Well, it was supposed to be her wedding day, up until about 10 hours ago. She didn't want to see anyone; she didn't even want to talk to anyone. All that she would have liked was to lie in her bed and have a good cry.

After The Fall, John's PTSD worsens, landing him in hospital. He falls into an almost comatose state, getting comfort only from the voice in his head. Then he gets a visit from the man who caused him to wind up in here. Sherlock/John Post-Reichenbach
