'The Contract'

Chapter 2: 'Rules of Engagement'

I was walking with Ami to the temple as she was texting her friends to meet her there. I smiled to her, and she smiled up at me with a giggle. My heart belongs to Setsuna, but I am honest with myself when I say she's a cutie, "I do this with Setsuna all the time, now it's your turn," I said as I picked up Ami, and took her up for a flight on my angel wings

"Oh my goodness!" Ami gasped in joy

"Here we go!" I said, and taking flight

"Don't worry, I gotcha," I assured her while soaring, and flapping my wings for a smooth flight, and showing a bit of agility. From the top of the Tokyo Tower, I hugged Ami from behind and took her on a flight better than any rollercoaster, so says Setsuna, "hold on," I advised to her, and I dived off with her in my arms with open wings on a fast descent.

I folded my wings into a corkscrew, and I ascended back up toward the sky. Ami was having the time of her life. I should do this sort of thing with all her friends. I slowly down, and came in for a landing at the temple where all her friends were there to meet her. It included the Inner Sailor Senshi, and the Outer Sailor Senshi. Ami really is the smart one

"So what's going on?" asked Usagi

"Why don't you tell them?" said Ami

"Alright," I acknowledged to my friend, and lightly ruffled her hair, "as you all know, I'm an angel, but as such I'm still trying to learn more things about myself, and what I can do, we angels can make contracts with humans, these are called 'Shoki', how it works is in a time when you feel outmatched, say in battle, I can combine my power with yours,"

"So in other words...," said Minako

"You're a weapon," concluded Haruka

"Exactly, and like a weapon, there are things you can do with it, and things you cannot, but as I have said to you all when I first met you, I'm here to help," I further explained, "for example, you cannot use me in a in-group fights, it only works when you're fighting the enemy, seeing as you're interested, I'll show you how it works, I'll need a volunteer,"

"I will," said Setsuna, I smiled warmly. We hugged and I gave her a kiss on the cheek, and she did the same to me. There is nothing more soft, and silky than Setsuna's hair. My relationship with Setsuna has been steady. We've been on a few dates, gone out dancing, and even to a few fancy balls courtesy of Haruka, and Michiru "so how does this work?"

"First, I need you to transform," I advised

Setsuna was now Sailor Pluto, "Perfect,"

I gave her the same instructions I gave to Ami. Setsuna closed her eyes to focus, and be at ease, "Pluto Armor Power!" she called out, I warmly embraced her from behind and kissed the back of her head to combine with her, and begin the transformation. Pluto's began with a crown with cheek protectors, and a crest in the front shaped like a battle axe

The power flowed to give her a half-suit of armor protecting her arms, chest, and back. Her heels were turned into steel sabatons, and she wore greaves and poleyns. Her legs were covered by black leather tights with a cloth flap in the front and the back. Her Garnet Rod is turned into a 'zweihander' with the red gem in the middle of the complex guard

"Now that's cool," admitted Haruka

"Do you kiss them each time?" asked Michiru

I let go of Sailor Pluto, and Sailor Pluto reverted back to Setsuna "No, just the first time to seal the bond" I replied, and looked to my friends "when you need me, I'll always be there for you all" I knew I had to get home to Remy. Knowing him and his 'shepherdation anxiety', he's worried, and I need to take him for his walk. With that, I flew to the sky.

"Hello, Mommy's home," I greeted to Remy

"Yes, yes, Mommy loves you," I added

He leaped up on me, and covered my face with kisses from his steak-sized tongue. I soon saw his handy work as Remy got into the garbage. I looked at the mess, and back at Remy as he ran over to the couch to curl up into a ball while he gave my the 'sad eyes'. As disappointed as I am, I know this is my fault too, "alright, it's okay, Big Boy," I sighed

"We'll clean this up, and go for a walk," I said to him, and did just that with a broom, a dustpan, some cleaner, and paper towels. With the mess cleaned up, I fastened on his big leash, and we went for a walk around the neighborhood. As I walked him, I got some welcomed company on the way "Hello Setsuna" I said, getting a kiss on the cheek from her.

"That was...very interesting," said Setsuna

"The Shoki? It's new for me too," I admitted

Setsuna kneeled down, and gave Remy his pets. Remy gave her his famous kisses to her laughter, and her delight. I extended an offer to Setsuna, "Haruka wants me to go out riding with her, would you like to come along? I have an extra helmet," I offered, I offered a handkerchief to her to wipe the slobber off. You can't be mad at him. Remy's a dog.

"I'd like that," she agreed with a warm grin

I smiled back to her, "Cool, I'll see you tonight,"
