This chapter contains scenes of torture, graphic description of slavery practices, nudity, testicle abuse.

Hours earlier, The Doctor and Rose watched in horror as the Slave Police stormed noisily into the Mall, upsetting everyone. Seconds after that the screaming lessened when half of the large group of Mall dwellers blinked out of existence.

"Doctor! Where did everyone go?" Rose asked as the sound of gunfire started up below.

This was followed by flash-bangs and some sort of smokey gas. The Doctor didn't like the smell of it.

"Never Mind that, where did Malohah and the others go?" He stressed as he looked around when it came clear that it wasn't just half of the Mall dwellers that had gone missing, but their family too. Hearing Rose gasp In realisation, The Doctor took action immediately, grabbed her hand and ran with her towards the nearest fire exit.

Pushing the door open they ran into the corridor, where it was a lot less chaotic and a bit more quiet so they could think easily.

"My head feels woozy." Rose complained, leaning against the wall with her eyes closed.

"That'll be the smoke bombs they let off. They contain some sort of sleeping gas." The Doctor explained, looking at Rose in concern. "It'll pass." He too felt woozy, luckily his superior biology would metabolise it out of his system quickly. He knew Rose could do the same.

There was a clatter near the fire exit door spooking them both.

"Can you teleport us out, Rose?" The Time Lord requested.

Rose nodded with a groan, the movement of her head making the woozy feeling worse. But despite that she easily took The Doctor's hand in her own and got ready to teleport them out. Well, that was until a sharp pain hit them deep in their Minds and the bonded couple screamed out in pain and clutched their heads. The worst of the pain lasted for over a minute until it died down to a dull thud.

And that's when they realised something. They couldn't sense each other, the TARDIS or any other members of their family. Rose couldn't feel The Doctor's emotions despite how close she was stood to him. Nor could she access her telekinesis. Noticing the look of turmoil on her bond-mate's face she quickly grabbed his hand in both of hers.

The Doctor jumped in surprise and looked at Rose with wide brown eyes. It couldn't be easy for him, to suddenly have his connection to the TARDIS stolen from him after so long.

"Doctor! Remember what Malohah said about the drones?" She reminded him and there was a vague nod as he tried not to panic. "The drones inhibit abilities, telepathy, among other things. That's why we can't sense each other."

The Doctor took in several deep breaths, doing his best to calm himself down. "Then we get as far away from the drone as possible!" He managed to grind out despite the pain he was in.

Rose nodded, eager to get a move on herself.

They took off down the corridor towards another door that led them to the stairs. They ran down them, The Doctor's fears almost getting to him when he had to let go of Rose's hand, so that she wouldn't fall down. Once they reached the bottom of the stairs there was a fire exit door leading outside to possible safety.

"Ready?" The Doctor asked his bond-mate.

Rose nodded. "Ready!"

Hand in hand, they stormed out of the exit into the night…and came to a halt when they were caught in floodlight and blue flashing lights.

"Blimey!" Rose uttered, shocked.

"Put your hands up and surrender." A megaphone boomed at them.

A wide-eyed panicky, on the verge of fleeing Doctor looked around, trying to find a way to escape. There were too many vehicles, too many armed police officers and nowhere to hide apart from going back inside. "Surrender now or we will use force." The megaphone threatened.

"Doctor? Any ideas?" A fearful Rose asked.

The Doctor would have answered her, except he was distracted by the noisy helicopter above them shining it's own spotlight on them. He looked up, only to find a Drone hovering above them, also with its own light shining on them. It was the first time he'd seen the Stealth Drone and he would have been impressed with it if it hadn't been inhibiting their abilities. Despite the dull ache in his Mind making it hard to think, The Doctor realised there was some parts of it that looked awfully familiar. It had a weapon, very similar to that of a Dalek gun arm. It had white and blue flashing lights. And he thought he even saw Dalek bumps on it.

All rational thought soon left his Mind and he started panicking again. "No!" He growled, The Oncoming Storm swirling in his wide brown eyes.

"Doctor, what's wrong?" Rose asked him, her hands up in surrender because she was scared some serious harm could come to the baby.

And what was worse about this was that The Doctor couldn't sense it because of the stupid Drone. "They're using Dalek technology!" He growled his answer at Rose.

Noticing what The Doctor was doing, the blonde looked up at the Drone and frowned, confused. It didn't look anything like a Dalek! Then out of the corner of her eye she saw movement from her Time Lord and realised what he was about to do. "NOO!" She shouted, but it was too late and it happened in a matter of seconds, though it felt a lot longer than that.

Angered over what he thought was Dalek technology, The Doctor went to reach inside his jacket pocket for his Sonic Screwdriver. But the Drone was quicker than him.

