John is struggling to find a reason to go on, and then he realizes that he can't find one. Alone and left to his thoughts, he makes a decision and it will take Sherlock to remind him that he's not alone. Trigger Warning: Suicide attempt, suicidal!John

Sherlock doesn't mind being hurt when it's the best way to get what he needs. He's able to ignore pain, at least he thinks so. But it's more difficult to ignore John.
