I went to go find Miyumi.

Eventually, Eunji stumbled upon Miyumi, who was in Eunji's lab.

"Hey, Eunji." Miyumi said. "Wanna spend time with me?"

I spent some time with Miyumi talking about my discography.

Miyumi and I grew closer today.

Would you like to give Miyumi a present? Yes

What would you like to give her?

Item Gifted – Moonstone Ring

"A-Ah.." Miyumi blushed. "Thank you very much, Eunji."

Seeing Miyumi so pleased with my gift makes me happy!

"So, um..." Miyumi fell silent, then blushed. "Have you ever been in a relationship before?"

"Not yet." Eunji replied.

"Ah... same here."

Seeing Miyumi blush like that is so cute.

"But, I want to know more about you, Miyumi." Eunji said. "Do you have any siblings?"

"Just one. A brother." The detective replied. "My father's side of the family is actually a family line that went down generations, but my brother really didn't care about all that, so that came down to me."

"I'd say you've done a pretty good job at being a detective." The idol stated. "So, what'd you brother do, then?"

"He opened a bakery."

"Ahh... so you got your detective skills from your father's side, and your baking skills from your mother's side! While your brother just stuck with one skill."

"Yeah, pretty much."

"That's so amazing that you did both things!"

"W-Well, I suppose it is.." Miyumi blushed. "I never thought much of it, to be honest."

"What do you mean?"

"Well, I guess I just saw it as my duty, really." The detective replied. "As part of a hard-working family, it was my duty to be a detective, and be a baker, for my mom's sake."

Miyumi... she really is amazing!

"What kind of stuff are you intereted in?" Miyumi asked.

"Besides K-pop?" Eunji asked. "Horror movies."

"Eh?" The detective was confused. "Horror... movies? You like those? Really?"

"What's wrong, Miyumi?"

"I just... never took you for that type."

"Don't tell me... you're scared of horror movies, aren't you?" Eunji teased.

Miyumi just got flustred. "W-What? N-No, of course not!"

"I can just imagine you watching those and be scared out of your mind!"

"Waaah! Stop! So mean!"

Eunji just giggled as Miyumi whined.

The detective just looked at Eunji, blushing. "I-It is true... I'm terrified of horror movies."

"Aww, but they can so good!" Eunji said. "I got an idea, when we get out of here, how about you and I, we watch a horror movie together? You can always hold on to me if you get too scared!"

"I-I'd like that.."

Miyumi took a deep breath and regained her composure.

"Since you got to know what I'm scared of, it's only fair that I get to know what you're scared of." Miyumi stated.

"Honestly?" Eunji said. "Failure. Nothing terrifies me than just failing. I've worked so hard to debut as an idol, and I was honestly so terrified that I was going to fail."

"But you didn't." The detective comforted. "You succeeded."

"Yes, I did." Eunji said. "Just like how I'm going to succeed in saving everyone."

"I believe in you, Eunji." Miyumi replied. "Don't forget that."

"I won't ever forget it, trust me."

With that, we parted ways. I look forward to speaking with Miyumi again.

I went to find Yeeun.

Eunji found Yeeun at the pool, just sitting ontop one of the bleachers.

"Hey there, Eunji." Yeeun said. "Sit next to me, let's just chill."

I spent time with Yeeun.

Yeeun and I grew a little closer today.

Would you like to give Yeeun a present? Yes

Item Gifted – Rare K-Pop Album

"Wow! Thank you, Eunji!" Yeeun said.

Seeing Yeeun so pleased with my gift makes me happy!

"How is your situation with your family, Eunji?" Yeeun asked all of a sudden.

"Eh? That's a little random." Eunji replied. "Well, um, I'm a bit estranged with my mother, but with everyone else I'm good with."

"Why are you estranged with your mother?"

"She never agreed with me becoming an idol."

"Ah, I'm sorry."

"How about you? With your family?"

"...um..." Yeeun fell silent. "I dunno."

"You... don't know?"

"I mean... I guess we're fine."

It seems like she wants to avoid the topic of her family... but why?

What's going on, Yeeun?

"A-Anyways, this entire situation isn't doing any good for my songwriting skills." Yeeun sighed.

"Oh! Speaking of, I never did ask you... who do you write songs for?" Eunji asked.

"I've been in with JYPE, BigHit, SM, YG... pretty much every K-pop company." The songwriter replied. "Eunji, I thought you knew this?"

"I mean, yeah, we met at JYPE, but I don't recall you ever mentioning the other companies."

"Huh, I suppose you're right."

Yeeun fell silent.

"You know, I've been wanting to start playing the piano, maybe compose my own piano music." The songwriter said.