Pointing its gun arm at the Time Lord, the Drone shot at him with an almost silent 'phut'. Out of the gun arm came a metallic looking webbing, heavy enough to take down an elephant. As soon as the webbing engulfed The Doctor he screamed out in pain and flailed his arms before stumbling to the ground, weighted down by the webbing, still screaming.

"Doctor!" A shocked Rose shrieked and went to rescue him with whatever was happening to her bond-mate.

Unfortunately because she had moved she received the same treatment as The Doctor by the Stealth Drone. When the metallic looking webbing engulfed her it felt like she was being burned all over by acid. She too screamed in pain and stumbled to the ground when the weight of the webbing became heavy. They were both still screaming and writhing in pain when they were surrounded by the Slave Police.

Minutes later the weakened and vulnerable pair were thrown into the back of one of the large police enforcement vans, alongside everyone else who'd been captured by the Slave Police. As the vans started moving, a shuddering Rose scooted closer to The Doctor and put her arms around him to let him know she was still with him. He too was shuddering, likely suffering the after effects of the capture net, like she was.

"It's okay, Doctor. I'm here." Rose whispered into his ear, her voice croaky from all the screaming she did. She felt The Doctor return her embrace and heard him emit a whimper. Then he was quiet.

The movement of the van rocked them occasionally whilst whispered chatter and sobs could be heard. Rose still couldn't sense her Time Lord or any other of her Time Travelling family members. The feeling of being isolated from everyone else wasn't nice and now she knew how The Doctor felt after he'd lost his people. Except this situation was different. They were being inhibited by advanced technology that was likely part alien. She was still thinking about this when she fell asleep, snug in The Doctor's arms.

The sound of banging, thumping and shouting woke up The Doctor and Rose. They had arrived at their destination and now the prisoners were being unloaded out of the police enforcement van.

"Oh! What do we have here? Two little love birds?" A sarcastic police officer said. "Move your lazy asses already."

They were taken out of the van into the back yard of a red bricked building which was likely to be the Dallas Courthouse. It was still dark outside but the floodlit yard made it look like it was daytime. The Doctor and Rose were forced into a line and then chain manacled together before they were marched off into the building.

Within a few short minutes they were all led into the Court room in pairs or groups to face a judge who sentenced them swiftly without being given the chance to defend themselves. The Doctor didn't like this practice one little bit, The Oncoming Storm pushing its way through. It definitely deserved an outing after the way he and Rose had just been treated. He wanted to use the Sonic Screwdriver to cause a big distraction, but decided to wait for the right moment. Now wasn't the time for heroics.

Finally it was his and Rose's turn to face the Judge, holding each other's hands.

"Names?" The Judge asked in gusto, pen in hand, expecting an answer. Only to be met with silence. Puzzled, the Judge looked up at the two accused. "I asked for your names. Are you deaf?" He demanded.

With smirks on their faces, Rose and The Doctor looked at each other before turning their attention back to the ancient old dinosaur.

"John Smith." The Doctor answered.

"Jane Smith." Rose answered.

The Judge let out an exasperated sigh. "Your real names!" He demanded.

"It's the only names you're going to get out of us." The Doctor snarled back in such a way it caused hushed chatter to spread through the Courtroom.

Rose glanced at him with a proud smile. Only The Oncoming Storm could garner such a reaction like that! It also told her he was in no mood for niceties after what they were both put through.

"And if you had any sense inside that spineless small Mind you have, you'd put a stop to what you're doing." The Doctor added.

Still smiling proudly over The Doctor's words, Rose watched as the Judge's face went a funny shade of red.

"Treating people little more than cattle as they're subjected to a cruel and corrupt judicial system. Like right here. Court cases in the middle of the night when everyone else is sleeping, away from the prying eyes of the critics. The use of over-exaggerated police enforcement using drones with alien technology in order to capture and subjugate that person using pain and torture…"

He was on a roll now, his eerie calmness off-putting to those that were watching and listening to him.

"…I've seen a lot of slavery cases on my travels, but never seen a case as bad as this one where ordinary human beings are placed inside a hut and raped. Or used as a toilet. Or where children with disabilities are treated like something less than human, forced into becoming the 'family slave'. Where you treat the original inhabitants of this planet as little more than pets. Where minorities are vilified for just being themselves, forced into taking part in some sort of Mind altering programme in a bid to change who they are. Slavery is wrong. Believe me when I say this, I…we…will be putting a stop to it once and for all."

Nodding proudly, Rose agreed with what her Time Lord said, squeezing his hand to let him know she approved. Then she looked over at the ancient old dinosaur again and laughed, because his face had gone even more impossibly red. The Doctor chuckled, full of humour at Rose's mirth. The low chatter around the Courtroom had turned into loud astonished muttering.

