Arthur Pendragon never fancied the thought of having a child. It wasn't like he was afraid of children per say. Nay, he was afraid to become his father—Uther. "Wh-what…?" Arthur gasped. On a hunting trip Merlin was forced to go on, Arthur was attacked by a sorcerer. Willing to save his prince Merlin took the blunt of the spell for him which turned him into a 5-year-old. Merlin now a five year old has to be taken care by Arthur while Giaus finds a cure to change him back. Most of all what happens Arthur realizes his feelings for the dorky manservant?

An alternate version of the final episode of Merlin Season 5, picking up at the point in the episode where Emrys has come to the rescue of Camelot's army and Arthur is about to face Mordred.

Gwen has left Arthur and six months afterwards, Merlin comes to the King and the two discuss their relationship. Arthur has made some conclusions after the failure of his marriage, but how will Merlin react? Will it be happily ever after? The third in my series of Merlin stories, inspired by a story called And No More Shall We Hurt by Pineapple Bacardi. Reviews are welcome!

After Freya's death, Merlin is feeling especially low and under-appreciated, but a chance encounter with an unusual creature starts to help him with the healing process. However, nothing in Camelot is ever as straight forward as it seems and Merlin's new friend has an agenda of her own.
