Okay, so I decided to get to work on a Spawn/Highschool DxD story since there's not really that many, which is a shame because Spawn could really work in the DxD universe... I think. Well, DxD is about supernatural stuff like Angels, Devils, Fallen Angels, and so on, and Spawn is a creation of Hell so it works.

Now because this is DxD, it's going to be a harem. But I doubt I'll be adding Devils of any kind to it considering the OC's dislike of them. I mean, a demon tricked him into selling his soul to see his loved ones again only to see they've moved on with their lives, and he's left as a shadow of his former self, trapped within a hellish suit. So yeah... I doubt he's going to like Devils considering their nature.

Don't know about Angels, and Fallen Angels though. I don't know who is best for the harem, so I'll need ideas for this.

Ideas for the story are greatly appreciated.

Hell.

In religion and folklore, Hell is a location in the afterlife in which evil souls are subjected to punitive suffering, most often through torture, as eternal punishment after death. Religions with a linear divine history often depict hells as eternal destinations, the biggest examples of which are Christianity and Islam, whereas religions with reincarnation usually depict a hell as an intermediary period between incarnations, as is the case in the dharmic religions. Religions typically locate hell in another dimension or under Earth's surface. Other afterlife destinations include heaven, paradise, purgatory, limbo, and the underworld.

Hell, said to be the home of the Devil himself, the one who'd rule the demons and all other nightmarish creatures in the land of hellfire and brimstone. Most descriptions of the Devil and Hell make the Devil out to be an evil entity that takes advantage of humanity, offering deals in exchange for souls or the deals mostly benefit him in the end. Other descriptions make him out to be just the ruler of Hell who punishes the bad souls.

However, Hell features more than one Devil. There are demons... and there are demon lords who rule certain Circles of Hell.

One of those demon lords, Malebolgia, rules the Eight Circle of Hell. Malebolgia was one of the most powerful rulers of Hell, and reigned unchallenged in the 8th circle of Hell for 70,000 years, not even the Satans, the Old or New, dared to take on Malebolgia with his legions and power. Malebolgia was most known from making deals with those that caught his attention, those who had so much blood on their hands that they were condemned to Hell and he'd snatch them quickly to offer the deal, power in exchange for being part of his army, or to lead it.

And thus, Malebolgia created the Hellspawns, former humans embedded with great power to combat the Angels of Heaven.

The Hellspawn are controlled by Malebolgia, and are mainly used as an officer corps for his army of hell, although they were not created by Malebolgia and existed before him. Hellspawns are infused with dark energy, called necroplasm, when they are created, but this power is finite when outside of hell.

Most Hellspawns were once human, but were tricked into making a bargain with Malebolgia; He would agree to return them to Earth, if they promise to return later on and become a Lieutenant in his army of Hell. This deal usually backfires on the person, as Malebolgia normally sends them several years (or decades) into the future, after their deaths and clad in the Hellspawn's symbiotic armor. Their time on Earth is also limited, as it is tied to their limited energy source. Each time a Hellspawn uses his powers outside of Hell, the clock which represents his energy, counts down by one click. When the clock reaches zero, the Hellspawn will automatically return to Hell.

However, one Hellspawn was unlike the others that came before him, one Hellspawn refused to be a puppet and serve Malebolgia after making the deal with him and finding out he had been tricked.

That Hellspawn's name was Nathan Nolan.

A former Black ops Special Forces assassin that did every dirty job the Government needed kept under the radar. the missions Nathan took were suicidal, but he always survived them and did his mission, which was why he was called one of the greatest soldiers. But Nathan wanted to get out of his life as a soldier, as a assassin that kills and kills and kills.

Nathan wanted to be with his girlfriend and their five year old daughter, so he took one last mission that would leave him with a lot of money, enough fir him to take his family away from the place they lived in and go to somewhere nice like Hawaii. However, the Universe liked to fuck with people and be such a bitch, because on that mission, Nathan's morals got in the way and he was gunned down by his own squad by order of a man named Jason Wynn.

Nathan then found himself in Hell, where he met Malebolgia who made a deal with him: Nathan will lead his army in exchange for seeing his girlfriend and daughter again, a deal Nathan agreed to. However, in his desperate quest to get back, he forgot to think that demons can trick people.

And so Nathan found himself waking up five years after his death. His girlfriend had moved on, married another man, had another child, and moved away from their old home that was abandoned. Nathan had nothing left and swore revenge against Wynn and Malebolgia, and so his quest for revenge began as well as his life as a Hellspawn.

Nathan fought demons, angels, vampires, werewolves, goblins, all sorts of supernatural creatures that stood in his way as he practically waged war with heaven and Hell, but he got what he wanted in the end. He killed Jason Wynn and Malebolgia, and got his soul back, but he had kept the power of the Hellspawn for himself.