This just infuriated the Judge even more. "SILENCE!" The Judge shouted loudly, his voice carrying authority. Once the Courtroom was quiet again, the angry Judge turned his attention back to The Doctor and Rose. "How dare you!" He reprimanded the pair. "How dare you come into our Country and think you can tell us what we should do. This is our way of life and it won't be interfered with by a pair of foreign agents."

There was a deafly silence around the Courtroom once the Judge ceased his angry raving.

It seemed he had calmed too because the colour of his face had returned to the normal pink. "Clearly you are a very dangerous individual, mr whoever-you-are," the Judge continued. "Alongside your woman," he glared at Rose. The young blonde had the audacity to laugh inside his Courtroom, well, she had a shock coming to her. "Both of you have entered this Country under illegal means. And neither of you have a Visa or I.D. Which leads me to believe you came into our country with nefarious purposes."

Now he glared at both Rose and The Doctor.

"After the sheer disrespect inside this Courtroom from either of you I'm going to hand down the harshest sentence I can think of. I sentence you both to Life Enslavement under the Terrorism Act…" There were gasps of shock from around the Courtroom. Nobody had expected that. "…where you will be taken from this place to the most securest of slave training facilities. Take them down to the cells."

A scowling and disgusted Doctor and Rose were roughly dragged from the Courtroom with their hands cuffed behind their backs. They were thrown into a near crowded cell where they waited for possible rescue.

The cells underneath the Courthouse were ancient and dimly lit, but they were surprisingly clean. They were also packed with prisoners and future slaves with barely any room to move. The sounds of sobbing, crying and pleading with hardly any chatter. Who'd want to chat when their free lives were about to end and guards were patrolling. All in all there was an air of despair and anguish that could be felt.

Rose gasped suddenly when she realised she could feel emotions again. If her abilities had been returned that meant her bond with The Doctor had returned too. When she concentrated she realised she could sense him quietly seething away. "Doctor!" Rose whispered to her bond-mate and saw him nod.

"Yes, I know," the Time Lord whispered back. "I can sense you too. Which means we're not being inhibited anymore." He breathed a sigh of relief, happy that he could sense Rose again, his family members, the TARDIS even. "And now I can think more clearly again. We have to find a way to get out of here." The Doctor shifted so that he could lean against the wall and looked at Rose.

They were both sat on the floor of the crowded cell because the bench had been taken over by a sobbing teenage boy. Rose had tried to to get through to the boy, but he just remained inconsolable. Then someone else said he'd been there since the previous afternoon and no-one knew what he was doing in the cells.

"How are you feeling?" The Doctor asked Rose, his voice low and private.

The blonde smiled at his concern. "I'm okay. Sort of. My bum's gone a bit numb from sitting on the floor for so long."

The Time Lord chuckled but noticed his bond-mate frown in thought. "Somethings on your Mind?!"

Rose nodded. "The Drone and that webbing. As soon as it covered me it felt as if I was being burned alive by acid. What was that, Doctor?" She enquired.

The Doctor shuddered over the memory of his own capture and pain. "I've no idea. Never came across something like that. Though I imagine it's a type of technology, combined with the Stealth Drone, designed to make someone with a vulnerable Mind think they're in severe pain."

Rose nodded but she didn't think that was the answer. That pain felt real.

She shifted uncomfortably where she sat and groaned. Her bum felt even more numb than ever. And it didn't help that her shoulders and wrists were hurting from being cuffed behind her back.

"I'm sorry." She heard The Doctor apologise and looked at him, her brows furrowed. "What are you even apologising for?" She asked.

"Because you're in pain and I can't do anything to stop it." Came his answer.

A hint of a smile appeared on Rose's face. Sometimes The Doctor could be sweet when he allowed himself too. But right now wasn't that moment. If they weren't going to be rescued anytime soon then she needed him to figure out a way to escape the cell, along with everyone else. "Doctor, there's no need to apologise. We've been in worse situations than this!" Rose said to him.

The Doctor let out a sigh and shook his head. "Yes, those times you weren't pregnant," he replied to her. "Now here you are sitting on a cold, uncomfortable concrete floor."

Rose became frustrated at the way her bond-mate was feeling sorry for himself. "I thought you would have worked out an escape plan by now," she hissed at The Doctor. "Because I really have no interest in being forced into slavery. Nor do I like being accused of terrorism."

The Doctor looked sheepish and sniffed. "Worst they could do is send us to Guantanamo Bay!" He uttered.

"They don't do that anymore," one of their cell mates spoke up after over-hearing their conversation. "Guantanamo Bay prison camp has long since been closed." He looked at Rose and The Doctor with terrified wide eyes. "Those who are sentenced to Life Enslavement under the Terrorism Act don't just become slaves. They're turned into animals. Forced to become somebody's household pet. Or forced into being a Pony Slave used for transport, entertainment or heavy work." Their cell mate gave them a look of sadness before turning his attention away from them.

