But after a trip to the 'supermarket' Sherlock just can't hide his jealousy as he has done in the past... (But oh no, Mrs Hudson!) How will things turn out between them?

Her entire body shook as she sat in the toilet at St Bart's sobbing her heart out. She held the plastic stick tightly to her chest, giving herself some form of comfort.
