Yang goes to Atlas with Weiss during the Winter holidays following their first term at Beacon and start bonding. In the meantime events in Mistral have a knock-on effect thoughout Remnant. Links into Jaune's Winter holiday and follows on from Learning to Lead, learning to follow. IMy aim is to ensure that is will not be necessary to have read those to understand what is happening.

Vastel was created by the Eight Guardian Spirits. But tragedy struck among them and one of their own had fallen, causing creatures named the Grimm to roam their land, killing all life that they see.
