And now time for Part 22 of this series, this time delivering on a long running plotline of this series, hints of which you've seen before too.

I know, just finished the previous story yesterday, but what can I do? Just couldn't stop myself from at least putting out Chapter 1 of this. This series is about to reach its end, and I'm mightily invested in finishing it all up.

Chapter 1- Darkness unleashed

Earth-199999, New York

A truck with 'Consolidated Shipping' written on it drove off from near a F.E.A.S.T. shelter, when Parker in his current suit hopped onto a building above, clinging onto it.

"Consolidated Shipping", he noted as he watched it move, then swung and flipped onto another building where he saw three masked people dragging an unconscious man who was a construction worker near some crates at a construction site. "Daredevil, I'm here."

"What do you see?" Daredevil inquired via comms.

One of the masked guys said. "Find the rest. Boss wants them all dead."

"Looks like the Demons are moving in on Fisk's former territory, this guy really wants to be the next Kingpin", Parker muttered to Daredevil.

"So, shall we help?"

"Much appreciated."

Parker crawled on top of a ledge, seeing the three Demons spread out now, and from his spot, fired a web at one, pulling that one up towards him before kicking his face as he was knocked out, and threw him down.

With that done, he snuck around a bit more, finding the next, and hiding again, pulled him up with a web before tossing him down as he too was knocked out.

Then, leaping up and behind the third one, Parker fired webs at him until he was fully wrapped in a cocoon, now completely unable to move from his spot.

Parker swung from there onto another ledge, seeing the now awakened man was surrounded by more masked guys with guns.

He'd his hands raised. "You can have this place, you don't need to kill us too."

But one of them whacked his face with the gun, making him fall down. "Fisk's former territory is ours now."

They aimed their guns, about to kill him, as Parker muttered. "Not today."

And then he leapt off, firing a web and hanging the worker above on a ledge just as they fired upon him, saving his life, and then swinging from there, kicked one Demon thug away by a few feet, landing on the ground gracefully.

Before they could fire again, a Billy club flew and disarmed one as Matt leapt in, flip kicking that one on the face just as Elektra elbowed another out in a spin motion.

They tried to fire again but Luke appeared, taking the shots, and grabbing one by the throat, threw him off as Danny jumped down, grabbing one's gun and snatching it before spinning and striking his face, taking him out just as Colleen appeared and sliced one on the abdomen, then flipped and kicked his chin as he was out, while Trish flipped and scratched one on the face before kicking him out as Jessica grabbed one more from behind and slammed him down, knocking him out too.

"There you go, assholes", she said as others came in to fight too.

"Can I kill one of them?" Elektra asked.

"No!" Parker and Matt said together.

"Maim?"

"Only if utterly and absolutely necessary."

"Got it."

And so they fought more thugs, as from up above, a helicopter tried to fire at them, but all of them dodged, with Luke standing and taking the bullets.

"These assholes are so annoying" Jessica commented with a snarl.

"Well, if you're annoyed, they'll get it", Trish shrugged to a chuckle.

Colleen empowered her sword with chi and used it to cut some bullets fired in her direction, when down from the helicopter jumped a man whose skin looked like steel.

"Sweet Christmas!" Luke said just as the guy punched him, actually staggering him back. This was Warhawk, a guy who'd been experimented upon and was now a mercenary for hire.

"Well, that's more like it", Luke said as he punched the guy back, sending him staggering back too, before blocking his next punch and head-butting him. The guy head-butted him back and elbowed his face in a spin motion, then tried to flip kick but Luke grabbed Warhawk by the foot and smashed him down, cracking the ground a bit as well.

Matt swept one's feet from under him and punched him out as Parker leapt and kicked one's face, knocking him out too, then fired his webs at some pipes above and pulled down, near some thugs who were about to fire as they lost balance, and Elektra used the opportunity to knock one out, with Trish taking out another, as Parker pulled the last three to himself and kicked them all out with a flip.

As two more started coming at them, one of them was hit by a Widow's Bite and another got hit by an arrow, both out, as Parker groaned, knowing who it was.

"Yelena, Kate, is this really necessary?" He inquired as Yelena Belova and Kate Bishop jumped near them.

"Its her fault", Kate pointed at Yelena. "She dragged me into this."

"Oh I'm just trying to get a feel of the street life and be a street-level hero!" Yelena replied to Parker who simply sighed and rolled his eyes.

Looking at the helicopter, Parker swung up onto a building, seeing it about to fly away. He grabbed it with his webs, trying to pull it down.

On the helicopter was Martin Li aka Mr. Negative, who was an upcoming crime boss in this city, trying to replace Fisk and establish dominance over Fisk's former hideouts.

He aimed a bazooka and fired as Parker flipped back and let go, letting the helicopter fly off while he jumped around, dodging the fire and debris.

"Oh boy! This keeps getting worse and worse", Parker groaned before swinging after the helicopter.

At the same time, Luke got punched on the face by Warhawk but blocked his next one before punching him twice, and gave him a combo with both fists before giving him an uppercut as he was sent back.

