It was the 4th of July and Paige wanted to have a huge cookout on the roof so everyone was getting things ready to meet at the garage and have a good time. Happy and Toby were going to the fireworks store for supplies, Cabe was at the meat market getting steaks and chicken for the grill, Paige and Ralph were at the party store buying decorations, Tim was at the store getting all the drinks while Walter was staying at the garage getting a playlist made of all the patriotic songs he could find. Normally he wouldn't care about celebrating holidays he just did it to make Paige happy but this was his first 4th with him being a citizen of the United States since the president pushed through and approved his citizenship paperwork. For the most part everyone was happy, Happy and him were divorced and her and Toby were officially engaged, Cabe and Allie were dating and very happy,Paige and Tim seemed to be happy even after the Tahoe fiasco. The only ones not very happy was Ralph because he didn't really like Tim and wished his mom and Walter would smarten up and see that they loved each other and Walter because as much as he wanted to Paige be happy it hurt him to see the love of his life with another man. Walter decided to go out and grab some coffee and he wanted to surprise Paige and everyone else when they saw him wearing some shorts and a tank top and flip flops. As he was walking into kovelskis he looked over and saw Tim with his arm around another woman walking out of a store with a cart full of drinks. Walter took out his phone and started taking a video, he saw Tim and this lady walk to his car start putting his bags in the trunk and leaned over and the couple had a kiss that even for normals was on the inappropriate side and length. Coffee forgotten Walter sped home because he knew Tim would be there shortly with the drinks and Walter was going to confront him before the others showed up. Standing in the loft Walter had started recording the audio of the impending meeting. He heard Tim go up to the garage to put away the drinks and when Tim walked by Walter called out to him to come over and talk. "Hey boss what's up?" Asked Tim. Walter walked over and played the video for him "what is this all about you are with Paige?" Tim's demeanor changed in an instant. "What the hell are you following me for?" Yelled Tim! "You need to tell Paige immediately, you know her past and this will hurt her but she needs to know the truth and if you don't tell her I will." Said Walter. "Well for one I'm not ready to tell her yet and I'm a patient man but it's taking a little bit longer because she is still hung up on you and I can't wait that long without being with a woman, two you won't tell her and if you did no one would believe you after the shit you pulled in Tahoe and covering me up in the picture at Christmas all your going to do is make yourself look jealous and stupid, and three look at this" Tim pulled out his phone and opened his gallery and opened a picture of Paige naked, laying on a bed obviously waiting for someone. " I have plenty more pictures like this so if you say anything this and others like it will go out. It would ruin Scorpions reputation, her reputation and possibly Ralphs." Tim said with a smug look on his face. Shocked at what he just saw and heard Walter couldn't contain himself and just started punching Tim as fast and as hard as he could. Tim taken by surprise was knocked back and reached up and could tell that his nose was broken as he could taste the blood flowing down his face. He looked up and smiled "I have wanted to kick your ass for so long, ever since you ruined Tahoe for me." He stepped over to Walter and started hitting him in the gut and head, then he picked Walter up and threw him over the counter knocking over the pile of dishes and glasses for later and breaking the faucet on the sink. As Walter stood up with blood coming out of a slice over his eye and getting soaked from the sink he asked "If you've got this huge plan how are you going to explain our conditions and my apartment to everyone?" Tim stood there and thought "you were getting mugged outside and I came over to help but with six of them we weren't fairing that well until something scared them away and when you got back here something reminded you of your sister so you went into a rage and started breaking things. Where I came to the rescue I'll be the hero and maybe Paige will give it up quicker, I've heard she is a wildcat in bed and that I need to wear a raincoat because she can get pretty wet ha ha ha." Walter stood there seeing red and screamed "YOU ASSHOLE!" Running over to Tim to continue hitting him. After getting in a few more shots Tim swung and hit Walter in the jaw and when Walter started backing up Tim charged after him and the momentum carried them over the railing overlooking the garage. Somehow Walter was able to grab the railing with his left hand and forced them to spin in air so when they crashed down on Paige's desk which was now destroyed Tim was on bottom screaming in pain and Walter on top groaning. Walter rolled over and stood up and looked at the area Tim and himself were both covered in blood his jaw hurt his left arm hung lower than it should and there was a huge mess everywhere. Walter went over and punched Tim a few more times when Tim passed out. Walter grabbed Tim's phone and went to his desk to grab his keys and bag and stumbled out of the garage and peeled out of the parking lot. A few minutes later everyone else showed up and started to grab all of the bags to bring inside. "I wonder where 197 went, his car is gone but Tim's is still here?" Asked Toby. "You don't think they went out somewhere together?" Wondered Sylvester out loud. Happy scoffed "Really? They can barely stand to be near each other in the garage you think they would be willing to ride in a car together." "MOM! COME QUICK! Yelled Ralph. Everyone ran in and saw Tim unconscious and bloody on what was left of Paige's desk, water was dripping from the loft and Walter was nowhere to be seen.