This new information left Rose and The Doctor stunned to the point they looked at each other completely shocked.

"Blimey!" Rose uttered.

"You're telling me!" The Doctor said. "Rose, can you use your telekinesis on our cuffs?" He requested. He really had no interest in becoming somebodies pet. It was time they caused as much chaos as possible and ended slavery in this country once and for all.

Rose grinned. "I thought you'd never ask!" She said.

The Doctor shifted forward in order for Rose to loosen his cuffs and no doubt loosen her own at the same time.

"Doctor!" An unfamiliar voice spoke up, but he ignored it, waiting for Rose to use her TK.

"Hurry up, Rose!" He uttered impatiently.

"No, wait!" Rose spoke up.

The Doctor realised he could sense that Rose was shocked and when he looked at her she was staring ahead. Following her gaze he understood why she'd become hesitant.

There was a guard standing outside their cell, watching them. "Oh!" The Time Lord leaned back against the wall. "Thanks for the warning!" He said.

"No, you don't understand," Rose hissed back in return. "He just said your name!"

"What?!" The Doctor spluttered, looking from Rose to the guard. Come to think of it he did hear someone who wasn't Rose utter his name. How did this guard know who he was? "Hold on!" Despite having his hands cuffed behind his back, The Doctor jumped up to his feet with such impossible agility. He walked over to the front of the cell and glared at the guard Oncoming Storm style. "How do you know me?" He growled.

"He doesn't," the guard replied back mysteriously, voice low. "Doctor, I'm sorry I missed you and Rose out when escaping the shopping centre. I thought I'd tethered the both of you. And when the police loudly fought their way in it shocked me into teleporting early!"

Listening to the guard, The Doctor gawped in complete disbelief, barely comprehending who he was actually talking too. "Jaime?" He exclaimed and the guard nodded their head.

In order to get in touch with The Doctor, the Scots-girl had stretched her Mind out in search of anyone not vulnerable and had only found a guard nearby. Which was good enough. So, once she possessed him she found the cell her dad and Rose were in and called to him. It appeared she had caught them in the middle of a plan. She wondered if he would like her plan. "We're all waiting outside with Malohah and…his mate…but the discussion of Courthouse security is ongoing."

A look of surprise appeared on his face, his brows raised. "Malohah has a mate?" He asked. Why hadn't he mentioned anything about a mate before?

Jaime nodded her head and smirked, although it looked more like a grimace. The guard wasn't going to stay docile for long. She could feel him beginning to struggle. "Aye. And I think you'd like her."

Now that had him truly puzzled. Why would he like a complete stranger of a person he barely knew?

While The Doctor was puzzling over her words, Jaime decided to suggest her plan to him. "Doctor, do you think you can hang on a little longer?" She requested and the puzzled look turned into a questioning expression.

"What do you mean?" He asked, fearing the worst.

"There's too much security in here," Jaime answered. "Too much for our small band to handle and not many people to convince to fight back. Would you be willing to go to the Facility? They're larger than a Court and less security. Not to mention thousand go in everyday. If a revolution needs starting it should be in there."

The Doctor stared back at her and it worried her that he would reject it. Mainly because it put him and Rose at risk. "You do realise what this will put us through?" He finally answered Jaime. "Rose is pregnant, she'll have her privacy violated. I don't want to put her through that." The fact that he wasn't even thinking about his own safety showed how stressed he was feeling.

The guard started shaking slightly so Jaime knew there wasn't much time left. "I know, and I'm sorry. But if it helps we'll keep an eye on you, so neither of you come to harm."

The Doctor thought this through before letting out an exasperated sigh. "Fine," he muttered. "Go ahead with your plan. But if anything goes wrong I'll be blaming you."

Jaime attempted a smile but it didn't look normal on the guard's face. "Thank you!" Jaime uttered. Suddenly the guard doubled over with a loud pained sounding groan.

The Time Lord took a couple of steps backwards, unsure if it was Jaime that was in trouble or the guard. "Are you okay?" He asked, concerned but stayed well away from the bars. The entire cells had become eerily quiet.

Feeling confused and disoriented, the guard looked around with a frown. He remembered he'd been patrolling elsewhere in the cells, but suddenly he found himself here instead, something didn't seen quite right. He didn't feel like himself right now.

"What happened? Are you okay?" He heard the voice ask again and looked around to find one of the slaves stood staring at him.

It was especially unnerving that it was one of the terrorist slaves found at the abandoned mall. "You tell me!" The guard bit back and turned his full attention on the slave. "What the hell did you just do to me?" He raised his voice now. He had a vague recollection of being talked too by this person, yet it felt somewhat disjointed. "You demon in disguise!" The guard accused. "I don't know what you did to me, but I'll make sure you'll get the treatment you deserve at the Slave Facility!" He snarled angrily before looking around at all the other cells with prisoners in them. "And that goes for the rest of you too!" He angrily shouted before storming off.