"Oh? That sounds really good! You should always pursue your passions!" Eunji replied.

"Speaking of, isn't there a Ultimate Pianist in Hope's Peak?"

"Akamatsu, I think?" Eunji replied. "Never met her, though."

"I wonder if she could help me out once we get out of here."

"That could be good!"

Yeeun sighed. "Sorry, I feel like a bore. There's nothing we can really talk about, huh?"

"I guess you're right. After all, I do know a lot about you already."

But still, I want to get to know more about you!

"I'm honestly a little worried." Yeeun replied. "This whole motive thing... it's pretty freaky."

"I'm just more freaked out that so many people are falling for Monokuma's lies."

"Yeah, me too."

The songwriter fell silent.

"Hey, Eunji?" Yeeun said. "Right now, I'm still a little worried... but next time we talk like this, I want to tell you something."

"Okay." Eunji replied.

"Just... keep it a secret, alright?"

"I will."

"Thank you, that makes me feel better. It'll help give me courage for our next meeting. Bye, Eunji."

With that, Yeeun left.

I wonder she's gonna tell me next time.

I went to find Kazuhiko, and he was at the dining hall.

"Ah, there you are." Kazuhiko said. "I was about to grab a snack, care to join me?"

I had a snack with Kazuhiko

Kazuhiko and I grew a little closer today.

Would you like to give Kazuhiko a present? Yes

Item Gifted – Hot Wheels

"I used to play with this during my childhood!" Kazuhiko said. "Thanks for the nostalgia, Eunji!"

Seeing Kazuhiko so pleased with his gift makes me happy!

"I've made more origami." Kazuhiko saud. "I wonder if Monokuma allows renovations, because I need more space for my origami figures."

"So, actually, how did you get into origami?" Eunji asked.

"Oh, it happened one time when I got into an accident while driving. I had to stay in the hospital so I could recover, but I got played of playing the same couple games on my phone, so I just did a google search of what kind of hobbies I could get into, and origami struck me as unique. So, yeah, it first started as a thing to kill time while I was in the hospital, and then it developed into me being very talented at it."

"How recently was this?"

"Last year, I believe."

"Wow, you got so good in just an year!?"

"Origami is hard, yeah, but it's not that difficult when you put your mind into it." Kazuhiko replied. "Honestly, I want do more with origami."

The racer stopped for a second, and then continued.

"Funny how I'm the Ultimate Racer and yet we're talking about origami." He observed.

"Ah, sorry, it's just that origami interests me." The idol replied.

"And racing doesn't?"

"T-That's not what I meant."

"Of course, I'm only messing with you." Kazuhiko said. "It is a bit refreshing to talk about something else, but racing is literally my life."

"So how many tournament thingies have you won?" Eunji asked.

"Hmm... about a couple thousands, maybe?"

"Whoa, that's a crazy amount!"

"Well, I AM the Ultimate Racer, after all."

He really is a talented Ultimate.

"But of course, it's not all fun and peaches." Kazuhiko replied. "I've had lots of people come up to me and challenge me to a race."

"Oh?" Eunji said.

"I'd beat them, of course, but they'd always throw a fit. One time, a guy pulled a knife on me."

"What'd you do?"

"I wasn't gonna let him stab me, so I just punched him and that did it."

"That's kinda scary."

"Oh hell yeah I was so scared when that happened." Kazuhiko replied. "There has been people who accepted defeat and were nice after I beat them, but that dude always sticks with me."

"I can't even imagine having to deal with that." Eunji sighed. "I do have my fair share of crazy fans, but I'd never think they'd pull a knife on me."

"It'd surprise you what people can do."

Kazuhiko just sighed.

"I'm going to head out, see ya later, Eunji."

With that, Kazuhiko walked away.

I wonder what we'll talk about next time.

I went to find Hirokazu.

Eunji went inside the gym, to find Hirokazu there.

"Hey there." Hirokazu said. "Let's chat."

I talked with Hirokazu.

Hirokazu and I grew a little closer today.

Would you like to give Hirokazu a gift? Yes

Item Gifted – Rare Limited Edition Monopoly Game

"Holy crap, where'd you get this!?" Hirokazu said. "Thanks, Eunji!"

Seeing Hirokazu so pleased with his gift makes me happy!

"What's your favorite board game?" Eunji asked.

"Monopoly." Hirokazu said. "I think Sorry! is a close second, though."

"So, you're good at all of them, ever been in any tournaments?"

"Uh, yeah, Chess tournaments."

...Chess tournaments? I'm getting dejavu... Why?

It's probably nothing...

"Oh really? How good were you in this?"

