It is amazing to me, this internet pervasiveness in our lives. Only a few years ago, many didn't even have daily web access. Now, can you imagine life without connectivity? This is a sequl to Holmes of the heart. It takes place almost a year after Sherlock comes back to John after the fall. Sherlock and John are faced with being fathers, their new relationship and some struggles of altering their lives for this little girl

John wakes one morning and follows through on his regular morning routine only to find it has changed without him knowing. Short drabble.

Jim found out about Jenny's relationship with Hemish and is sending her away. Hemish finds out while going through some depression/self harm episode. But forgets about himself to check on her. Jenny wants to help him before she leaves and convinces him to get help.

John visits the flat for the first time in three years and the first time after the Fall. Short song story thing based off of Avril Lavigne's song Slipped Away. Kinda newbish so sorry. Review!

Reason for referral: Sherlock Holmes was admitted to dual diagnosis unit for detox on 27.5.2002, following arrest for intoxication on 26.5.2002. Patient was under the influence of cocaine when he was admitted. Requested single unit. Request granted by special permission.

Because the song "Landlocked Blues" by Bright Eyes gave me just about the entire plot. So, half the credit goes to Moffat, half the credit goes to Bright Eyes. Sherlock/John, slight Mycroft/Lestrade. WHOLE SUMMARY INSIDE: Rating may go up!

Once, when Sherlock thought of his father he thought of the smell of pipe and the texture of an expensive suit.

Sherlock can't wash his own hair; thus, someone else has to do it.

Lestrade helps Sherlock home after the events in Belgravia. And gets a little leverage along the way.

Mycroft looked at him for a moment, before standing up and heading to the door. He stopped at the threshold with a tired sigh. "I'll try to catch you when you fall, John. I owe him that much, at least." He said before dissapearing downstairs. Post-reichenbach fic dealing with John's life after the fall.

Sherlock sighs. "Didn't it occur to you that the range of emotions that they looked at in all those studies was a bit limited? Just stress, and pain." "Oh," I say. Now I'm getting worried. I had hyped myself up for stress and pain. I can see this could turn into a completely different experiment than I expected. I'm not sure I am ready for emotional rollercoaster.