"It wasn't me!" The Doctor shouted back, annoyed at the guard's behaviour. His threats had caused fresh bouts of misery for his fellow cell mates.

"Doctor? What was all that about?" Rose asked him from her place on the floor.

The Time Lord sighed and sat back down next to his bond-mate. "Change of plan." He replied and began to explain what Jaime had in Mind.

Rose wasn't particularly keen on sticking around in a cramped cell, only to be then transported to a slave facility somewhere in Dallas. But she'd endure it for The Doctor's sake. On the plus side she was able to loosen her cuffs, alongside The Doctor's with her seldom used telekinesis. And because she was sick of her bum being numb she also loosened the cuffs of the crying teenage boy and shifted him so that his head would be in her lap. Then she focused all her empathy towards him in a bid to calm him down. His crying soon tapered off, so Rose asked the boy what he was doing in the cells.

The now calm boy explained that his parents had him enslaved because he was spending so much time with a male friend and barely any time with the family. They'd raised those concerns with him, told him they loved him so much, then set the Slave Police on to him. The charges were 'for having a same sex relationship' alongside 'family neglect' and 'disobeying curfew'. None of which were true.

Rose scowled and shook her head in disgust. "If your parents truly loved and cared about you they wouldn't have had you enslaved," she explained to the boy. "It's nothing but child abuse, isn't that right, Doctor?!" She said, looking up at the Time Lord.

The Doctor had watched on, impressed with Rose's ability to show empathy towards those that needed it. It also showed him that she was going to be an excellent mother. But when the boy spoke of his situation he became angered. The boy was just a teenager, enjoying his young life with friends. Only for his life to be abruptly interrupted. It wasn't right. None of it was. "Yes, I'd definitely say it's child abuse." He replied.

"No such thing," another man spoke up, this one a bit older than the first man from earlier. "Not anymore anyway. All human rights, including child rights were torn up long ago. But you're right. It's child abuse. We just can't do anything about it." He agreed.

Rose shook her head, further disgusted over what she'd just heard. Children shouldn't have their futures ripped from them. She felt bouts of anger that wasn't hers and sensed angry buzzing thoughts through her bond with The Doctor. And when she looked over at him he had one hell of a pissed off expression on his face. It was beyond Oncoming Storm and something she had only ever seen a handful of times. "Doctor!" Rose hissed and when he looked at her she beckoned him over.

Standing up, The Doctor walked over to where Rose was and sat next to her. "How is he?" He asked about the boy who still had his head on Rose's lap.

She looked down at the boy, her fingers combing through his blondish hair, which only reminded her of their child from the future who also had blonde hair. "He seems to have nodded off, poor thing." Rose answered and looked back up at The Doctor. "How exactly are we meant to get them to fight back?" She hissed out at her bond-mate. "When none of them have one bit of confidence in them! They're all frightened for their own futures. They've got no hope!"

Furrowing his brows, The Doctor wondered what had suddenly gotten into Rose. She didn't normally second guess their ability to help people fight against the cruelest of Dictators. "Then we'll give them as much hope as possible." He answered her. "Are you sure you're okay?" He now asked.

Rose looked away. "I'm just nervous is all." She muttered.

"We'll get through this." The Doctor said and put his arm around Rose's shoulders before leaning down to nuzzle her forehead.

They spent several more hours waiting in the cells becoming more and more restless along with everyone else. Luckily they had family members checking in on them every now and again via their family connection. By 5:30am in the morning there was finally some activity. The clanging of cell doors further down and barking of orders caught the attention of Rose and The Doctor. The teenager was woken up by the noise and began to whimper, shaking in fear.

"Oh god!" Rose muttered when she heard and felt the fearful cries of the prisoners. They were going to be transported to the Slave Facility, but Rose couldn't kick the feeling something bad was going to happen. So, in a panic, she turned her attention to The Doctor. "I need to go full Bad Wolf." She told her bond-mate.

"What?" The Doctor exclaimed in shock. "Where did that come from?" He had no idea why Rose would suddenly want to involve Bad Wolf in this situation. It would be a terrible idea.

Rose rolled her eyes. "Why do you think!" She bit back and nodded her head towards the cacophony of noise. "I know we're not alone in this, but I've got this nagging sense of danger. Especially after that guard threatened you. I need full use of Bad Wolf."

But The Doctor shook his head, his brown eyes wide and panic oozing off him. "Rose, you can't. What if it's too dangerous for the baby!" He worried.

"And what if it's not?" Rose said to him. "Bad Wolf is a part of me, wouldn't it protect our baby?" She could see that her bond-mate wasn't convinced. "We're in trouble and I just want to have Bad Wolf as back-up. Doctor, please!"

