Vale has fallen and Atlas is next. Jaune Arc, a Huntsman lost and alone, must reach the kingdom's capitol to find his friends and family. With him is an ally he never would have expected. A Grimm, who calls herself Ruby. Together the two walk across Atlas, facing the many horrors that the Grimm have created and forming a bond never before seen between man and Grimm.

Yang goes to Atlas with Weiss during the Winter holidays following their first term at Beacon and start bonding. In the meantime events in Mistral have a knock-on effect thoughout Remnant. Links into Jaune's Winter holiday and follows on from Learning to Lead, learning to follow. IMy aim is to ensure that is will not be necessary to have read those to understand what is happening.

Inspired by JC-of-the-Corn's Endless Possibilities, similar stories spawned by the idea, and my need for an outlet for weird stories during writer's blocks. Go read the others.
