But that wasn't the problem. Because of his uncle's influence, Arthur broke up with Gwen and this made a lot of people mad at him. After all this time, will he be able to fix everything?

Arthur was bound to notice at some point, the convenient falling tree branches and the not-so-subtle cases when a sword was pulled from enemy hands. Or, if he somehow managed to miss all this, maybe the way Merlin's eyes randomly turned gold clued him in. In short, Merlin uses his magic to save the prince, and Arthur is angry- only not for the reason Merlin thinks.