The Time Lord looked away with a sigh, thinking. If the cell hadn't been so cramped he would have been up and pacing. The only reason Rose didn't have full use of Bad Wolf was because it was dangerous and it weakened Rose every time she used those abilities. But it twisted his hearts to hear her pleading to him for permission to use it.

The Time Lord was pulled from his thoughts by screaming from a nearby cell, followed by callous laughter by the guards. Rose was right. These people were so terrified that the guards had to force them out of their cells. Decision made, The Doctor turned his attention back to Rose. "Okay, I'll give you Bad Wolf. But please be careful how you use it."

The blonde nodded in agreement, understanding what he meant. So The Doctor reached out and placed his finger tips on Rose's temples.

They both closed their eyes, each one concentrating on their own abilities. It didn't take long for The Doctor to find and uncage the Bad Wolf, then once he eased out of Rose's Mind and opened his eyes he found Bad Wolf's glowing eyes looking back at him.

"Thank you, my Doctor." Bad Wolf spoke in that unearthly way of hers.

The Doctor smiled back uneasily. "Yeah, well, you better keep her well protected." He answered back.

Bad Wolf nodded that she understood and soon turned her attention to everyone else in the cell who were whimpering when they saw her glowing eyes. "Do not fear me," Bad Wolf told them. "I will protect them. I will protect all of you."

The glowing soon dissipated away to Rose's regular brown eyes. She grinned when she felt the immense power inside her thrumming away.

The Doctor let out a relieved sigh, because just as that moment five guards, including the one Jaime had possessed, came to their cell.

One of them noticed the teenage boy was uncuffed. "Hey, what happened to the boy's cuffs?" She enquired as the cell door was unlocked. It was slammed open so loudly that everyone in the cell apart from The Doctor and Rose, either cried out in fear or stayed as far away from the door as possible. "All prisoners in here should be cuffed." She noticed it wasn't just the boy who was uncuffed.

"That would be me!" The Doctor stood up with a smirk, holding all three unlocked cuffs up. "This young man was extremely upset and out of his comfort zone," he nodded at the terrified boy who had practically curled up into a ball. "I decided to help him."

This angered the Angry Guard. "You had no right messing around with State property," he growled out. "Let alone police equipment."

The female guard smirked at the way the prisoner seemed to be testing her colleague's patience. Though she didn't reveal it to the rest of her colleagues she knew who he and his partner were. The Doctor and Rose, the Defenders of Earth.

The Doctor scowled, angry, shocked and disgusted that the teenage boy was now considered as somebody's property. He just couldn't believe it that he had to say something. "He is a Human Being, like everyone else in this cell," he spoke up, voice raised. "He isn't a commodity, neither of them are!"

The Angry Guard's patience had been stretched to the limit. "That is where you are wrong, Slave," the guard spat and pulled his Electro Baton from his utility belt. "None of these Slaves are remotely human as they don't have rights. Now toss over the cuffs and back up against the wall, along with your terrorist bitch."

Not wanting to be prodded with an electro baton, The Doctor threw the three sets of cuffs at the feet of the Angry Guard before stepping back against the wall alongside Rose.

"The rest of you move out!" The guard barked once the cuffs had been picked up. With a tense atmosphere the cuffed prisoners were taken out of the cell and corralled down the corridor by three guards, leaving the Angry Guard and the female guard behind. The Angry Guard glared at the bonded couple before turning his attention to his colleague. "Keep your eyes on these slimy pair while I fetch the equipment." He stormed off and the female guard watched his disappear out of sight.

Once she knew she was alone she stepped into the cell and looked at The Doctor and Rose with a curious expression. "The Doctor and The Defender," she said. "How did you get involved in this mess?"

The bonded couple looked at each other in silent conversation, then The Doctor looked back at the female guard. "Sorry, but do we know you?" He asked.

"Ahh, sorry. Sallie Fahimi of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Undercover."

Rose gawped, shocked and somewhat to be referred as 'The Defender', while The Doctor chuckled in amazement. The Mounties?

"I'm not sure what either of you are doing here, but my team have been undercover in this country for months. And now your presence here risks our operation!" She saw that The Doctor had the good grace to look sheepish.

"I'm sorry, we didn't know," The Time Lord apologised. "We came to sort out another issue and got stuck in this one. We're hoping to start a Revolution from the inside."

Sallie let out a snort of disbelief and shook her head. "Like I said, risky, not to mention very stupid for putting yourselves in danger like this. Slaves, once their will has been beaten out of them, very rarely want to fight back. And if they do it puts them in trouble with their Master. And what the hell did you do to Baz?"

The Doctor was attempting to keep up with this individual that apparently knew him and Rose. Now he shrugged his shoulders, puzzled at the mention of a random name.

