it makes me angry that I constantly get Obidala bashing comments that have nothing to do with what I am writing here. I am warning everyone from the start that this story will be an Obidala and despite that, I have to put up with senseless comments about it. And what bothers me even more is the fact that those reviews come anonymous. Please, if you want to make a point, get up the courage to do so under a name. Those are fantasy name anyway, so why post as guest? Only because you can't be even bothered with a response…

I want to clarify one thing. I am open to reviews about my chosen pairing if there are real concerns. For example someone pointed out once that Obi-Wan's soul is already so much older than Padmé that they can't see how a relationship can work. I thought about that a lot because honestly, it never crossed my mind and it is a real concern. However, I decided that after so many years that I put into this I could not change my direction now. But that comment made me think and I thank the commenter for it.

I am doing this here in my free time, spending hours and hours at my PC to write a decent story for people who enjoy it. So, please, people if you do not like it turn away and go to another place. There are plenty of fics out there in which Anakin and Padmé get their little happy ending. That is not something I wanted to write.

I decided to leave . Not just because of the trolls but also because the page is uncomfortable to post and read. Everything I've ever written can be found at the archve of our own. You'll find me under the same username and the Path of a Jedi will be continued there. I know that this means that I will get lesser feedback in the future which is unfortunate but people over there tend to be serious with their comments and do not post just to make others miserable.

Those who think it's a good idea to demoralize the many writers here who do what they can to give people something to read: If you had some decency you would write your own stories to make the things you so wish to see happen. But as you can't even formulate a correct sentence in English, it's no surprise that you have to deal out your frustration on those who try to create something worthy. Get lost and deal with your own problems! I hear getting a therapist really helps…

I will remove the fics from this site in about three weeks. Everyone who wants to save them can do so. Just do not distribute them on another site. The Path of a Jedi will continue soon in the Archive of our own.
