The purpose of order 66 was to wipe out the Jedi order. Leaving the survivors of the jedi order tattered both mentally and physically. It also left some clones scared. But in the case of one clone commander something in his head didn't click like his brother's and he saved a young Jedi knight he was supposed to kill. The two stuck together. Eventually they fell for each other and had a child. They named their child Fel. They also helped raise the child of a clone captain the commander's closest brother. The captain named his child after a great Jedi her name is Luminara
