You can look at it as otp or brotp, it usually doesn't matter (though for me it's OTP). Some are fluffy, almost all are murdery. Some have angst (lookin' at you, Reichenbach). After Sherlock and John have reunited, they think that anything to do with Moriarty is done and over with, but when a young woman shows up at their door claiming to be related to Moriarty they don't know what to think anymore. Sherlock dives into the secret Moriarty kept so well hidden all that time.

TEENLOCK and (clean) JOHNLOCK John was hoping that he could use the Homecoming dance as a way of getting his roommate off of his mind. Sherlock, however, had some very different plans for the evening.

The air in 221B was bitterly cold, not like Sherlock purposely tampered with the thermostat or anything of the sort...In result, the detective came to a conclusion that the idea of body heat exchanged through cuddling would be sufficient in keeping him and his flatmate warm . But with one condition, John wears his red pants as they cuddle on the lounge sofa.

"I'm erasing you and I'm happy!" yells John Watson to the retreating form of Sherlock Holmes, who rounds a corner and disappears, leaving John alone on the crowded city pavement. (Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind AU)

The Chancellor of the University and the Dean of the Cathedral called upon Sherlock to solve 'The Cathedral Case'.

Character sketch: Mycroft and Lestrade, in a pre-canon dialogue during one of Sherlock's withdrawals. An attempt to imagine elements and forces that could have brought the characters to the point we see in canon. Pre-canon, pre-John Watson. Clean, but many of the themes are "mature" in the sense of being for grownups, rather than in the sense of being sexy.
