This story takes place just a year after Kion and Rani's wedding
One Rogue Lion is on a journey to find his old home which was the Pridelands his name is Mheetu it has been awhile since he was there, The last time Mheetu has been in the pridelands was when scar devastated it so much that he has to leave however after what just happened he wants to go back to his old home even tho in his memory that it was still a horrible place to live in he had no choice...
"They won't find us here we will be safe for now" Mheetu said to his son with a color similar to nala with a brown mane thuft
"Dad what is going on im scared.." cried the little cub
"You won't understand just stay here ill find some food" Mheetu answered to his son
Mheetu wondered into the forest which is actually not the best place for food surprisingly no one lives in that jungle except for bugs...
However that's not the worst part
"Oh hey there you're not so hard to find you coward" A lion with a jet black mane and green eyes has just arrived with an army of lionesses
"How did you" Mheetu complained
"Well turns out a jungle might be the best place to find you" The lion explained
"Ruudhi i know you're just doing your job, you could be better than being a suck up to the king you could join me and finally overthrow that tyrant" Mheetu said trying to convince his old friend
"Well Mheetu i am sorry but that's a pass, i will be the pride's top general and finding you and offering you to the king and the king himself giving me a promotion is just a way better outcome than whatever you are offering me" Ruudhi said with a grin
"So you are on a false dream on chasing some awards for the king and trying to outrank him? Both and i know that will NEVER happen you are making a fool of yourself and underestimating the king's favouritism on that one lion" Mheetu explained to his old friend
"YOU DON'T KNOW ME I WILL ALWAYS BE LOYAL TO MY KINGDOM THAT I WAS BORN IN, while you are an outsider and a coward traitor who just betrayed a land that housed you when you were a rogue, you could have been better than what you are doing now" Ruudhi roared
"Well if that's the case you are lost and i cannot convince you" mheetu sighed in defeat knowing that he has to fight his old friend
However while they are about to fight a cub walked in which was mheetu's son
"Dad you are taking to long i am hun-" The cub was about to talk until he saw that his dad was about fight one lion and an army
"Matu i told you to stay and wait" Mheetu said to his stubborn son
"Well look its the little one, so sad that he has to be disposed just like you" Ruudhi said with a sarcastic tone
"Ruudhi do whatever you want to me just please just don't harm my son" mheetu begged
"Well too bad but im following orders" Ruudhi said with a grin
"Dad w-whats going on" matu said with fear in his eyes
"Matu when i tell you to run just run as fast as you can i can't lose you, you're all what i had left from your mother just run, look for the pride lands they will welcome you just tell them that you are my son they will recognize " Mheetu said to his son
"But dad" Matu protested
"JUST RUN and ill slow them down" Mheetu roared
"Well so sad that the Dolalands won't see that cute little cub anymore... ATTACK" Ruudhi demanded
The cub ran away as fast as it can mheetu successfully slowed the lionesses down while ripping him apart
"So it will end like this huh? " Mheetu said to his old friend
"Oh Mheetu both and i know this is all on you if you haven't been so stubborn like your brat this wouldn't have happened and you will be one of the empire's greatest asset" Ruudhi said with a grin
The cub ran away with tears after hearing his father's pain and dying but he had no choice, the cub ran away until it reached the desert
"STOP" one of the lionesses commanded
"Why we're so close to getting him afraid of the desert?" the other lioness mocked
"No fool what im saying is that the cub is good as dead anyway, no cub will survive a desert on its own just tell ruudhi that we killed him and threw him into a river" the lioness explained
"Fair point" the other lionesses agreed.
Alright this is the intro to my first fanfic so don't be too hard on it if you have some issues on it just complain about it nicely and i might improve
The plot here is that there is one pride that is invading other prides creating an empire named the dolalands and "Dola" literally means "Empire" in swahili
There is also a secret character if you're wondering who is "Him" the two are talking about which is the king's favourite warrior
Since mheetu is here ill add more non canon characters soon with my own take on them so stay tuned

Ruudhi: Black mane like scar with a similar body to kovu but he has golden fur like simba
Mheetu: Same body as simba with brown fur and black mane
Ruudhi: Same fur color as nala with a black mane
