Bonk.
"This is absurd!" Documents shot off the desk in a flurry. Envelopes big and small piled high on her desk all labeled with variations of the same bold red letters.
Overdue.
"How can they expect to get away with this?!" Charges and bills have been mounting exorbitantly on her hero agency for weeks relentlessly.
An easy fix with a few calls and some messages. But slowly they would fill her company letter box and email, overwhelming her to the point it was impossible to trace every number and respond to contacts without losing track of the mess it'd become.
"Collector fees, compensation for damages, demands for proof of licenses to operate. How am I expected to do my job when I'm spending hours behind a desk chasing answers no one has!" She buried her head in her hands holding back a rage filled scream. Setsuna was utterly miserable, the stress of managing her agency and work mounted on top by calls from collection agencies and reps demanding things for organizations she'd never heard of.
"Knock knock." The door to her office clicked open with the familiar voice calling out as the visitor entered the room.
Setsuna wiped her eyes doing her best to look cheerful. "Itsuka, what are you doing here?"
The former class president didn't buy her act, scrutinizing the condition of her and her messy office. "We had breakfast planned for eight, remember?"
She looked at the clock on her wall. It read half past 10. The distraught pro had been so busy trying to make sense of everything that she'd missed the agreed meet up a whole two hours without even noticing.
"You didn't show so I wanted to check if you were doing alright. I guess I was right to worry."
Setsuna felt tears build as the flood of exhaustion and despair finally overwhelmed her. "I'm not. I'm not alright."
"Look at this!" She grabbed an assortment of documents from the pile and read them out for Itsuka. " Compensating accountants and lawyers I never hired. Bills on software I don't even need. Look, I don't even patrol the south sector of the city, how am I being billed for damage to a property I've never even been to!?"
Her throat burned when she tried to speak again, choking back sobs. "I'm tired, I haven't slept in weeks without waking up screaming or scared I'm going to get another call. I can't eat without wanting to throw up. How am I supposed to help people if all I want to do is crawl under a rock and hide?"
Setsuna couldn't help but unload her dilemma and tears in frustration on Itsuka. She'd always been the one with the strongest will ever since their high school years, it was hard not to confide in her when she was the most put together.
Itsuka didn't speak, she pulled an empty chair up next to her and quietly listened to her grief. Kind enough to let her weep into her shoulder and blubber on in half sentences."Sorry to see this happen to you too, it's an awful scheme going around trying to force heroes and their agencies into closure. I got the same treatment a few months back."
"How did you get it to stop? How did you manage to get it all back to normal?" She pleaded for a solution. Itsuka's eyes stayed looking forward, some reason thinking to herself.
Not getting a response she asked again, her voice cracking from desperation. "Please. What did you do to make it go away? I'll do anything."
Itsuka stood up, pointing to the desk. "This everything you've got?"
Setsuna sniffled, wiped her tears away with her sleeve."Most? I think some were moved for storage?"
Ituska picked a folder off the floor tossing its contents off to the side. Reaching over to her desk she gathered the notices and letters into a thick bundle barely contained in the flimsy paper foldm tucking them under her arm. "Come on."
Setsuna watched in confusion. Snapping out of it when she realized her friend was already making her way out the door. The silence that carried from the office to the car ride was uncomfortable to say the least. The woman never stoic unless the circumstances were dire.
Itsuka would only speak at most two words to her as she drove, turning through streets and districts until they'd reached the business district. The buildings are turning from standard business to upscale, the kind where it would be cheaper to buy a restaurant then pack a lunch level of upscale.
Parking the car in a reserved space, Itsuka unbuckled her seat belt and grabbed the folder. "Come on." She listened closely to her friend as she led them into an ivory skyscraper, head down praying they wouldn't be stopped for being so underdressed or trespassing. They kept their pace through secured door and guard posts, entering a single elevator lined with gold trim and hardwood framing.
Exiting the lift they were met with a lobby with a lone raven haired woman sat typing away at her desk, eyes glancing up at two with intense scrutiny. The receptionist gave her a long look before she nodded to Itsuka, the familiarity and the unquestioned arrival seened expected.
