So yeah turns out I was able to recover one thing by dint of the draft for this one being in a PM to a friend. Can't remember how this was originally going 100% but I am pretty sure I got most of it sorted.
Chapter 1: Secure
In a dark room a figure in a white coat sat hunched over their desk, writing up the latest interaction between today's test subjects. Overhead a light flickered briefly with an electrical buzzing sound filling the otherwise silent room.

SCP: [REDACTED]
Description: SCP [REDACTED] is a Japanese male, approximately 17 years of age with naturally dark green hair which almost appears black in dim light conditions. Eye coloration is also green and a diamond pattern of freckles is present on each cheek. SCP [REDACTED] will answer to Izuku or Midoriya if called but refuses to be refered to as SCP [REDACTED, even attempting to write their classification number has is become [REDACTED, likely due to a friendship with a certain SCP we are unable to write about.
Classification: SCP [REDACTED] is certainly difficult to classify under standard containment procedures but falls both in KETER and APOLLYON while acting more SAFE than either rating would suggest. Due to the nature of SCP [REDACTED] it is impossible to contain.
Information: SCP [REDACTED] is one of billions of SCP classified as Quirk barers by the 05 council, a incident which is far beyond containment since 2235 when a incident was born in a hospital in China and the government refused access to SCP personnel until well after the news was spread too far to stop. SCP [REDACTED] is as of their forth birthday shown to at will break any SCP out of containment including themselves, the father of SCP [REDACTED, former scientist in site 79 and now D class member formerly known as Hizashi Midoriya has since brought this to our attention after their son summoned SCP 682 into their camp site in Mustafa's local Forrester area. 682 proceeded to rampage for approximately 12 seconds before being subdued by percussive means by SCP [REDACTED] slapping their snout. By the time a containment team was sent out SCP 682 was docile and sleeping with SCP [REDACTED] by their side treating them like a puppy. Upon resisting the capture of his son, Hizashi was detained and demoted to D class. Subsequent investigation revealed the man planned to try and kill SCP [REDACTED] for having no visible quirk and dumping the body in the woods. It shall be noted at this time SCP [REDACTED] was 5 years of age and more interested in 682 than their father's confession.
SCP [REDACTED] proceeded to escape containment no more than 30 times within the span of a week with no known methods before containment was considered impossible and visitation rights were given by the 05 council for the SCP to come and go as he pleased. Occasionally SCP [REDACTED] is seen bringing through his mother or a blonde male who both seem immune to Amnestics and Memetic kill agents likely due to SCP [REDACTED].
Both individuals are to be considered instances of SCP [REDACTED] 2 and 3 due to this and are not to be harmed after incident A.
Cross testing between SCP [REDACTED] and other SCPs has had varied results. Most of the SCPs will treat him with indifference or ignoring them with a few notable instances showing aggression, fear or affection in certain KETER class SCPs.
Containment notes: SCP [REDACTED] is not to be detained for fear of full scale facility breach and has level 2 clearence to facilities baring the red lake and the seclusion zone in Russia. SCP [REDACTED] is to be kept away from SCPs 173, 999, 106 and 1048 due to violent reactions towards SCP [REDACTED]. Instances of SCPs 939, 682 and 049 are considered SAFE while within approximately 100M of SCP [REDACTED, reasons why are currently unclear and not even 05 council wishes to send people to talk with 682 after the last attempt resulted in a breach.
Cross test preformed between SCP [REDACTED] and SCP 173 LOG as authorised by Dr Bright.
SCP [REDACTED] enters 173's containment cell with 2 D class personnel following standard procedures for 173 tests keeping eye contact at all times with 173 and alternating blinking. For sake of time records of the D class Personnel saying blink have been expunged from the record.
Bright: Okay green buns, we just need you to walk upto 173 in the middle of the room there.
SCP [REDACTED] complies and slowly approaches 173 while not breaking the line of sight for the 2 D class personnel. A grinding sound like gravel and rebar in a tumbler is heard as SCP [REDACTED] draws closer to 173. The two D class personnel who had previously deal with 173 and the observing scientists gasped in shock as 173 visible moved it's stubby arms Infront of its face while vibrating in place.
Bright: ENOUGH! GET AWAY FROM 173 NOW!
SCP [REDACTED] complies but 173 continued to slowly move. A power flicker happens and the lights die. Unexpectedly both D class Personnel were alive and SCP [REDACTED] was unharmed. Half way up the wall blocking security camera C's view of the cell was SCP 173, its head looking right at SCP [REDACTED] as it shook.
Bright: The fucking hell?! I WANT THAT CELL UPDATED ASAP! REINFORCE THE ROOF NOW!
SCP [REDACTED] took a step towards 173 which was still shaking violently. With a grinding sound the creature reversed further up the wall away from SCP [REDACTED, destroying camera C in the process. SCP [REDACTED] and the two D class personnel were removed from the cell and it was sealed. Sensors indicated SCP 173 stayed up on the wall for 5 minutes and 12 seconds before in a blink it was back on the ground, continuing its usual course of action when unobserved within its cell. The Containment cell above 173's was vacated of SCP 999 and filled with tungsten rebar and cement to the ceiling to prevent 173 from tunneling up and out easily.
