She looks torn but he knows it's within good reason. He's at her mercy again, and he can only hope she doesn't decide to let him rot when he finds her more comforting than the morphine.

"Is that what this ache is? Heartbreak? I've heard the term from John's stupid soap operas, but I'd always dismissed it as fiction. A heart cannot be broken, it can only be damaged. Everybody knows that everybody dies. And everyone knows of the Riechenbach Fall, the day that Britain's greatest detective was lost to the world. But what if the tragic hero, the martyr for justice, was not Sherlock Holmes? What if, it was he who had to grieve over the loss of his best friend? Post-Reichenbach Sherlock has been away for three years (John has not met Mary at all) and hides behind a tree whenever John is at his gravestone. When John says some horrific things, Sherlock decides to reveal he is still alive. (Based off of a roleplay) WARNING: LOTS OF FEELS! Also, some later chaps. have NSFW content. Sherlock declares to Molly, he tries really hard to make it serious and romantic, but it all turn out to be very funny for Molly. Set somewhere in the future, or in the past if you prefer. It might be slightly Out of Character, although with Gatiss and Moffat you never know...
