In an alternete universe, Steve, Tony, and Loki all live in the same time and at the same hospital. Had to take some dramatic age approaches, although I tried to keep them all fairly in character. Hope you enjoy!

Thor had noticed it too. His brother had changed. The adventures boy who liked going hunting and training with his brother and friends now spent most of his time in his room. The sharp whitted, strong willed, stubborn teenager now hardly spoke at all. The prince who never liked to show weaknesses, appeared so weak.
It was Frigga who noticed the changes first. Skipping sparring lessons, whining more often, and leaving a few bites of food left on his plate at meal times. She didn't think anything of it. After all, he was 15. Isn't it normal for teenagers to be moody?
But it had gone beyond simple moodyness. Refusing to talk to anyone period, skipping meals, and refusing to leave his room for days on end. The queen worried that her son was falling ill. She spoke with her oldest son, Thor, about her concerns. Thor told her that he had seen the same thing and suggested that they take it up with The Allfather. Frigga agreed, seeing it as the only way to help her son.
Thor knelt at his father's feet, mentally preparing the speech he had been rehersing.
"Father, Loki is ill and I need your permission to help him." Well, this isn't how it was supposed to go." Thor thought to himself.
The Allfather looked down at his son curiously.
"I do not need the detailes. Tell me what needs to be done and I will make it happen."
"Father, there is a hospital down on midgard that I think will help him. If I may be so bold to ask-"
"Do what you must. If Loki needs a midgardian hospital, so be it. You have my permission. "
"Thank you, Father." Thor bowed as he left.
"You are a disgrace to this family!"
A loud voice shouted through the house. And the the sound of a hand hitting flesh echoed.
A brunette teenager ran out of the room, hand on his cheek. The employees looked at him sadly. This had been a regular occurence at Stark tower. Ever since he turned 14, life hadn't been nice to Anthony Stark. Between being expelled from school despite being a genius, a new job, and his father's recent discoveries, it looked like Anthony was being crushed. Everyone tuned to Virginia. Virginia was the newest employee at Stark tower. She was 19, blonde, and had been hired to keep an eye on the teenage boy. Virginia gave a sigh and walked up the stairs to the boy's room.
"Anthony? Are you in there?"
"Go away."
"Anthony honey, that cheek must hurt. May I grab you some ice?"
"If you want."
Virginia smiled. She went downstairs to the freezer and grabbed a bag of frozen peas. She knew the only reason why Stark tower had frozen vegetables was becouse of Anthony's frequent injuries.
Virginia knocked gently on the door.
"I brought you some ice, Anthony."
The door cracked open. She saw that the boy's cheek had begun to swell, along with a black eye. She handed him the bag of peas.
"If you need anything, don't hesitate to come get me. You know where I'll be." She gave a soft smile before walking away.
That night, Virginia along with everyone else, heard screams coming down the hallway. Virginia got up and went to Anthony's room. She knocked twice, and when she received no answer she went in .
Huddled in the corner was Anthony. He had his head in his arms and his knees pulled up against his chest. He was breathing heavily, and Virginia realised he was still mostly asleep. She reached out and grabbed his arm. Anthony jumped up and punched her in the gut.
"Ow!"
The boy looked at her like he was just seeing her.
"Oh, oh gosh, that must hurt. Here, I'll get you some ice."
"No need, no need. Are you ok?
"What?" The boy asked, confused.
"I said are you ok. You must have had a nightmare. "
"Oh. Yeah, I'm fine. Thanks for asking."
"OK, but if you need anything I'm here for you." Virginia said as she walked out the door. She went back to her room and wrote herself a note on her mirror. She went to bed, hoping Anthony would be ok for the rest of the night.
The next morning as Virginia was getting ready for work she saw the note she wrote herself. She pulled out her phone and texted her boss, Mrs. Stark.
[Hey, we need to talk. It's important.]
[OK, meet me in my office at 10.]
10:00 came and Virginia was in the office waiting. Mrs. Stark came in.
"You said you needed to talk, and seeing as you were hired to care for Anthony I am assuming it has something to do with him."
"Yes, you are correct. He has been having bad Nightmares and hasn't been coping well. This is beyond my experience level. I would recommend taking him to a hospital. I know of one, it's only a few hours away and has a school attached. They will care for him. I just wasn't sure how to bring it up with Mr. Stark. "
Mrs. Stark sat thinking before responding.
"I think that is a wise idea, Miss Potts. I will talk to Mr. Stark about it, but consider it done. Tell Anthony to start packing. I will call the hospital and make an appointment to bring him in. You may go now."
Virginia smiled sadly as she left the office. She thought Anthony was a nice boy and shouldn't have to go through all this. Still, it was probably for the best that he went to the hospital. At least he would be away from his father for a while. She walked to the boy's room and knocked gently on the door.
"Come in." His voice answered.
"Pack your bags, Anthony. You have a new beginning waiting for you. "