She opened the door without so much as a knock. The office was more of a single den fitted with chairs, tables and appliances to help one remain focused on work without straying too far. A man with messy green hair was working away at his desk at the end of the room.
The man didn't even register their presence as grabbed another document and signed the paper, tossing it to the wayside to repeat the action again.
"Sir." Itsuka called out.
The man looked surprised by her voice. "Kendo? I thought you took the morning off."
"I did." She handed him the thick folder.
He took it without hesitation. "Another one?"
"Not me this time, a close friend. We were supposed to meet up but she didn't show. Turned out she lost track of time trying to solve this issue."
He flipped through the stack of unorganized papers, reading them quickly and moving on to the next. "New names, some the same as the last." He mumbled, his eyebrows raised at one document. "New fees tacked on to double the total, they're getting greedier if that was even possible."
"Whatever it will cost, just add it onto my debt please."
Debt? Why was she bringing up debt? She didn't want either of them to owe more than she already did, least of all her best friend. "Itsuka, what is going on? I trust you but I can't stand to be even more unsure what's happening around me."
"I can answer that if you'd like." He folded his hands over one another, his tone remained naturally light. "Miss Kendo had reached out to me when a mutual friend told her I was taking an interest in heroes being forced to pay fines and costs under threat of legal action and hounding from collection agencies."
"She was a great resource helping me build a clearer image of what's going on, unfortunately it wasn't feasible for her to keep the debt collectors at bay at her pace."
"So you helped her get rid of it?"
Itsuka shook her head. "Not exactly."
"These," He laid a hand over the document. "Are so tied up in legal proceedings that getting rid of them in one go, let alone without legal representation is impossible."
"I signed over to my agency." Itsuka didn't look at her, the same avoidance she'd given her when she asked her how she found a way out. "Taking on a contract to work under his company transferred all responsibility over to him. I can buy back my independence if I can raise the funds to make it even."
"Why? This sounds like you gain nothing from this whole plan."
"Everyone has their hobbies. This happens to bea fun little distraction for me outside of my usual business. Besides, I was quite the hero fanboy when I was younger." The man reminisced. "Regardless of if this continues I see the end of many hero's careers."
"It would be disappointing if good heroes suddenly had to give up, and a replacement from the government or military came to fill the vacancy."
"So how much will it cost?"
"Right now? Nothing." He waved a hand calmly, able to tell how wary she was of him from the suspicious act of kindness. "First consultation is free, any action past that will be 's responsibility to discuss with you until you come to a decision."
"You rang me, sir?" The receptionist called out.
He held the folder out to the woman. "Nana, have the legal department add this to the pile, tell them to start looking into this and update me on any new findings.."
"Will do." The woman nodded, eyeing her and Itsuka again before she headed to the door just as quietly as she entered
He pointed a finger at the pair. "No more talk about what happens to who, hadr down to the residential level so she can get some rest. Have the rest of the day off to make up for the missed breakfast and to take care of her."
Setsuna expected her friend to refuse the dismissal and demand time to talk to find a solution.
Instead she nodded and took her by the hand. "Come on. You can sleep in my bed, it's better than your office's chair."
Too mentally drained and lost, she relented. Letting Itsuka lead her out of the office and into the elevator. The ride down was shorter than the ride up, the door opened up to a spacious corridor. Blank plaques hung on doors save for the one that had her friend's carved into it.
….
The clock read half past nine by the time she'd left Setsuna in the suite down below. Persuading her friend took promises that she would be safe from whoever was hounding her. Setsuna relented and buried herself under a mountain of comforters and blankets dozing off intermitently.
Occasionally she would stir and shoot up alert, Itsuka having to coax her to sleep again and again until she truly felt safe enough to drop her guard.
The lobby was empty as she exited the elevator, Nana's post vacant as well.
She knocked before entering this time. The room was light dimly, the view out the window behind him showing a view of the city night below. Izuku still sitting behind his desk, his suit jacket hung on the chair.
