[Author's Note: Sorry that I haven't updated this story in a while. I sorta had to figure out how I was going to start this chapter. Plus, a lot of things have happened.]

Jayme was still running and was making her way to Spock's quarters to check on him. She managed to make to Spock's quarters after being delayed a few times by a few things. She knocked on Spock's door.

"Come in." Spock said with a soft growl.

Jayme entered and asked, "Spock, are you okay?"

"Yes...well maybe not." Spock stated.

"Spock, is it what I think it is?" Jayme questioned.

"It is, Jayme." Spock stated.

"So, it is time then to perform pon Farr?" Jayme said.

Spock nodded.

"What do you wish for me to do, Spock?" Jayme questioned.

"First, we must inform the good doctor what is happening and inform him that we are not to be disturb for a certain amount of time then we will discuss between us the actual kal'i'farr between us." Spock stated.

Jayme nodded and said, "Well, I guess it seems that it's time then."

Spock nodded in agreement as he kissed her gently the human way along with a Vulcan kiss which was making her an absolute mess apparently.

So, after the intensive kiss which was both human and Vulcan at same time; Jayme contacted Dr. McCoy.

In the Medical Bay...

Dr. McCoy was sitting at his desk when his comm went off. He simply said, "McCoy, here."

"Bones, it's Jayme and I am with Spock."

"Do I want to know?" McCoy said.

"No doubt that Uhura inform you eventually; but Spock insisted that we tell you first since you'll be placing a sign on Spock's quarters."

"Now, why would I do that?" McCoy questioned.

"Doctor, it's Spock. It will important for you to do this because you'll only be able to contact the Captain while she's in my quarters for this moment in my life as a Vulcan."

It took McCoy a few minutes to understand what Spock meant. Then he said, "Oh, hell! I'll get right on it! And Spock?"

"Yes, Doctor McCoy?"

"Treat her well and gently. If it becomes ruff and both of you are still tired; I will allow you both at least a half a month to rest."

"Of course, Doctor. I do love her and we will also talk about kal'i'farr as well."

"That's good." McCoy said cutting the comm having no clue what kal'i'farr was.

At that moment, Uhura walked into sick bay looking for the Captain.

"If you're looking for Jayme; she's with Spock and they are both quarantined but not because of illness." McCoy said.

"What do you mean, Dr. McCoy?" Uhura questioned.

"One word that from the Vulcan language for Mating." McCoy said.

Uhura gasped and understood then asked, "Anything else, Doctor?"

"Well, Spock mentioned that him and Jayme would be talking about kal'i'farr; whatever that is." McCoy stated.

Uhura's eyes went wide with shock.

McCoy noticed this and asked, "Do you know what Spock meant?"

Uhura nodded.

"Well, Lt. Uhura, care to enlighten me?" McCoy said.

"Kal'i'farr is the Vulcan term for marriage, Dr. McCoy." Uhura said.

McCoy blinked for a moment processing what Lt. Uhura had just told him.

Back with Spock and Jayme...

Spock turned towards Jayme after he cut the comm from talking to McCoy.

Jayme watched as Spock turned towards her and began walking towards her. She had to admit to herself that she was nervous considering that she was giving her virginity to her first officer, but she trusted him with her life and more.

"Captain?" Spock said.

"Yes, Spock?" Jayme said.

"Pon Farr will begin soon. Do you wish to back out?" Spock stated.

"I will not leave you, Spock." Jayme said kissing him.

Spock actually smiled and kissed Jayme back as well as began undoing her uniform as she did his. Once they were nude; they made their way over to the bed and began exploring each other's bodies.

Jayme realized that as Spock's hands were moving across her body that he was kissing her every where with a Vulcan kiss; which also meant that if he fingers her inside her womanhood then he would be kissing her inside her womanhood. She had to admit that she didn't know if Spock would think that was disgusting or not.

Spock looked at Jayme and smiled at the mess she was in from him just roaming his hands over her body. He continued with what he what was doing then he heard her moan as his mouth was now going over the kisses that he did the Vulcan way.

"Spock! Please!" Jayme moaned.

"Please what, Ashayam?" Spock stated.

"Please, make me yours, Ashayam." Jayme responded to Spock.

"Of course. " Spock said.

After awhile, Jayme felt sore after the first few rounds of human sex as Spock called it and she began to wonder how sore she'd be once Pon Farr took over which was Vulcan sex. One thing was for sure, don't underestimate a Vulcan when comes to sex.

"Captain?" Spock stated.

"Hm?" Jayme said slightly dazed.

