Weiss pulled Jaune into her office hastily, not explaining a thing nor giving him the chance to catch his breath.

"Weiss slow down what's going on!" Jaune said grounding his feet as to make Weiss stop in her tracks. Her ice cold blue eyes looked at him.

"We need to get you out of here right now there is no time to wait!" she said as she let go of his hand and marched towards the bookcase. Standing in front of it searching for a specific particular book.

"I just don't get it Weiss, I just won! Everything should be fine" Jaune replied rather enthusiastically as he walked towards her, as soon as he reached the book case Weiss grabbed his hand and pulled him close.

"No nothing is fine! Do you realize what I just did!" she almost yelled at him, her tone almost terrified. And with that the realization of her actions began to set in for him.

"I killed a member of the Collective! They will never let me live this down and they will be coming for me so you need to get away from this place as far and fast as you can" Weiss said, continuing to try and find the right book.

"I'm so sorry I got you into this mess Weiss" Jaune apologized.

Weiss placed her hand on the side of his face "don't be. I would do it all over again for you. I won't lose you again!"

With that Weiss found the right book in the bookcase and pushed it, a large creek filled the room as part of the bookcase moved forward and then to the side, revealing a secret entrance behind it.

"This escape route will lead through the sewer system outside the city. It's your best chance to go there to make sure nobody finds you!" Weiss told him.

"What about you?, I can't leave you behind."

Weiss solemnly smiled "oh my dear Jaune, I will have to face the Collective soon and their judgment. I killed one of their primary members and they will not be kind on me, I won't let you get caught in the crossfire," as she spoke a tear began to roll down her cheek "now go before it's too late!"

Jaune looked at both the entrance and Weiss for a solid few seconds. He couldn't leave her behind, he had seen the Collective's members, Thanos, Raven and that weird Vecna guy, she wouldn't stand a chance against them. But he couldn't do anything against them either.

Looking Weiss deep into her eyes, tears streaming down her face as she realized she would lose the man she loved all over again. Grabbing her face with both his hands he pulled her in for a deep passionate and warm kiss.

Weiss cherished this moment as much as she could, as much as she wanted to. To make sure she never forgot this feeling again.

Their lips separated as they looked in each other's eyes before Jaune turned and took a step forward down the secret escape route. Turning around to look at Weiss one more time.

"I will never forget you! I promise" he said.

Weiss couldn't control the tears, resisting the urge to run after him. Instead all she said was a simple declaration.

"I love you Jaune Arc. In every world, for all eternity."

Jaune felt his own eyes water at those words and he could barely contain himself. He gazed at her for a while before saying.

"I love you too."

And with that Weiss watched him leave, running for his life. Closing the secret door behind her as she fell to her knees and sobbed as her heart broke once more.

"I will find you again…I promise I will never let you go" she sobbed as her tears hit the floor and she ripped her military hat of her head and threw it across the room in rage and sorrow.

"For all eternity….I will love you for eternity" she said as she fell to the ground, not caring about the consequences anymore. Her heart breaking like this was already enough of a punishment as it was. And as such she didn't protest when the world began to disappear all around her.

Instead of the dark, gloomy and desolate realm she had been before, when she raised her head from the ground she felt the sunlight shine on her face, birds chirping in the sky.

Weiss found herself laying in the grass, slowly getting on her knees she observed the area around her. Lush and green, a beautiful sight to behold, corn fields in the distance, a small ranch and a giant barn nearby.

She was on a farm.

Weiss finally stood up from the ground. She had never been here before, it seemed like an idyllic place to live. For one to retire too. Calm and peaceful.

Weiss couldn't get enough of the scenery but instinctually she knew why she was there and also where she needed to go. Myrtenmaster sheathed at her side she walked her way towards the giant barn.

As soon as she reached its doors she felt the presence of the powerful. She knew what awaited her, leniency was not in the cards for her she knew that much. But at the very least she felt content knowing she could help Jaune escape and be free.

She opened the doors with much force and stepped inside.

Before her was a giant and long table. She saw the silhouettes of five people sitting at the table, the one at the end, the one in the middle being the most notable of them all.

"Move forward daughter" Thanos spoke, gesturing Weiss to move closer towards the table. She did as she was instructed, the shadowy figures on the sides becoming more clear.

Thanos sat at the end of the table in the middle, his giant hands both in front of him, to his right Weiss spotted two familiar faces in Raven Branwen and Vecna, and on the left two figures she did not recognize.

One was a tall middle-aged man dressed in a simple red suit with a grey overcoat. What set him apart was the "scar" on the left side of his face, which seemed to cover most of it, it looked like slow running poison at work, polluting his face.

The other man next to him looked still relatively young, long black hair tied in a bun, wearing what seemed to a black robe with a golden ornament at the front, the most notable thing about his appearance looked at what appeared to be stitching running horizontally across his forehead.

"I seem to recall you never met the full inner circle of the Collective daughter, allow me to introduce you," Thanos spoke up, pointing his hand towards Raven and Vecna "you of course are already familiar with Raven and Vecna here."

Both of them gave Weiss a disdainful grin, to which she turned away.

"And this here is Silco" Thanos said gesturing to the scarred man in red sitting left of him. The man briefly replied with a "my pleasure."