While transporting 999 to its new cell SCP [REDACTED] was passing by on the way to the cafeteria when 999 attacked, enveloping his legs and tying his shoelaces together before knocking them over. This is the first noted instance of violence from 999 and upon several similar instances between the two, SCP 999 was to be kept away from [REDACTED] outside testing rooms.
Incidents:
A: Inko Midoriya and her child were within the cafeteria with Doctor Clef when guard 31918-E entered the room. Mistaking them for intruders he opened fire. One bullet hit the woman in the shoulder as they dove under the table sending SCP [REDACTED] into a rage. Two instances of SCP 939 appeared and chased the guard for two minutes before catching and devouring him. Both instances of 939 appeared soon after with the family and started acting like talkative puppies. After a failed attempt by SCP personnel to contain the instances of 939 it was realised by a scientist that the 939 were now docile and not emitting a Amnestic gas like usual. After a trial period of three weeks and forty eight breaches it was considered a lost cause to try and recapture the 2 instances of 939 which follow the elder Midoriya like guard dogs. attempts to seperate the SCP 939s from Inko Midoriya's presence has lead to loss of hands for several guards and D class Personnel.
B: After a undisclosed test with [REDACTED, SCP [REDACTED] is not to be left in the care of the current host of Doctor Bright who has taken to match making "her" daughter with them. Initial attempts resulted in multiple KETER class breaches, destruction of six board rooms, two cafeterias and a Lego lodged in the flesh of Doctor Samson's nose. All attempts at removing the Lego has been met with failure. However due to the persistent Nature of one Toga Bright as she currently goes by it is unclear how often this will happen and if it will ever truely stop. Furthermore this has lead to a new rule for doctor Bright which is marked in their file.}
The figure sighed in resignation as they pulled a foot and a half thick stack of paper labled Things Doctor Bright IS NOT allowed to do and flipped to the last page where a small section was left at the bottom and began to write.
{SCP 1471-A is not to babysit for Doctor Bright in the event Toga needs watching as they just encourage each other. We do not care how amusing it is or about continuing your bloodline Bright NO MEANS NO. The janitors are sick of finding SCP [REDACTED] cowering in the closets and vents.}
With a weary sigh the figure closed the file and dumped it in the bottom draw with a loud thud before kicking the draw shut. Standing up they cracked their back with a grunt before picking up the written transcript of the SCP and dumped it in a small vacuum tube. They pressed a lever closed sealing the tube before sending it up the glass pipe to be filed by their superiors. A loud explosion and blaring of claxons made them groan as the intercom crackled to life.
"Security teams to block Delta, I repeat security teams to block Delta. 1471-A and Toga Bright is in persuit of SCP [!#'$'#] and SCP [!#'$'] B. Somebody revoke Doctor Bright's snack bar privileges." The intercom broke into static when they tried to designate the green haired SCP but it was that common an occurrence that most outside D class knew who they were talking about.
"Since when did this place turn into a home for brats." The figure sighed in resignation as they pulled a revolver strapped to the underside of their desk out of its concealed sleave and thumbed the hammer.
"FUCK OFF SHITTY ASS FURRY!" The voice of the blonde one screamed in panic from down the hallway followed by several loud explosions. "DEKU YOU FUCKING TRAITOR WHERE DID YOU GO?!"
"don't tell him please." A voice whispered from under the desk. The figure jumped in shock, stumbling back and onto their ass seeing the SCP they were just writing about hiding where moments before was nothing. "I need a break from Toga.
"Get out." The figure deadpanned in annoyance.
"A-alright." The SCP gulped as they got out from under the desk. The figure couldn't blame them really, Bright's brat liked to stab things she found cute and top of that list was him. Atleast the girl didn't have anomalous abilities beyond her quirk that they knew of, god forbid she was immortal like her parent or the damned rat Satan on the 05 council.
"Out now I don't want my office trashed again." The figure frowned as they opened their door to reveal a skull headed anthropomorphic female wolf creature.
"I need an adult." The verdent gulped as the blonde head of Toga peaked over 1471-A's shoulder with a grin.
The intercom crackled to life again, this time it was Doctor Bright using it. "I am an adult and I say go for it Midoriya and-HEY LET GO! MY MICROPHONE BAD GUARD BA-"
"What Mummy says I do, I do, so I will do you my little Izuku." Toga chuckled lowly as she licked her knife.
"Meep." Izuku gulped before with a burst of green he vanished.
"Quickly search this room!" Toga called. 1471-A complied charging into the room and knocking the gun from the figure's hand before trashing the room. "He's not here, ONWARDS!"
"Why does this happen every fucking week?" The figure sobbed to themselves as they looked over their now trashed office.