"Perhaps, we should rejuvenate ourselves before Pon Farr hits because I believe you be sore at least two weeks." Spock stated.

"Okay, Spock." Jayme said trying to get up.

Spock realized that his Captain needed his help to the bathroom; so he picked her up bridal style and carried her into the bathroom. He turned on the sonic shower and entered the shower with her in order to help her stand in the shower.

Meanwhile...

Dr. McCoy had just informed the entire ship that the Captain Kirk and Commander Spock were quarratined together due to personal reasons.

The crew of the Starship of the USS Enterprise was worried for their Captain and First Officer. They hope that they recover quickly from whatever it was.

Dr. McCoy had called a few crew members to a meeting to actually explain what was going on with the Captain and her First Officer, a few days later.

When Dr. McCoy explained what actually was happening with Spock and Jayme; he was not exactly surprised that some of the crew that he was meeting with had probably already figured it out.

Back with Spock and Jayme...

Spock told Jayme about some of the symptoms of Pon Farr that would alert that it was beginning to prepare her. He also told her that it might be better that they remained nude unless there was a reason; which Jayme agreed.

"Jayme?" Spock growled out.

"Yes, Spock?" Jayme said.

"To the bed, now!" Spock stated.

Jayme saw Spock's eyes dilate and realized that Pon Farr had hit Spock suddenly and did as she told.

Spock began getting really rough with Jayme which was making her making her a complete moaning mess as Spock continued his actions with her.

This continued for at least for four days then they took a break for a while in between like they had done during the human sexual mating as Spock had decided to call it; so they regain some energy then continue.

"Spock?" Jayme said.

"Yes, Ashayam?" Spock stated.

"I may not know all the Vulcan customs all that well but I am sure that I can learn." Jayme said.

"Ashayam, we will use both Vulcan and Human customs." Spock stated.

"Really?" Jayme questioned.

"Yes, really. I also wish to speak to you about Kal'i'farr which is the Vulcan word for marriage." Spock stated.

Jayme's eyes went wide with shock and asked, "Are you absolutely sure that you would want to marry me, Spock?"

Spock could hear the tone in Jayme's voice that she wasn't exactly confident about marriage and said, "Yes, Jayme T. Kirk. I am sure that would love have you as my wife and technically we are Mating which in some cultures would consider marriage."

"Spock?" Jayme said.

"Yes, Ashayam?" Spock stated.

"Thank you for loving me and being my friend as well." Jayme said.

"You're welcome, Ashayam and thank you for loving me and being my friend as well, Jayme, my Ashayam." Spock stated.

Jayme giggled.

"What's so funny, Ashayam?" Spock questioned.

"I have to admit that I find it a little funny how we sort of met and got together." Jayme said.

"I agree you, Ashayam. It does seem rather funny. Now, to bed." Spock stated.

"Yes, dear." Jayme said as she climbed into bed beside Spock.

They were going to get a bit of rest before Pon Farr hit Spock once again.

Two weeks later...

Spock and Jayme were covering from the on slaught of sex rounds that they had been going through even though they had taken breaks in between.

"Spock?" Jayme said.

"Yes, Jayme?" Spock stated.

"Do you wonder how ship did while we've been quarratined during our sexual mating?" Jayme questioned.

Spock smiled at Jayme and said, "I assume that we didn't go into battle while we were not present."

Suddenly, the comm beeped.

"Kirk and Spock, here." Jayme said.

"Captain, we understand that you and Mr. Spock are still quarratined. So, I contacted the two let you know that Star Fleet has given us shore leave until you and Mr. Spock are well again."

"Thank you for letting us know, Mr. Sulu." Jayme said then turned off the comm.

"Captain?" Spock said.

Jayme looked at Spock and said, "Yes, Ashaya?"

"Since we are awake, let's begin our routine." Spock stated.

"Okay." Jayme said.

Several Weeks Later...

Spock and Jayme were cleared for active duty again once Dr. McCoy made sure that they were in perfect health once again.

They left the Star base headed out once again on a mission; however, little did they know that their Captain and First Officer would be in some sort of danger when exploring the planet below them.

Jayme, Spock, and a members of the away team were captured by beings that live on the planet.

Spock wrapped his arm around Jayme as they were being led somewhere by some of the beings with the rest of away team close behind them.

The beings noticed that the male with the pointed ears was protecting the woman with his arm wrapped around her waist. To them it could only mean one thing and that the pointed eared man was mated to the female. They were aware to not mess with a mated couple; but the people with them was fair game.

Both Jayme and Spock seemed stunned to be led away from the away team once they arrived in the main part of the this planets city.
