As the title says, this is a rough short story I made on a whim, back when Alan Wake Remastered released. It was sitting around in my files so I thought why not put it out there and see what people think. Blake Belladonna finds herself in a horror slasher situation with someone she doesn't recognize... or does she?

Impatient after thousands of years of stalemates between Ozma and Salem, the Brother Gods decide to intervene. A new contest, Ozma's side against Salem's, to decide Remnant's fate. A contest requires combatants however, and what better or fairer than to pit one man against himself – against alternate versions of himself. Jaune Arc against Jaune Arc, for the fate of all worlds.

A story that in no way involves the characters of RWBY being thrust into another dimension and viewing many different stories from across the multiverse. Even if that was the setup, it wouldn't center on Jaune Arc, right? That's not what this is all about- this is a classy fanfiction profile. ...Right?

Most people who end up in a fantasy setting at least know a bit about it. I don't know where I am or who Jaune Arc is, but I'm stuck in his body. All I can do now is make the best of it and hope no one finds out that I've apparently possessed a four-year-old. Semi-SI/OC

The RWBYverse, a place full of hope and fears. We all know how the gods created this reality and their battles, but what if, somewhere between the pages of reality itself, a darker place existed. One filled with the wrong choices made worse by the evils of Remnant. This is that place, the ruination of creation, who shall break free once the tale comes to an end? Let us see.

After the events of the Fall of Beacon overwhelm him and cause him to lash out at those around him, Jaune storms out into Mistral intent on finding somewhere to think in the silence or punch someone's head in. The way he feels, he could happily go with either. What he discovers instead is an unlikely bond with Ruby's Uncle Qrow and it sets Jaune on a new path.

While on an ill-fated mission, Ruby and Weiss' airship crash lands a long way from home on the Atleasian tundra. Now they must rely on their survival skills and each other if they want to get back to their friends and family.

One would assume that a leader's ability to inspire, especially in being a Huntsman, would boil down to their ability to charge up their teammates into giving it their all while in the midst of battle. But, what happens when that inspiration takes shape in the form of lyrics with a strong heart screaming them out for all to feel more vital or even just vulnerable.

Vernal had been confident going into her battle with Arc. A sudden reversal had lead to a mortal wound, but instead of leaving her to bleed to death in the sand, he brought her back from the brink of death. The poor fool. In the Laws of the Tribe he now owned her. Like it or not. Vernal's problem wasn't that he owned her, her problem was that she was starting to enjoy it.

Tell me about your Order. Tell me, what good did you do? Tell me, how many "bad" people suffered because of you? How many "good" people you've helped? Tell me, Jonathan - I'm all ears.

Jaune Arc had always wanted to attend Beacon, he got a better opportunity to follow his dreams and now he's ready to take the world by storm! That is if he can survive being on a Team with three crazy girls and make it through a whole host of other problems. Is it too late to go home? Really too late?
