After the creation of the Galactic Empire, the 501st was sent to eliminate an uprising on Kamino, involving several Kaminoan scientists. Officially, the 501st Legion had suppressed, destroyed what was left their rebellion, and captured Tipoca City. However, the Rebel Clones would eventually, a decade after, restore a Republic they once fought for. For this.. was a Clone Rebellion.
