Halloween night, the night that changed everything for Harry, he had plenty of sex with the Greengrass sisters, and since that day, they had been having lots of fun but right now, as the winter break and the vacations started, Harry was a little nervous.
He was in the Hogwart's express, inside the cab there were other known people, Luna, Hermione, Ron, Daphne, and Astoria, as far as many people know Harry and the Greengrass sisters were good friends and many think that he may date Daphne in the future, all of them were wearing their black cloaks, as they were still technically in school grounds.
The truth is that he's been dating both sisters and the reason why he was nervous wasn't that he was afraid that people may discover their secret, the thing here is that Harry was going to do something stupid, he was going to visit their parents, to get their approval to date them.
This was going to be hard, he knew about the relationship Apollo Greengrass shared with Voldemort, he saw him back in the cemetery when Cedric Diggory was killed, but Harry also knew about the role he played in the war, the head of the Greengrass family did what he could so his family could survive, or at least that was the reason he gave during the trials, he couldn't blame him though, he'd do the same just to keep Daphne and Astoria safe from the death eaters.
All his friends were chatting, he wasn't participating in the conversation, but once Daphne saw his expression, she smiled softly at him, she trying to make him feel safe, the three of them had agreed that this time was the perfect chance for Harry to finally meet their parents.
And speaking of said parents, Audrey Greengrass was everywhere in the Greengrass manor, she was giving instructions to the house elves, this had to be perfect for her, the older woman was wearing a long red tight dress.
On the other side of the living room where Audrey was giving instructions, Apollo was looking at his wife, he was stunned and a little angry, his wife was making such a fuss just because the damn Harry Potter was going to visit them.
- Audrey… What's the meaning of this? – Asked the older man interrupting the woman's concentration.
- Oh dear… Sorry, I didn't hear you coming over – Audrey said calmly before her expression suddenly changed, she was angry once she saw the way her husband was dressed.
- What? – Asked the older man not understanding why his wife was looking at him like that – Oh I know that look… You want to do that… Right? – The older man chuckled as he tried his best to sound charming.
- Stop with that Apollo! Why are you dressed like that? You look awful! – Said his wife completely surprising him.
Apollo couldn't believe what he had just heard, his beloved wife seems to have lost all the respect that she had for him, she seemed to care most about the impression they could give to Potter than his feelings, and he was getting angry for that.
This whole week, she had been obsessed with this day, the moment their daughters sent them a letter telling them that they were going to visit them with Harry, Apollo didn't seem to give much importance, he was ready to destroy the Potter but his wife warned him, they needed to be polite with him, this was their only chance to impress him, if they managed to scare him away, then, all their plans and the dream for resurrecting their family's honor will be lost forever.
That's why Audrey has been obsessed with this day, they needed to give their best impression to the younger man and even if Apollo was a little annoyed by that, he couldn't help but obey his wife, she was right, there was no time for pride or anything like that.
Still, even if they were desperate enough to try to marry their daughters with someone they wouldn't even think in the past, it didn't mean that Apollo had to accept him happily, he was ready to test the man that was going to marry his daughters if things went as they planned.
- What do you mean, dear? These are my favorite clothes! – Apollo said with a tired voice.
- Those clothes are old and rugged… I left you a better set on your bed… Didn't you see it? – Asked the wife and he sighed.
- Of course, I saw those clothes… But they were just too fancy for this, that clothing set is just for special occasions like the Christmas ball at the ministry – Complained the head of the family.
Audrey remained in silence for a few moments, she stopped doing what she was doing and sighed before she looked at her husband with a sweet smile, the older man was startled by the sight, he knew what that sweet smile meant, it was all but happiness, he gulped.
- Dear… I don't think that you're taking this as serious as I expected you to be – Mumbled with her eyes closed the older woman – I hope you understand that if things don't go as we plan then, there will be no more invitations to the ministry's balls, okay? – She mumbled still with a friendly expression.
Apollo was worried, his wife was really angry, he had screwed things up, it will be hard to make her change her mind, and it seems like he had no way to escape from this situation until they heard the door being knocked.
- They're here… Go back to change your clothes! – Said Audrey before she went towards the main door of the house.
