Marinette had only been to Kagami's front door once but she still remembered the way vaguely. Though this time she had an advanced map of Paris on her bug-phone.

Much like the Agreste's mansion, Kagami had tall gates around her house. It wasn't a mansion, but it was still much larger than her little bakery.

Marinette (or rather Ladybug, since she was transformed at this time) had already given her invites their miraculous' and now it was Kagami's turn to receive the bee. Ladybug couldn't give her the dragon anymore because Hawk Moth already knew that Kagami was the holder and just in case he decided to strike while they were away (which was highly likely in Marinette's opinion), she couldn't take any chances of Hawk Moth endangering her. So the bee it is.

Ladybug looked for an entrance she could use to get to Kagami without her mother knowing. The superheroes eyes scanning the area like Max's robot, Marcop, would. Looking in a horizontal line, slowly turning her head to the right when—

There!

A window, only slightly creaked open, which hopefully she could expand the size of the gap without anyone noticing.

Creeping slowly into what looked like a bedroom. A huge bedroom! It had a king size bed in the corner, a desk on the other side with a desktop, a little fencing area in the opposite corner to the bed and a TV.

Ladybug was so intrigued by the expensive funhouse, that she didn't notice the person inside.

"Ladybug?"

The heroine almost gave herself whiplash with the speed she turned around. Thankfully, it was only Kagami and not her mother, who would have surely poked her out of the house with the wooden fencing sword the blind woman always carried around.

"Oh! Kagami! Just the person I wanted to see! Here is the Miraculous of the bee, Cat Noir, me, and some others are going on a cruise for just us heroes in two weeks. You are not to tell anyone about this. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask your new kwami.

"Yes Ladybug. Thankyou, but why am I not getting the dragon like I usually do?"

Ladybug smiled. "Hawky already knows your identity. We can't have him send an alie so come and take that Miraculous, now can we?"

"No, of course not. Thankyou."

And with a swing of Ladybug's yo-yo, she was gone, disappearing into the streets of Paris.

Kagami let a small smile creep onto her face. But one that was natural and she didn't have to think about. It was a beautiful smile.

"No, of course not! We absolutely couldn't have your Miraculous stolen by one of Hawky's allies, now could we?"

It was Kagami's turn to get whiplash. She turned to see a woman with tan skin, brown hair, a purple suit that seemed to have butterflies all over it. "Who are you?! What do you want?! And what are you doing in my house?!"

The mysterious woman cackled like a witch. "So many questions! I'm Farfalla and I'm borrowing Hawky's Miraculous so I can get yours. There's really no need for you to know anything else, since you won't remember it anyway."

"What do you mean?"

Farfalla only looked at Kagami for a quick moment before she pounced on her, wrapping a cloth over Kagami's mouth. The fencer's eyes fluttered closed, letting the darkness overcome her.

Farfalla let Kagami's unconscious body drop to the floor and took the bee she was holding out of her hand.

"Step 2: completed."
