The third impact was avoided. Seele was stopped before they could ever lay a finger on Nerv, and Rei never allowed Gendo to reach his goal. Two years pass and things return to the way they were. Until a new threat arises. Shinji Ikari must return to Nerv, to his father, and to Asuka Langley Sohryu.

Gendo Ikari always did have a bad habit of forming un-healthy attachments to other individuals.

Suicide: Taking one's own life. Why do people commit suicide? Why do they feel they need to make a choice that is to end their own lives? Inspired by a recent suicide attempt by a friend. Even the Restorative Horseman of Death can understand people's reasons for wanting to end their suffering, but he can see a reason for them to not give up so quickly. Suicide is never an option.

Spoilers for Rebuild 3.0 1.0. Three days after the final confrontation with NERV, Asuka heard an unknown voice talking with Kensuke and Toji. The stranger's voice sounded so familiar yet so different.