Nana sat on the man's desk as she chatted with her boss, legs crossed and leaning back.
All too often she would mentally double take when saw the woman look so serene and at peace when she was the indifferent and silent assistant everyone had come to know her as.
Izuku smiled at her arrival, his hand waving her over to join them. "Welcome back, we were starting to worry you might've still been comforting your friend. Is she alright?"
"She had a hard time falling asleep, I had to make sure she wouldn't wake up when i left." Itsuka took her place opposite Nana.
"Such a nice friend she has, tucking her in and keeping her company. I should have you over to spend the night so I can get that treatment." Nana cooed sweetly, holding a hand up to her cheek
Itsuka nodded. More focused doing her best to keep her nerve then keeping up with the banter, taking her moment to speak.. "About the deal."
"Ah." He leaned back, lacing his fingers as he thought back. "I remember you saying you wanted to be responsible for any of the costs this favour will bring."
He hummed, feigning deep thought as his hand found its place on her thigh. Stroking the toned muscle gently, taking care to take in every inch of the smooth skin. "True you've made great progress over the year to make some progress repaying the amount, but are you sure you're willing to carry hers as well?"
Itsuka clenched her teeth tight, holding her a neutral expression. "I know you're accustomed to most taking that as your selfless nature shining through, being a hero putting someone else first."
His hands trailed up further legs, disappearing under her skirt. The ease of access was exactly why she'd come to love the particular article of clothing.
He looked up at her unperturbed, undaunted by the fact she'd come to him with nothing covering her modesty.
A melodic tone escaped her mouth, his touch grazing her lower lips with the same rhythm he used when he toyed with her.
"That's not true, is it? I know you better than to write you off with such a bland conclusion." His words hammered the point by picking up the pace, moving deeper until he'd buried those wonderful gifts deep."You just don't want to share."
"Fuck." She started to lose herself to the wonderful sensations, holding herself against the pristine wood carved table for stability. Whether it was his quirk or if he was gifted, the pace became inhuman and beyond any facade of dignity.
"Not going to admit it?" Izuku hummed smuggly, already knowing she was at her utmost limit. Like clockwork, she caved the moment she felt the rush and delirium reach its peak.
"Yes! God, yes it's true! I hate not being able to do this more, I want you to help her but I don't want to wait my turn more than I already have to!"
Izuku didn't stop, if anything he was spurred on by her admission. "Maybe I should let you carry more of your friends' costs than I was planning."
Whatever pride and dignity she'd grown to hold herself to it had decayed in the time she's spent working for him. Only two were present to hear one of Japan's greatest heroines, Battle Fist shout her heart's only desire."If it means I can have more of this then you can add as much you want to the debt, sign me under your ownership for all I care!"
"Just! Don't! Stop!"
Her knuckles most likely turned white from how tightly she gripped the desk, taking on wave after wave of pure ecstasy coursing through her every nerve.
She'd been so starved and pent up after months of his teasing and toying with her, bringing her to the edge of this delight only to be denied. She wept tears of happiness, babbling out thank yous and spurts of affection for finally letting her have this.
Itsuka could hear chuckling coming from her right. Nana's head was turned away from her, shoulders trembling as she weakly stifled her laugh.
"Apologizes, I just– she was just so prideful when she first came to you. Now she's so starved for you that it's hard not to find it funny."
Any air that would've been used for a snarky rebuttal was forced out in a whine by the feeling of his fingers withdrawing.
Izuku finally stood up from his seat, his approachable nature often made her forget he was far larger in stature. Grabbing her by her waist and hoisting her onto his desk effortlessly.
His face hovering above hers with a smile, his thumb grazed over her lips tenderly. "Honesty is a great look on you, I'm so proud you're finally being so open with me."
"You're…proud of me?" Her heart felt like it was overflowing at the validation she'd never felt she wanted. The taste of another addiction she would crave from him.
"Always, now more than ever now that I know you trust me."
"Just give her what she's been waiting for, after all she did propose a new contract." Nana frustratedly made quick work of the business man's trousers and briefs to free her reward.