"He's been ranting and raving," Sallie continued. "Claims you hypnotised him or attempted to control his Mind in an attempted escape."

She saw The Doctor's eyes light up in understanding. "Oh, him!" The Time Lord uttered. "No, that wasn't me. It was one of my…team…informing us on a plan."

He watched as the undercover Mountie smiled knowingly. "That's right. You're known for travelling with your family or a companion or two," Sallie muttered. "They must be close by somewhere," then she studied both The Doctor and Rose. "And the both of you are clearly an earlier version of The Doctor and The Defender." She added.

Rose really wanted to ask Sallie why she kept calling her 'The Defender', but the sound of clattering metal and raucous laughter caught all their attention.

Eyes wide, Sallie did a quick check on her colleagues before returning her attention to The Doctor and Rose. "Listen, I can't stop what is about to happen to either of you, but I can make it easier for you. Terrorist Slaves are transported differently than the normal slaves. They have to be Slave naked, in bondage and caged." Her colleagues voices were a little louder now, so she took out her Electro Baton from her belt. "So if you have anything precious on you, you might want to hide them in your clothes. I'll send them to whoever is waiting for you."

Rose stared in dumbfounded shock while The Doctor grimaced and shifted on his feet uncomfortably. He was not looking forward to this.

"What? We have to take our clothes off?" Rose asked.

Sallie nodded. "I'm sorry. It has to be this way. No exceptions."

While Rose took her ring and earrings off and placed them in the pocket of her trousers, Sallie took in the situation with her colleagues. They were just coming through the doorway with the cages and manacles.

"Rose is pregnant!" She heard The Doctor say in desperation.

Sallie looked at him, stunned just for a moment. "Then I'll make her as comfortable as possible," she answered the Time Lord, saddened that she had run out of time to give them further warning. She brought her baton up and stood in a threatening manner. "Now do as you're told and take those goddamn clothes off!" She demanded, voice raised and changed to sound more Texan.

"The Terrorists giving you trouble are they?" Baz questioned from halfway down the corridor. "Want me to give them a bit of persuasion?"

The Doctor shuddered at the way the Angry Guard said it. He imagined the man was going to be trouble.

"No, I can handle it." Sallie called back, motioning with her batoned hand, silently telling them to strip off.

With extreme reluctance, The Doctor and Rose had no other choice than to take their clothes off. The bonded pair stripped off while doing their best to ignore the other guards leering at them or the cages sitting at their feet. They comforted each other mentally. Once they were completely naked they stood against the wall, Rose covering her breast with her arms across her chest. The Doctor stood with a stoic expression on his face, everything on show.

Baz the Angry Guard stepped into the cell, looking at Rose with a viscous smirk. "Arms at your sides, Slave." He commanded. "I want to see all of you!" Glaring at the Angry Guard, Rose put her arms at her sides, revealing her breasts to him. The cold air was chilling her nipples. "You won't be glaring like a Devil Child for long," the Angry Guard spat back. "Once your Master has beaten the attitude out of you, you'll be the perfect little Fucktoy."

Sallie rolled her eyes at her colleague's threats and turned her attention back to the naked pair in front of her. She could have sworn she saw a hint of a weird glow in the Defender's eyes. And now The Doctor was scowling at Baz.

Taking in their naked forms, Sallie noticed that The Doctor was very skinny, yet lean and muscly. He reminded her of Flat Stanley. He had a dusting of hair on his chest and a thick amount of pubic hair. His testicles were a nice size while his penis was soft. All ten inches of it. As the The Defender…Rose…she had an impressive pair of breasts that weren't overly large. Her nipples were looking quite perky. When Sallie looked down at her stomach it revealed that she was indeed pregnant. There was a small bump showing. And finally, looking at her vagina, also revealed she kept herself neat and tidy.

"Alright, turn around and face the wall, hands behind your head." Sallie ordered and The Doctor and Rose did what they were told. Out of the corner of her eye she saw her colleague move towards The Defender with an intent of fondling her. "Baz!" She barked at him. "We don't have time for that. Go fetch one of the cages."

With a disappointed glower on his face, Baz the Angry Guard stalked off to fetch the cage. As Sallie approached Rose, another guard came into the cell with a pile of interconnected manacles.

Rose flinched slightly when she felt someone grab her arm, but she relaxed again once she knew it was Sallie. "Take it easy," the woman said for her benefit. "Now take a couple of steps away from the wall." Rose did as she was told and found herself stopped in the middle of the cell. "Now, on your knees." Was the next order. Rose gently eased herself to her knees. She eyed the cage next to her with disgust and didn't notice the guard hand Sallie something to her. But when the female guard crouched in front of her she had Rose's full attention. Especially when she held up the object in her hand.

