An elven woman is found, she cannot remember her name or where she is from. Or any basic facts about herself for that matter except for some bits and pieces of old traditions. Through some kind of curse, she also happens to have a mental connection to Sauron. She ends up joining along with the Fellowship, making new friends (and loves) along the way. Will she get her memory back?

Thranduil claims that he has to attend to some important errand and sends Legolas and his sister Sylenius to Rivendell. But Legolas doesn't know that Thranduil never left Mirkwood after he went away... Meanwhile, in Rivendell, Legolas finds an unconscious creature in the woods. When the creature awoke, it introduced himself as Kili. (None of the recognizable characters are mine)

This story was a standalone, posted here over a decade ago. However, since I just finished a prequel to it (A Red Sun Rises), I am currently rewriting all chapters to merge the two stories, with a little bit more emphasis on the minor characters and OCs.
