Molly and Sherlock used to be friends with benefits but things got between them and Molly walked out of Sherlocks life. But two years later Molly has started work in the morgue in St. Barts and her and Sherlocks lives intertwine once again.

She stands on tip toes on the rail around the counter, leaning so far over the bar to speak to the bartender that Sherlock grabs the back of her dress to keep her from falling.

Ana and Flora get involved in one of Sherlock's case and go along with John, Mary and their kid. But not everything happens as planned. That's the "not fine" part through their special witnessing.
