She had complained about having a headache when they arrived home. Randy had retreated to another room to call doctor Ezra. When he returned to the bedroom, she pretended to be asleep. He had undressed and lied down behind her, cuddling up against her back with his arm around her waist.

He fell asleep quickly and started snoring. She had waited 15 minutes before lifting up his arm and making her way out of bed. There was no way she could sleep there next to him anymore.

She went to the bathroom and took a long bath. She just lied in the water while constantly hearing voices trying to drown each other inside her head. She felt fear and pain constantly but she couldn't make sense of any of it other than her name was Aster. That was the only thing she knew for sure.

The rest of the night had gone by with coffee and red bulls while more memories tried to force their way back into her head. She managed to keep a straight face when Randy finally emerged.

"You look tired," he said.
"I still have trouble sleeping," she said.
"Can you cook breakfast while I shower?" He asked.
"Sure," she said. "Maybe I should stay home today."

His facial expression changed to one of anger. She was getting used to seeing that, and she feared it everytime. He grabbed her upper arms and backed her up against the nearest wall.

"You do not go anywhere without me!" He snarled.
"Okay. I'm sorry. I just thought I might be in the way with my headache and all," she said.
"You are mine!" He growled. "So know your place and follow me around."
"Okay, Randy. I'll do that," she said.

He smiled at her and let go. He walked out of the room and she stood there feeling her heart beat like crazy. This man was going to hurt her. He had already hurt her somehow and he was going to continue.

"And you thought Seth would protect you," Randy mocked. "Just wait until the good doctor here starts having fun with your brain. Soon you'll be a drooling dog begging for the bone in my pants. You will be mine no matter how hard you try to fight it."

Tears ran down her face. That memory came with a full picture. She was chained up and Randy was right there in front of her, telling her exactly what his plan was. She heard herself scream inside her head when the doctor walked up to her with his tools. The pain was too strong to fight. She stumbled through the kitchen and grabbed on to the counter top.

"Get out, get out, get out," she whispered.

"I love you, Aster."

Seth stood there in front of her in her memory, smiling warmly at her with those soft eyes of his. He almost blushed as he said those words. That was the first time he had ever said them. She felt happy inside. More happy than she had ever felt.

"I love you too," she said lowly.
"Did you say something?" Randy asked.

She turned around and saw him standing there.

"I was just thinking out loud," she lied. "Mainly about what to cook for breakfast."
"I enjoy your scrambled eggs," he said. "Remember your pill. It's important."

She took the glass before he could, fished out a pill, and swallowed it with some water. The way his face seemed to light up was creepy. He thought he had her where he wanted, seeing how she had willingly taken the pill all on her own.

"Good girl," he said.
