Chapter 1 Finding the Truth

4 year after that night

It's been 4 year since that night on Halloween, and Sophie has grown a little, and has been sleeping in a cupboard under the stairs. She is now 5 and is now going to school. Sophie has also been having nightmares about green light which later she found about was memories, because of her eidetic memories, Sophie can remember everything of her life and by everything she means everything from when she was born. So she had to start meditation ,which she found in a book, to help sort her memories, and in those memories she found about magic, and she is a witch that can do magic. Sophie now practising magic everyday since she found out.

Early March of 1986

Sophie Pov

Today is a special day for Uncle Vernon as he is getting a very special guest that can help get him more money. And Sophie has been told to stay in her cupboard and make no sound at all or she gets to stay in the cupboard until summer. But Sophie got an idea to prank them during the meeting using her magic.

So the meeting started and Sophie started to focus her magic and tried to make her aunt and uncle to fart, and it worked as they farted, the sound in the room stopped coming. As it stopped her cousin also farted, Sophie heard the guest saying they needed to leave and left. Afterward her Uncle opened the cupboard and dragged me out and started beating her up yelling it is all your fault you freak. In his anger he grabbed a knife and stabbed Sophie. As Vernon Stabbed her he got bought out of his anger and had a scared and panicked look on his face, looking around to see the horror look on Petunia's face, he grabbed Sophie hand and threw her into her cupboard and shutting her door. Right before Sophie passed out from blood loss she said "Help me…"

Far Away

A phoenix was flying above a mountain when she heard a bond calling to her, as she looked deep at the bond and found out that it was a familiar bond. So she fired travel to her bonded and found that she was bleeding a lot and in a cupboard, as the phoenix saw the wound she got a very protective feeling coming over her and went to cry into the wound closing it. The Phoenix knows she needs to get her away from here so she looks into other bonds that Sophie has and fires travel them away to a house-elf that she is bonded to.

Potter Castle Sherwood Forest, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire

In the gate of the Castle Sophie and the phoenix appear as soon as that happens many house-elves came out of the castle wondering who it was that triggered the ward. But as soon as the head house-elf stepped forted she saw and yelled "It Mistress Sophie, she is hurts Tippy need help if we are to heal Mistress" The others agreed and they transported the young girl to the castle's ward room. The ward room was a large room where the primary ward stones were kept. Potter Castle was built on the merging of three major magical ley lines, thus creating a powerful concentration of magic, as it is a powerful number. The elves placed her on the floor and drew Elvin runes around her. Wizards and Witches really underestimated house elves. They had their own brand of magic. They knew they had to act quickly. They performed a diagnostic ritual and were appalled at the stage of their young mistress. Sophie's arms and legs were broken, her face was puffed up, nose broken, had a concussion, a stab wound in her stomach, a large block on her magic. The elves knew they had a lot of work to do. Eighteen elves surrounded Sophie and began chanting, while the Phoenix watched. A storm raged on outside the castle, rain pouring down with lightning flashing. As the elves started chanting, slowly Sophie's body began to heal itself. The ancient castle, a stronghold of magic, started pumping magic into its Lady, ensuring her survival. The wounds healed, the block on her magic slowly came undone. By now, the elves were exhausted. Another batch of eighty-one elves took over. After a bit longer they finish healing their Mistress and putting her to bed, and saying thank you to the phoenix.

Meanwhile

Far away in Scotland, in a castle similar to where Sophie was. A blast from nowhere destroyed some of the instruments on that wall, one monitoring the wards around Private Drive, and the tracking charm which used Sophie's blood. Albus Dumbledore, who was attending an ICW conference in Japan, would not realize until it was too late. By then he would be helpless to do anything about it.

Sophie wake up with a blinding headache. Her body ached all over too. She tried to remember what happened but for the life of her, she couldn't. It felt like she was sleeping on a soft bed, she knew there was no bed in her cupboard. Slowly, she started meditating and the activities of the night flashed before her eyes. The starvation, his intense anger, the prank she pulled on the Dursleys, and how Uncle Vernon had tried to murder her. She stiffened in panic. She slowly opened her eyes and gasped. She was sleeping on a large four poster bed. The room she was in was huge! Beautiful wooden flooring and large windows adorned the walls. The room was decorated in red and silver colours. The room was majestic. Sophie could not help but gape at the beauty and wealth of the place. Just as she was about to get up, she heard a crack and saw a creature; it was unlike anything she had seen. It was short and had big green eyes and was wearing a dress made of scrap fabric. It had large ears and Sophie could not help but jump back in shock. Something in his mind said that she knew what the creature was, but he couldn't get the words right.

"Mistress Sophie is awake! How are you feeling, Miss? Should Tippy get you anything?" squeaked the house elf excitedly

Subconsciously, Sophie remembered what the creature was. It was a house-elf. A magical species who loved to serve. Sophie was confused on how she knew that. She knew it wasn't because of his eidetic memory, as she could not recall ever learning about house-elves. She put that aside for now.

"Ahm, hello to you Tippy. Can you tell me where I am?" Sophie ask hesitantly

"Mistress is in Potter Castle, the ancestral home of the Potter family. How are you feeling about Mistress Sophie? Tippy and the other elves are very scared and worried" replied the elf.

Sophie swallowed her nervousness. Potter Castle? What was going on here? She took several deep breaths and tried to calm down. Her headache didn't make anything easier, she thought. "I'm fine now Tippy. Can you tell me what happened? How did I come here? How long have I been here?" she asked her.

Tippy looked down to the floor as tears welled in her eyes. "Mistress Sophie arrived three days ago. Mistress's Phoenix' friend brought you here. You were badly injured miss, close to death. The elves used our magic to heal young Mistress. You has been unconscious ever since" said the elf tearfully.

Sophie took a deep breath and exhaled. A Phoenix friend? She was really confused. "Please thank all the house-elves for saving my life, Tippy. I'm sorry to bother you, but can you please show me to the bathroom? I want to take a bath" she asked her. The elf looked shocked. "Mistress Sophie not be bothering Tippy at all! Tippy lives to serve the Potter family! I will prepare a bath for you Mistress" she said and popped out. Sophie slowly got out of bed and made her way to the bathroom. She didn't know what was going on, but she was certainly going to find out soon.