"And our resident sorcerer Kenjaku" Thanos gestured to the final man with stitches on his forehead, who jovially smiled and waved a greeting at Weiss "very nice to meet you miss Schnee. Heard a lot of good things about you."

Weiss was kind of caught off guard by that greeting but nonetheless waved back.

Then the air turned cold and serious once more.

"Let's not beat around the bush with this. You know why you are here don't you daughter?" Thanos spoke, in his usual calm and polite tone.

Weiss bowed forward "yes I do my Lord Titan" she admitted.

"With Adam Taurus' death, months of planning and work is now lost, as is the allegiance of his White Fang associates. You have caused us a lot of loss this day daughter, I hope you understand the consequences of your actions."

Weiss once again spoke up "yes my Lord Titan and I accept all the responsibilities and consequences that come with it."

Thanos remained silent for a while, as did all the other members as their leader stroked his chin and sighed.

"This pains me daughter. It truly does, but the scales must be balanced" he simply spoke.

Weiss expected the worst and hoped for the best. Which where feeble desires but nonetheless this was being involved with the Collective meant. It was what it was.

But just before Thanos could speak his judgment another voice spoke up first.

"Permission to speak my Lord Titan" a soft calm voice spoke.

Weiss saw that it was the man known as Silco who had spoken, Thanos looked at him, acknowledged him and nodded his head "permission granted. Speak your piece my friend."

Silco stood up, overlooking the members and giving Weiss a short glance of acknowledgement.

"While the death of Adam is indeed tragic, let us not ignore the obvious. He was a loose cannon, his hatred made him blind and have many times put our efforts and plans at risk because of his volatile behavior."

"Get to the point Silco" Raven berated him, her arms crossed in frustration.

Silco placed his hands on the table as he spoke "Adam is gone! His spot is now open and accessible. I suggest we give the girl his position!."

Weiss barely thought she heard that correctly as her thought process was interrupted by an incensed Raven shouting "What!?"

"The girl has an entire military under her command. Trained and guarded by our great Lord Titan himself. She is more than capable for this position."

"That girl isn't capable of anything after her display of today," Raven retorted angrily as she stood up "the way I see it Silco, is that you let your own fatherly affections towards your own nutcase of a daughter blind your judgment."

"Perhaps you should visit yours more often, maybe you be less of a sour face" Silco retorted.

Raven's face went beet red from anger as her hand immediately went to her sword until Thanos pounded his fist on the table and made a gesture with his hand for both to sit down. Both Silco and Raven did so quietly and without protest.

Thanos hardly laughed, Weiss' eyes were on the entire table as she still tried to understand what exactly was going on.

"Ah Raven and Silco, remember we are a team. Forged through blood and common interests, your dreams are my dreams. And as such we should all have the right to speak on this matter" Thanos spoke, turning his gaze towards Weiss, looking at her calmly, Weiss tried her best to meet his eyes, despite all her uncertainty.

"Silco makes an interesting point, he is right that with Adam Taurus gone a spot has opened, a spot that needs to be filled. I see the merits in his idea. We shall put it to a vote. Everyone in favor of letting young Weiss join the official ranks of our organization, raise your hand, to those opposed, stay silent."

Weiss couldn't believe her ears as she saw Silco raise his hand first, followed by Kenjaku and then finally Thanos raising his hand. A clear three against two victory as Raven and Vecna's silence spoke volumes.

"Then it is decided" Thanos stood up from his chair, walking around the table and then reaching Weiss. Placing a hand on her shoulder.

"Welcome to the Collective daughter. I am so proud of you."

Weiss' eyes went wide as the entire room slammed their fist on the table, an initiation for their newest member as Weiss felt a sense of righteousness go through her.

Weiss Schnee, a member of the Collective, against all odds.

Jaune had been running for what seemed like hours before he reached the end, a light at the end of the tunnel as he found himself outside of Atlas, overlooking what seemed like a cold colorless wastelands. Breathing heavily he looked back, somehow silently hoping that Weiss had followed him. But alas nothing.

As he looked forward he felt his body pulled away, seeing a grey colored portal before him "Oh No! not again!" he yelled in vain as he felt his body pulled through it and everything turning dark.

As his eyes saw light again he was…in a hallway, in a house. It looked familiar but at the same time…odd? Had he been pulled into another world?

Footsteps where heard followed by a "Jaune? Is that you?" and before he could react he felt arms embrace him tenderly. He looked and saw…Weiss, dressed in her usual purple colored dress, the scar over her left eye clearly visible.

"Weiss…where am I?"

"Where are you? You're at your sister's home you doofus, where have you been you suddenly disappeared. We've been worried sick" she exclaimed.

What followed was a barrage of people including Ruby and Nora hearing the commotion, seeing him and tackling him to the ground in a hug.

"Where have you been? We were so worried? What happened to you?" all questions that where understandably thrown his way.

As he was taken to the living room and made to sit on the couch, his wounds from his last fight still untreated, the group of friends and family came around him as Weiss applied some first aid on his wounds.

"My Gods Jaune what happened to you? You've been gone for three days we were so worried" Weiss exclaimed as she treated him.

For a while he just looked at her, the beautiful snow angel and wondered…should he tell her? About the other version of her he had met, the one he had…made love to? No he couldn't tell her? He couldn't tell them? How would he even do that. How could he even tell he was send to another world and suddenly now ended up back here.

"It's…it's a long story" Jaune simply said.