He didn't offer her the time to fully undress, far too content to just lift the skirt for the sake of convenience.
Itsuka reached out to the half masted length, caressing it as it grew taller before her. She'd never have seen a more intimidating and brutish manhood, every moment was a sight to behold.
"I missed this." She hastened her strokes the further it extended, thrilled at the knowledge that she would face the challenge of taking it all without stopping.
The enthusiasm earned her a genuine snort from Izuku. "I'm sure the two of you will have more than enough time to catch up personally later." Pressing the encompassing tip against her entrance.
She gasped, already feeling strain as the head struggled and fit itself in. Not one for slowing down he pushed through in spite of the resistance he was met with, eventually a quarter of the way in. His rough hands gripped her both hips firmly in place as he pulled his hip back and plunged in all at one.
In the searing orgasm she succumbed to, all she could manage to comprehend was the thought that she was finally where she belonged.
….
The disgraced hero hummed slurred words of encouragement muffled by her face pressed against the cool desk.
Cooing as she felt him shoot another burst of his seed into her. Far too late to be caring if it was a safe day or not, she'd face the consequence when they were worth having any of her attention.
Izuku finally pulled out, a dribble of his vested efforts leaked out onto his floor. Weakly Itsuka turned onto her back to face him, he hovered over her proudly admiring her and his work. She'd expected him to give her some thanks or assessment of her performance but was greeted with a kiss.
Ironically the most intimate act he'd given her all night, stroking her cheek with a caress that made her want to melt. She'd only received such affection after impressing him greatly or had been put in a good mood.
The feeling of his tongue leading hers felt like a dream, she savored the faint taste of mint that became more noticeable the longer they persisted.
The business tycoon had the lung capacity to continue far longer than she was able to. She would break to catch her breath, inhaling as much air as she needed before she dove in again.
Izuku broke away from her with a content smile. "You convinced me." He didn't even sound slightly out of breath after all he'd done to her. As of the hours that had passed were a casual walk to distract him.
"I'll give you more of what you want free of any cost, however what happens to Lizardy is up to her. She deserves her right to choose." Setsuna's and her circumstance had long since
"Do you think she should be the mentor this time around?"
In the time she'd been distracted Nana had also had her hair undone. Her dress shirt was unbuttoned and pulled back. She'd taken vacant Izuku's chair and taken in the show with the most comfortable view.
"Hard to say, she's come a long way." Getting out of the chair and stillbirth g up next to her. The sight of her well toned cored and her ample chest was enough to make her question her preferences
"I'm not sure, she's almost a little too hungry for your attention. I think a little assessment would be best." Leaning close to scrutinize her closely, Nana's cheeky grin breaks into a wide toothed smile.
She always looked so nice when she smiled like that.
….
Itsuka was kindly sent back to her suite below when the morning sun was peeking from the horizon.
Exhausted. Tired. Fulfilled. The pro hero looked more akin to a giddy lovestruck girl how she swayed and giggled.
She dragged her feet into her residence, her clothes clung to her skin from all sides from the hours of passion.
Finally reaching her bed she flopped down face first, a bath could wait until after she'd gotten some rest.
Setsuna snoring away peacefully under the soft blankets layered over her. She wondered what future she saw for herself with the new found oppurtunity. Would she smile the same sharp toothed grin whenever she had the slightest reason too or become jaded to the world?
She ran her thumb over her cheek, just now taking in how soft her skin, her face beautiful even with the dark bags under her eye. The continued action stirred Setsuna awake, her visible eye opened a crack and focused on her.
Slowly the heap shuffled over to her and pushed itself close, wanting to cuddle tightly like they would when the nights were bitterly cold.
Ituska weakly tried to push her away. Her body was still covered in the remains of Izuku and Nana's affection. It wasn't right to let her friend hold her in such a state, the groggy friend's persistence won out. Her prize was being able to rest her head against Itsuka's chest.
She relented, pulling her closer to her. Planting a light peck on the green forest of hair.