"I've won maybe 10, but I always finished Runner-Up in the rest."

"How many did you compete in total?"

"30, I think?"

"20 runner ups... that's rough."

"It's fine, I was always okay with who I lost to."

"Who'd you lose to?"

"My childhood friend – If I can still call her that – Sara." Hirokazu replied.

"Sara...? Isn't that an english name?" Eunji asked.

"She was born in England, and they never really bothered to give her a Japanese name. But it was okay, I liked her name."

"What did you mean by "if I can still call her that"?"

"I dunno, we developed a sort of rivaly these days. But... I still love her – in a friend way, of course." Hirokazu corrected himself. "We've been together all this time, it's hard to hate somebody, no matter how tough things can get. We kinda lost touch recently."

"Do you want to talk to her again?" The idol asked.

"Yeah, I do. But... this whole school... I don't believe that's ever going to happen."

"Hey, don't be like that! Have hope, we will escape this place!"

"I like that attitude, Eunji."

The astrologist just sighed. "Hey, I'm being too much of a bummer. Let's talk about something else."

But still, it was good to learn more about Hirokazu's past. I felt like I needed it.

"How about you, Eunji?" Hirokazu asked. "You're a K-Idol, right? Aren't there some sort of competitive nature to that, too?"

"Music shows? I have... I think... about... 200 wins, now?" Eunji said.

"Damn, that's a lot! You must have a lot of fans!"

"Well, yeah."

"Isn't that a little overwhelming?" The astrologist asked.

"Honestly? No. I really love to see the smile on people's faces when I perform, it makes me so happy."

"You are the Ultimate K-Idol for a reason, I suppose."

Hirokazu fell silent.

"I can't think of anything else to say." Hirokazu sighed. "Guess we ran out of things to talk about, huh?"

"There's always next time!" Eunji said. "Make sure you have stuff to say then!"

"Okay, then I'm gonna go." The astrologist replied. "See you later, Eunji."

I wonder what he'll tell me next time.

...

I went to find Youngjae.

Eunji walked into the courtyard, and saw Youngjae.

"Hey there." Youngjae greeted.

I spent time with Youngjae.

Youngjae and I grew a little closer today.

Would you like to give Youngjae a present?

What would you like to give him?

Item Gifted – Limited Edition Chess-Themed Notebook.

"You know what? This is great, actually, it'll help me keep track of things next time." Youngjae said. "I know I need it, babysitting can get so hectic. Thank you, Eunji."

Seeing Youngjae so pleased with my gift makes me happy!

"So, you're a babysitter, right?" Eunji said. "How did you gain that charm with kids?"

"I'm the oldest in a family of 9 kids." Youngjae replied.

9 kids? Holy shit!

"Whoa." The idol was shocked.

"Yeah, I know." The babysitter sighed. "Since we had such a huge family, my parents really had to work a lot. So, of course, the responsibility of taking care of my siblings fell to me. It was hard at first, but eventually I became really good at it."

"And are you okay? I mean, being trapped here, not taking care of your siblings..."

"Yes, I took care of them, but I also helped raise them into being their own person. I'm sure they're taking care of themselves just fine."

"I see. Do you miss them?"

"Of course I do." Youngjae replied. "Every day. But I have hope. Hope that I'll see them again one day. I'm using that hope to help motivate me through all this."

Youngjae's amazing.

"How about you, Eunji?" Youngjae asked. "What's keeping you going through all this?"

"For me, to see my fans again, to perform again." Eunji replied. "I want nothing more than to make people happy again, to see their smiles."

"You really are a good idol, you know?"

"Thank you, I appreciate that."

I have to keep this hope alive. No matter what.

"You want to know something?" Youngjae asked. "Hirokazu is apparently good at chess."

"Yeah, I know."

"I wanna challenge him, since he's talks to highly about his chess skills."

"You think you can beat him?"

"Pretty confident."

"I'd like to see that match!"

There was some silence as Youngjae sighed to himself.

"Hey, Eunji?"

"Yeah?"

"What do you want to do when we get out of here?"

"Therapy, extreme therapy, first of." Eunji replied. "Maybe after a year or so, come back to the K-Pop world. That'll help me a ton."

"Yeah, when I get out, I'm going straight to my siblings." Youngjae said. "Trust me, this whole thing is effecting me too, but I want to see them again."

"I respect that."

"Well, I'm going to go. Catch you later, Eunji."

"Bye."

Youngjae is such a good big brother. I can't wait to speak with him again.

I just went back to my room and took some time to think.

After the next 24 hours, Monokuma is going to expose all our secrets.

What kind of chaos will happen then?
