The Hargeeves had successfully prevented the end of the World and were allowed to 'borrow' one of the Commission's famous time travel bags, so that they could travel back to 2019 without further Problems.

Towards their correct time line. Into the lifes, they led before all the Chaos started. The bitter aftertaste, that Ben gave up his 'ghost' life to save Vanya made this journey back even more painful.

Many of the siblings had to say goodbye to friends...love affairs or even husbands they found in 1960.

It wasn't always easy to say goodbye and, knowing very well, that you wouldn't see the people you loved again anytime soon.

Their paths would not cross again, despite all hopes.

Time travel - a time jump was a risky proposition.

And yet, all family members of the Umbrella Academy were ready to shake hands again and take the leap into the unknown.

The bag was activated and the Siblings held hands. A successful journey into the future should work this time.

Without unexpected attacks, complications or even attempted murder.

Little did the Hargeeves know, however, that traveling back in time to 2019 , would not only throw their lives into another alternate universe...because far away, in another timeline...another reality of events, two family members of the next generation will also be teleported into this Future.

Torn away from their life and teleported to New York.

During one of the most unlucky moments...to be honest.

...

"You are a mistake that shouldn't have happened! Nothing more than a mistake in the Matrix!"

Silence filled the Umbrella Academy's living Room.

Sir Reginald Hargreeves was - as so often - the cause of the Silence.

His now adult Children had this idiotic mistake and began to reproduce, giving the next Generation super powers as well.

Not everyone deserved this privilege. Not every child was special. Or should get the chance to use his skills.

"Mom?" - 13 year old Claire looked away from her Grandfather and over to her Mother.

Allison had a minor injury to her vocal cords , that had yet to heal after a... less pleasant encounter with an energy wave from Vanya.

Claires Aunt Vanya only discovered a few years ago ; that she also had superpowers and now the family was trying to help her... deal with this.

"No...Claire...of course...not..." - It took an incredible amount of strength from Allison to say those words and to assure Claire that nothing her grandfather said was true.

"If Dad say´s so...i guess...he is on the right Path...", Luther scratched his head a bit aimlessly and looked at his father uncertainly. As before, the number one of the Umbrella Academy had full confidence and Trust in Reginald.

"Seriously Luther?", Klaus threw into the room in shock and Ben, who was standing next to him very much alive, just shook his head.

"The Kids are still learning how to best use their powers...just like me", Vayna said, unable to understand Reginald's behavior.

"One disappointment is bigger than the other! Stop hiding behind Number 7! Come on! Same goes for the other Disappointment! Look at me when I mention your pathetic Powers!"

Reginald raised his voice, addressing his second Grandchild. That until now had been quietly hiding behind Grace.

Very slowly the child took a few steps forward and the big eyes glittered with fear. But once again Sir Reginald Hargreeves had nothing but words of hate for the next Generation.

A 14 year old boy with big blue eyes, fair skin and a scared look stepped out from behind Vanya.

"Dad? We're trying...really...our best...but...it´s hard...", he glanced over at Luther, hoping for support...unfortunately it was all too clear which side Luther was on.

Blinded by the words Reginald had always left for 'his number one'. Too blind to see that his son was actually perfect just the way he was. The encouragement for Luther's child came from Ben. After all, someone had to give the poor children a few words of praise.

"You're doing great Wesley. We can all see that you're trying hard" - but unfortunately the comforting words to Luther's son Wesley could hardly find an open ear.

Just as Reginald was about to start again and lecture the Grandchildren with their 'ridiculously weak abilities' that none of them had even a shred of potential...a blue light appeared and a 30th year old Number Five laid a hand on the shoulder of Wesley, only to then stand protectively in front of Luther's son.

"It's enough. You've been terrorizing us long enough! Diego died because of your Carelessness! You can't treat the next Generation in the same shitty way!", Five said angrily - he couldn't and didn't want to watch this injustice any longer. Wasn't it bad enough that Diego had died a few months ago, on a mission that couldn't have been more chaotic?

"Ridiculous! We all know why Number 2 met its untimely end. He couldn't take what his own daughter did to him. With an Ability, that would have had so much more potential! If I see a single tear from you... then...! "

Reginald had arrived surprisingly quickly for his age , at the large flower vase , which behind Diego's daughter was hiding and was just about to swing his walking stick at her, when Ben used his abilities to put distance between Reginald and Diego's daughter, who was trying to ran away from her Grandpa.

But the little Girl, about four years old, stumbled in her fear and landed on her stomach on the Ground.

Despite Ben's tentacles now circling around as 'protection' from Reginald, nothing escaped the old man but a disdainful snort.

"Number 2 would be turning around in his Grave and It´s all your Fault! Your Power put you in this Position! You wouldn't even be worth mentioning in the press interviews"

Some of what Reginald said was true. For example, the fact that Diego's daughter Amelia accidentally tested her ability to rejuvenate the aging process on herself.

She had only wanted to help her father on the mission so many weeks ago.

She sneaked into the car with Claire and Wesley and... things backfired.

One of the 'bad guys' grabbed her from behind and wanted to strangle the 12-year-old.

In her panic, Amelia used her ability on herself and has been stuck in her own rejuvenated 4 year old body ever since.

Her father died on the mission ; because he wanted to save her and was in Papa Bear Protection Mode. But that her grandfather made such accusations was wrong. Totally wrong and unjustified.

"Don't talk to Amelia like that!", Claire said angrily and Allison wanted to try to use her own ability to help Ben keep an Eye on Reginald.

However, Wesley seemed to gain courage for a Moment as well and he wanted to protect his Cousin and help Ben, who also needed a lot of strength to use his Ability.

In all the Chaos, no one noticed how Vanya herself was struggling with the Chaos and worry surrounding Claire, Wesley, and Amelia with her own Ability. All of the rest of the Hargreeves' attention was focused on the center of the Room.

All at once, as if by magic or some inhuman force, Reginald was able to knock Ben's tentacles off with ease, causing Ben to land backwards onto Klaus and both of them crashing to the Ground. Wesley wanted to run forward with his superhuman speed to protect Amelia, but Luther grabbed hold of him with ease.

The blue light now appeared directly in front of Amelia, who was desperately trying to put some distance between herself and Reginald.

Five squatted in front of his niece, wanting to protect her.

"Uncle Fivey...Lia scared", Amelia whispered and just as Reginald was about to swing his walking helper, Grace was about to break her 'creator's neck with a well-aimed kick & Vanya's powers were bringing about the end of the world in this alternate timeline ...it happened.

Claire & Amelia disappeared in a bright green Light.

What remained were the shocked Hargreeves Family members...who would only seconds later be completely destroyed by the Powers of Vanya...as well as the entire World.

And while that was happening, Claire and Amelia were transported through space, time & other alternate dimensions.

To land painfully hard in 2019 - in New York.
