Big Mountain Research Facility

Afternoon

"DR O, DID YOU DO SOMETHING WITH THE TRANSPORTALPONDER? SOMETHING BIG MATERIALIZED OVER IN THE X-2 TRANSMITTER ARRAY A FEW HOURS AGO!"

"No I didn't, Ask the Courier about that, And it 0, not O!"

"DR BOROUS, DID ONE OF YOUR MANGY EXPERIMENTS TOUCH ANYTHING?"

"Dr. Klein I don't believe It was them, Or Me! It might have been the Communists!"

"DR DALA-"

"Nope, not listening, Klein."

"8-"

"((*--*))"

"DON'T YOU USE THAT LANGUAGE WITH ME, MISTER! IF NONE OF YOU INCOMPETENT IDIOTS DID IT, WHO DID IT?!"

Klein was furious, not only did his volume knob no longer work, he had to deal with some big purple trespasser that broke parts of the X-2 Transmitter Array.

When none of them responded, he got even more furious.

"I'M PINGING THE COURIER TO DEAL WITH THIS! THEY CAN DEAL WITH IT!"

He turned around from his colleagues and saw standing in front of him was a teenage boy, roughly Fifteen years of age, Of Asian descent. He wore a very colorful and rubbery-looking suit with a slight tear in it. The suit looked similar to the Mk-II stealth suit, kind of…

He seemed to be talking to Klein in a language he didn't understand.

"DALA, WHY IS THERE AN ASIAN CHILD IN A LATEX SUIT IN FRONT OF ME! I CAN'T EVEN UNDERSTAND HIM!"

Dala was genuinely confused by his question. There hasn't been a child here since: "Bring your daughter to work day" And that ended in disaster…

"Klein, what are you talking about? There hasn't been a child here since- Oh I see…"

Dala hovered in front of the young boy, who seemed to be getting more frightened at the situation than anything.

She examined them with her Eye Screens and squealed when she did.

"Dr. Klein, this boy has no residual radiation! This boy is clean from the wasteland! Although he seems to be covered in a blood-like substance. A bloody Teddy bear!"

Dala was delighted at this discovery. She had discovered a… Teenage boy.

"This boy doesn't seem to be a lobotomite, his hair isn't shaved off! But that language I do not know, for all I know it could be Chinese!"

"Chinese?! Where!?"

Borous yelled, already warming up his vivisectors.

"[$$] (*()*) !!!!"

8 Examined the boy who was muttering something weakly, then turned his viewers to the others.

"What, can 8 understand him? I guess being an acoustician is actually useful for once."

"{{$#$#$}}"

"Asshole."

"DR 8, ARE YOU ABLE TO TRANSLATE THIS… JAPANESE?

Klein asked, skeptical already of the name of the language.

"*(())*"

"Please… Help me, I got cut outside…"

"HE SPOKE- WAIT YOU GOT CUT?"

The boy nodded and revealed a slash on his torso, he was bleeding slowly from the wound.

"The Japanese Child is bleeding! What do we do?..."

The 5 Think tank Scientists began to panic, as they had no idea what to do besides perform lobotomies and vivisect.

"Wait, I'm a biological Doctor! I can sew up this teddy bear!"

Dala hovered over to the teen and began to pull out her sewing claws. The bleeding teen backed away and stumbled at the rather terrifying sight.

He kept clutching his stomach as a warbling sound came from behind him.

"I'm back, what do you need Klein-"

"Oh."

DERPYMANMT PRESENTS

NEON GENESIS BLUES

In the events following the following the first sortie against the 12th angel Leliel. Our reluctant hero Shinji Ikari finds himself in the presence of the greatest insane minds of the 22nd century.

His Evangelion was brought along with him as the angel swallowed him up whole Including parts of Tokyo-III! The boy, once freed from the angel after its subsequent defeat, exited his purple behemoth and wandered around the grounds of the Big Mountain Research Facility.

But he was suddenly attacked by one of the lobotomites who couldn't tell the difference between a watermelon and a cat!

And now we end up here, with a hero from one world meeting a hero of another. Along with said great minds, hopefully they can return him back to his home in time. Before the Angels breaks through…

"Misato!"

Cried out Shinji as he jolted up and felt the dulling pain in his stomach. He winced and clutched himself again just to find he had bandages wrapped around his stomach. He was laying down on a cot in a metal room with all sorts of fancy lights and dials.

"Good you're awake."

"(Medical 50) Don't move too much or you'll upset the stitches."

(Check Passed)

Shinji tried to speak english.

"O-Oh Ok…"

The person in front of him wore a leather hat and duster riddled with holes and patchwork. They had a bulletproof vest on and jeans also riddled with holes and patchwork.

Shinji stared at the rather intimidating person, as they had a gun holsted to the side.

"(Perception 8/5) You eying my gun?"

(Check Passed)

Shinji nodded, even more scared of what they would do.

They chuckled and took out the magazine and gave it to Shinji who reluctantly took it.

"If we are in danger, and you trust me, hand the magazine over and I'll get blasting."

They gave a small smile and kneeled beside Shinji, who still shifted away slightly.

"What's your name son?"

The person in front of Shinji didn't look like he would understand the Japanese naming format, so he did it the western way.

"Shinji… Ikari…"

The person smiled and stood up.

"My real name has been forgotten, But I go by a few names; Courier Six, Six, or simply the Courier."

Shinji slowly nodded. He understood basic English from school and working at a UN facility. But he didn't know what a Courier was, however that wasn't important.

"Where… Am I?"

The Courier chuckled and spoke, pulling up an office chair from nearby.

"You're At one of the most prominent Pre-War Research Facilities; Big Mountain, And Judging from that giant purple robot outside, You are definitely not from this world."

Shinji could tell that there was probably no easy way to go back home, but he had to ask…

"How… Can I go back home?... I want to go home now…"

The Courier scratched their head and sighed.

"The Think Tank Scientists can't seem to bypass the security system on board your Robot… And by that I mean we don't know how to enter your Robot without smashing it open… I tried the manual lever on the back but it's stuck, so until Dr Zero gets the tools ready, we can't see what happened for you to get here."

Shinji wasn't surprised. The Universe always found ways to trip him up.

Always.

End of Prologue

I thought a break from Maternal Programming would be a good thing and write about a game I've been binging lately. Remember this story is separated from Maternal Programming and has no relationship with it. Any related story to that would have "Maternal" in the name or MP in the name.

Thank you to YourBlandestNightmare for beta reading this chapter.