Apollo Greengrass wasn't a man devoted to the gods or something like that, but this time he was glad and grateful towards the god who decided to have pity on him and save him from his wife's wrath, he ran back to his room to get changed.
Meanwhile, Audrey fixed the last details on her dress before she looked behind her, everything was in order as she expected it to be.
- Okay… Let's get this done – Mumbled the older woman before opening the door.
And as she expects it to be, her daughters were already in front of her, Daphne and Astoria quickly embraced their mom happily, Daphne was using a pair of blue jeans and a yellow sweater, Astoria was wearing black jeans and a brown sweater, both girls were walking on snow boots as it was snowing right now.
- I'm glad that you're finally back! – Said the older woman.
- We're happy to see you too mom! – Both girls said as they embraced their mother.
The family continued embracing for a few moments until Audrey realized that Harry was feeling uncomfortable, he was looking anywhere but them, he was using a black gabardine with black with blue jeans and black boots, he was also using a red scarf, the older woman smiled softly at him.
- Hello Mr. Potter – Said Audrey as she stopped hugging her daughters.
Harry was quickly taken off by surprise by her words, he quickly shook his head and looked at the Greengrass matriarch.
- The pleasure is mine Mrs. Greengrass – Harry said as they shared a handshake.
- Please call me Audrey – Said the older woman and Harry smiled, he felt more comfortable right now after hearing the tone she was using.
- Then you call me Harry please – He said and both of them nodded.
Audrey invited the trio to come inside and Harry was surprised to see the state of the Greengrass manor, from the outside it looked kind of old but it was really in good care on the inside, a nice proof that you shouldn't judge a book based on its cover.
- Hey mom… Where's dad? – Asked Astoria as both sisters looked everywhere trying to find their father.
- Hello girls! – The older man said as he came downstairs, he was still fixing the red tie that he was wearing.
And besides that red tie, he was wearing a black suit and he had a white shirt under the jacket, he was having some difficulties to bottom everything, he was surprised that even if they were having financial problems, he still managed to get more weight.
- Daddy! – Daphne and Astoria said at the same time before they ran towards the older man who happily received their hugs.
All seemed perfect for the older man, he didn't have to worry about anything other than hugging his girls, he was always happy to see his daughters once again, he was happily embracing them when he remembered why they were here, and the source was standing beside his wife who looked happily at the younger man, that made the older man's nerves start to rise.
- And what do we have there? It seems like we have a celebrity in this house – Said the older man before he stopped hugging his daughters and finally managed to get on the floor, he walked towards his wife and Harry.
Apollo looked serious, Harry was a little intimidated, the man was tall and looked like one of those eastern European villains from American movies that he used to watch on tv when his uncles weren't at home, Harry was expecting him to punch him or something like that for being with his babies, but that didn't happen.
- Nice to meet you Mr. Potter – Said the older man while extending his arm.
Harry was stunned after he heard that, but he quickly regained his senses and extended his arm too, he didn't want to make him wait and lose points.
- Nice to meet you too Mr. Greengrass – Said the younger man before realizing the older man's grip was strong, but he wasn't going to be left behind.
Both shook their hands and neither of them seemed to give the other the chance to dominate the other, both were smirking as they did this.
- Dear… Are we going to eat already? – Asked Apollo to his wife.
- No, there are some things left to do, that's why I was waiting for Daphne and Astoria to help me, why? – Audrey asked a little surprised at her husband's question.
- I wanted to test Mr. Potter – Said Apollo surprising everyone.
- Dad! – Daphne complained.
- Sir, what—Harry was about to ask but he was quickly cut off by Apollo.
- Cut the Bullshit Potter… I know why you're here… You want to take my daughters with you… I can't blame you, they're the most amazing persons in the world and if they're happy with you I'll support every decision that they decide to take – Apollo said and both he and Harry were serious the whole time – But you need to understand that I can't give them to anyone who enters into that door… I need to see if I can trust you to protect them – Apollo smirked as he said that.
- What is the test about, then? – Asked Harry, he didn't look worried, but he didn't want to do something against his future father-in-law.
- Well, there's no other way to prove a man's worth than his dueling abilities… What do you say? Are you in or are you just another coward? - Apollo taunted him and that triggered something inside Harry.
Harry, who is used to always disrespect the authorities is quite angry after hearing that, he was going to teach a lesson to the older man.