"I got this", Parker said, following the helicopter. "Please, I hope I got this."

The helicopter fired a rocket at him that he avoided and grabbing with a web, threw into the sky where it exploded, and then another was fired as he did the same to it.

Luke slammed Warhawk's head onto his knee thrice before slamming his head onto the ground, breaking more of it, and finally managed to knock him out.

Parker at last aimed right and fired his web onto the helicopter, swinging into it and kicking one thug off of it before grabbing him in a web and tossing him onto a nearby building, then clung onto the helicopter. "Is this the flight to Newark?"

He looked up to see Martin Li about to attack with an electric baton but Parker webbed his hand onto the helicopter instead. Li's baton was powerful enough to free him with a shock but Parker kicked him inside.

"This is your plan, replace Fisk?"

"He is just the beginning."

Parker knocked him out, then swung onto the helicopter's driver, kicking him out before grabbing him with a web and tossing him onto a nearby building too.

And then he swung out as the helicopter started crashing to the ground, but he grabbed it by webs from both sides, trying to steady it while it crashed a bit, its tail breaking apart.

"Come on Pete, you got this! You got this! You got this!" The helicopter went up again as Parker used his web to grab the crashing tail and web it on a pole, saving the people, and as the helicopter started going down again, Parker fired multiple webs down, those being attacked to the buildings on either side, until at last, the helicopter was stopped, and Parker landed on top of it in a crouch.

He'd saved the day!

Hearing a groan, he jumped inside to see Martin Li waking up. "Those face masks are awesome. Can I order them on a website?"

Li tried to strike again but Parker grabbed his wrist and punched him out.

He had done it!

Later, there was a celebration in Avengers Tower over this, Steve telling Parker. "Good job kid."

"Thank you."

Natasha was giving both Yelena and Kate the stink eye from the side as Yelena was defending herself. "I just want to feel the-"

"Shut up", she turned to Kate. "And you-"

"She made me do it."

"I'm telling Clint."

"No!"

"Yes."

"What you did, kid", Tony said to Parker, raising a glass. "It was inspirational."

"Thank you."

"Yeah, it was great", Wanda smiled, holding Parker's hand as he smiled at her and held her hand as well.

"But, as much as I love this", Parker said to all of the Avengers and other Heroes gratefully. "I have my finals coming up, so I need a good night's sleep."

"Sucks its not as exciting as prom", Wanda winked, making Parker chuckle. Prom had been something, since Wanda had come as his date, making all guys jealous and even some girls had gawked, and Thompson had been too stunned to say a thing.

Shuri was there to visit her 'brother' Bucky at the time and wanted to go too, so T'Challa had made Bucky take her, while Yelena also wanted to go so Natasha had made Bucky take her as well, with poor Bucky having to babysit both his 'sisters' for the whole prom while Natasha had watched with a sniper rifle in case Yelena got too…..handsy.

Miles had come in too and attended with Gwen.

"I know."

"Still, you're the smartest person at school, you'll ace it", Wanda assured, making Gwen gawk at them in an exaggerated way, taking offense as they turned away, avoiding her gaze.

Parker and Wanda then shared a kiss and he waved at the rest as they waved back before he swung away.

Later, Parker was back home as he and May had a light dinner, Parker still in his suit. "Nice job there, Peter."

"Thanks Aunt May. Going to be now." He got up and walked upstairs. "Good night."

"Good night."

When he reached upstairs though, Parker felt hot, too hot, to the point he had to remove his suit until he was just in his boxers.

Later, Parker was sleeping in his room, tossing and turning, throwing off the covers to expose his lean and toned body to the cool night air, but he was sweating as if he was standing next to a volcano.

Parker's head was twitching from side-to-side, hands twisting at painful angles, but he can't wake up.

At the same time, at Klyntar where the cocoon of Symbiotes, having been immobile for millions of years, now started to bulge, as the prisoner withing began moving.

Back to Parker, he first arched his back as his bones snapped, mouth open in a silent scream but no sound came, the veins of his body turn black and his skin pale.

The movement within the cocoon was becoming more violent and erratic, the Symbiotes beginning to scream as the one within is starting to break loose.

Finally, Parker's eye opened, red on black.

And at the same time, the cocoon exploded in a shower of Symbiotes that fell around it all, and the whole planet started quivering as the God of the Symbiotes stood to his full height of almost nine feet.

The dead Symbiotes that once imprisoned him now slowly began climbing around his body, as solid black armor formed around him, and a red symbol of a dragon establishing itself on his chest.

And once that was done, Knull watched as the "planet" began to come alive.

Parker smiled a wicked smirk.

At the same time, Knull smiled the wicked smirk too.

Their eyes matched as well, despite being galaxies apart.

"It's time."

At last, all the blackouts Parker experienced, everything weird that happened to him, comes to a head in this story of the series with Knull introduced.

Kate Bishop's introduction will be covered in 'When Heroes live their lives', as will the prom, I got a boatload ideas for that fic now, around 15-17 chapters actually.

Mr. Negative was just a crime boss here, no powers.

Updates won't be regular but I wanted to at least get the story up.