Right now, it was dark in the city of Tokyo and a group of five were trying to rape a woman, having currently gotten her down to her bra and panties. "Get off me!" The woman sobbed as one of the men held her arms while the second was between her legs, pulling his trousers down.

"Don't worry, baby." The man between her legs grinned. "We'll be nice and gentle."

Suddenly, from out of the darkness, a chain shot out, wrapped around the man's neck and pulled him into the darkness of the alleyway. The other men released the woman and pulled out weapons, aiming into the darkness as all was silent.

Then came blood-curdling screams

"Jerry!" One of the men shouted before he and the other three fired into the darkness, the gunshots lighting up the alleyway briefly but the rapist didn't seem to be hitting anything as all went silent again aside from one of the men's panicked breathing as his eyes darted around at the shadows of the alleyway.

Then something was thrown out the darkness and slammed into one of the men, revealing to be Jerry, head twisted, an eyeball gouged out, arms broken and twisted, legs bent backwards and twisted like a pretzel.

"Jesus!" One of the men fell back and emptied his stomach on the ground.

"Holy sweet fuck!" Another thug said with wide eyes before a hand reached out of the darkness and grabbed the back of his head, causing him to scream which alerted his friends who aimed. "Fucking shoot the bastard!"

They fired but the attacker moved the man he was holding in front of him and the rapist took the bullets instead, killing him instantly as the body was dropped to the floor.

"WHERE ARE YOU?!" One of the thugs shouted angrily.

"Here."

The man turned with a gasp and the last thing he saw was glowing green eyes before he was killed.

The final thug emptied his ammo clip as the dark figure approached him, but when the gun clicked to show it was out of ammo, the man tossed it and tried to run but a chain wrapped around his leg and yanked hard enough to dislocate his entire right leg, causing the man to scream before he was dragged back and a foot pressed down on him.

"Jesus Christ! Mercy!" The man begged tearfully.

"'We're oft to blame, and this is too much proved, that with devotion's visage and pious action we do sugar on the devil himself.'" The dark figure recited Hamlet.

"W-What's that mean?" The rapist asked confusedly through his tears.

The dark figure lifted a crowbar in the air. "Spare the rod."

And with that, he brought the crowbar down hard before tossing the crowbar aside before turning to the woman and stepped into the light, revealing his appearance.

He was a tall, dark figure wearing a full body form-fitting black suit with white highlights, most notably two large marks over his green glowing eyes, a stylized flowing red high-collar cape that seems to either flow in the wind or writhe as if it were a living creature and chains around his waist.

The figure stepped towards the woman who closed her eyes and braced for the end of her life, but she didn't feel that, she felt something be put around her shoulders and opened her eyes to see a long trench coat wrapped around her to cover her nakedness.

But the dark figure was now gone.

The figure leaped over huge gaps between rooftops and landed on each, or glided using his cape. This was Nathan Nolan AKA Spawn.

Nathan landed on a rooftop and perched himself on the ledge of it, his cape billowing in the soft breeze as he stared down at the streets of Tokyo City, watching everybody go about their daily lives. Oh how he wished he could have that life, to be normal, to be fully human again... but that time has long passed after he became a Hellspawn.

After killing Malebolgia, Violator and Jason Wynn, Nathan got his soul back and left New York, to just try and get away from it all after the hellish life he's had... but the impulse to kill scum will always remain with him. He didn't care where he went, and he somehow ended up in Japan, not that he cared as japan was one of his favourite places to visit.

It was far more peaceful than America, that's for sure.

Nathan didn't know what he wanted to do with his life, he had all this power... and he didn't know what to do with it. But he did vow to kill any of Hell's creatures that dared step onto Earth. He had grown a very deep hatred for Hell's inhabitants after what he has become. All of Hell's creatures were the same, greedy, lustful, monsters that only cared about themselves and gaining power, believing themselves superior than humans.

Demons, Devils, it doesn't matter how nice they come off, Nathan will put them down if he encounters them...

Sorry there wasn't much in this by the way, but it's a good start right?

As for the harem... I will put Yasaka and Kuroka in it since if I don't, there's probably gonna be a mob. I mean, they are both favourites, so...

Don't know about anyone else. Tis is why I want ideas for who can be in the harem, no Devils like Rias, Akeno, Sona, Ravel, or anybody from the Devil faction, Kuroka's... well...

Anyway, whoever you suggest, I want big reasons to why they should be in the harem, and ideas on how they can fall for Nathan and such.

I don't just want "Pick this girl because she's hot and would fit with Spawn." That doesn't help.