- Dad! – Astoria was about to argue with her dad, but Harry quickly put his arm to stop her.
- It's okay Astoria… I'll do it, I'll show Mr. Greengrass that you're both safe with me… Don't worry, you won't have the same fate as your former master! – Harry smirked after he said that.
Apollo in other circumstances could have attacked him for saying that, but the younger man was already doing a show of his powers, he wasn't afraid of him and that was something that could be admired, but there was another thing that he was doing, it seems as if he was already using wandless magic, there was some strange wind inside the house that was moving softly some things and that was strange because the windows were closed.
- Let's get onto it then – Said Harry and the older man quickly led both of them to the backyard.
Audrey and her daughters just sighed after seeing that.
- Don't worry girls… Your father will not harm him – Audrey tried to calm her daughters.
- We're not worried about Harry's safety, mom… We're worried about dad, if Harry fights seriously then, things could end up badly for him – Daphne told her mom.
Audrey wanted to get back to work, but what her daughter said was the truth.
- You're right, let's make sure nothing bad happens – Audrey and her daughters quickly ran after the men.
As for Harry and Apollo, there were already in the backyard, Harry was surprised to find many brooms and even the yard fixed to look like a quidditch field, there was a goal pole and all that, but the whole grounds were filled with snow.
Harry was in front of Apollo, they had their wands raised as the protocol indicates.
- Let's follow the protocol – Said Harry calmly.
- Yeah… No – Apollo mumbled as he was ready to attack Harry.
Harry was surprised that the older man fired as fast he could a spell and at the distance that both of them were could have been dangerous, luckily Harry managed to jump back and avoid the attack.
Harry was angry, the older man attacked him cowardly.
- Oh… Don't look so angry… After all, when a stranger wants to attack you they don't follow the protocol – Apollo said with a slight smirk.
Harry was annoyed, he wanted to erase that smirk off his face, so he decided to conjure some fire spells against the older man who was happily avoiding his attacks, the fire attacks seemed to just land close to his feet.
- Come on Potter… And you call yourself the savior—Apollo was about mock him when suddenly he stumbled thanks to the snow turning into the water due to Harry's attacks.
Now seeing his chance, Harry ran as fast as he could towards the older man who was about to fall on the ground, Harry was planning to use his wand to put it on the older man's neck and stop the duel, but somehow, the man managed to call his broom and he quickly grabbed the broom and with that, he avoided himself to fall and made sure to yield by Harry, and now things got worse as once Apollo mounted his broom, he started to fly around the field attacking Harry from the sky.
On the other side of the field, Daphne, Audrey, and Astoria were watching the scene surprised, it seems like Apollo was using his dirty tricks once again, but Harry didn't have a problem avoiding them, but being in the snow made it kind of difficult to move, so, he decided to call a broom too.
- I hope you don't mind me taking one of your brooms Mr. Greengrass – Harry said as he joined him on the skies.
- I don't care… That will just make things easier for me – Apollo now used a spell to increase the speed of his broom to take Harry by surprise once again.
But Harry was calm the whole time, he was analyzing the moves of his adversary, Harry then smirked as a crazy plan came into his head, he decided to move in the air, he was circling the thick poles that were used for quidditch games, he decided to use the same spell as Apollo conjured to navigate faster through the air.
But even if Apollo was even more experienced in life, he looked like an amateur using a broom compared to Harry, and in circumstances like this, Harry was in his element, seven years of quidditch were easy to say but Harry had a mastery when it was all about navigating through quidditch grounds, so, he wasn't surprised when he managed to get the older man concentrated in chasing him, that was his plan the whole time.
Apollo was behind Harry, he didn't care where the younger man went, he was going to follow him, and this time Harry was flying through a pole, but when he was about crash against the pole, he quickly changed the direction and he managed to dodge it.
But Apollo didn't have the same luck, he crashed against the thick pole.
- Dear! – Said, Audrey.
- Daddy! – Daphne and Astoria mumbled.
Harry just smirked at the sight, it happened many times during his schooldays, those who wanted to follow him and stop him from catching the snitch, most of the time ended like Apollo, hugging the pole to not fall but still confused as the impact was too strong at that velocity, Harry was placed, his plan that had given his team many trophies in the past worked once again.