It looked like it was made of a tough material and had straps on it. "This is a bit gag. It's mandatory for all Terrorist Slaves to wear one. Now open your mouth." Sallie explained and ordered. Rose recoiled at the thought of putting something restrictive in her mouth and she hesitated until she caught The Doctor peeking over his shoulder, looking at her.

*Please, don't fight it, Rose.* He spoke through their bond to her.

*None of this is right, Doctor,* the blonde complained. *I don't like it one bit.*

After a bit more encouragement from the Time Lord, Rose finally opened her mouth and allowed Sallie to place the bit gag and tie the straps around her head. Huffing out of her nose, Rose couldn't help feeling annoyed at the way the gag felt in her mouth. It was painful, it had an awful chemical aftertaste to it and it restricted movement of her tongue. Next came the interconnected manacles. A cold metal loop was placed around her waist and locked. Then her wrists were placed into the manacles and locked. This was followed by the ankle manacles and Rose had to be on her stomach. Luckily Sallie was quick with the job and when she was finished Rose realised she'd been hogtied. She mumbled and huffed indignantly.

The Doctor took a quick glance at his bond-mate. If they were anywhere else right now he would find her situation to be arousing and he'd be hard as the Rod of Rassilon. But they were in a terrible situation so he remained soft and unaroused. He watched as Sallie and her colleague picked up Rose with ease and placed her in the cage, on her side. No-one commented about this luckily. And he was heartened to see that the cage had extra manacles to tether her in place to stop her from rolling about. But he soon felt his hearts constrict sadly when the cage door was locked and the cage she was in was taken into the corridor and placed onto a transport cart.

"My turn!" The Angry Guard spoke with a callous smile and approached the Time Lord.

Grimacing, The Doctor looked away and tensed himself for a bad situation.

The Angry Guard known as Baz stopped a half foot away from The Doctor in all his nakedness. "Right, you lanky demon bastard. Turn around now." He ordered.

The Doctor did as he was told, glaring at the guard with his hands still behind his head.

Baz glared back at The Doctor still with the callous smile. "What are you looking at, Slave?" The Angry Guard snapped and took a step closer to The Doctor. "When you're taken into the Slave Facility you will be going to lose these," Baz reached out and grabbed The Doctor's testicles, squeezing hard enough for it to hurt. He was disappointed to only hear a grunt, not to mention he remained stoic. Baz squeezed even harder but that only produced an odd smile. Suspicion began to grow in Baz's Mind that this creature wasn't a normal human. Normal humans scream when their genitals are abused.

For Baz, it was the best sound in the world. "Because all Terrorist Slaves are spayed and neutered immediately!" Baz the Angry Guard grinned sadistically. "Just a pity I won't get to see it because they never use anaesthetic or pain relief."

The Doctor visibly shuddered making the guard laugh. "That scares you does it?" He questioned but was never given an answer. He was fine with that. "Now, get on your knees, Slave." He growled, yanking down on the testicles he held. This time their was a groan from The Doctor and he had no choice other than fall to his knees to ease the pain.

Once the Terrorist Slave was on his knees, Baz the Angry Guard let go of the testicles and instead grabbed a handful of The Doctor's hair and yanked his head back, forcing him to look up at the guard. He let out a tiny hiss of pain and a wince appeared on his face.

"I know it was you that tried to control my Mind, Slave. That tried to force me to let you escape. Well, I came prepared." The guard reached behind him and took something from his belt, holding it up for The Doctor to see.

When he saw it, The Doctor's eyes widened in horror. It was a collar similar to the one that Malohah had been forced to wear. It was the same bulky type, that if he was forced to wear, would inhibit his telepathy. He couldn't go through that again.

"No!" He mumbled at first. "No, no, no, no…" his negative got louder and he quickly pushed the guard away with surprising strength. He got back to his feet with ease, despite his testicles aching quite badly from being squeezed and yanked. The Time Lord automatically moved towards the open cell door in a complete panic. He didn't notice the three male guards rushing him until he was slammed back against the wall, his breath knocked out of him with a pained whine.

Baz the angry guard was now even angrier and he watched The Doctor struggling against the other guards as he took his Electro Baton from his belt. "How dare you touch me, Slave!" He growled out, stormed towards The Doctor and jammed his baton right into The Doctor's testicles, pressing the button.

There was a crackle of electricity and the Time Lord's eyes widened before he let out a pained yowl.

*DOCTOR!* Rose shouted so loud in his Mind he thought he heard the howl of a Wolf.

*I'm fine, I really am!* He cried out in reply as the volts of electricity shot through his crotch and leaving him feeling nauseous. *Don't do anything you're going to regret later.* He could sense she was still struggling, the Wolf snapping it's jaws angrily. *Please, Rose, we've gone through worse. We can get through this.* He sensed her Mind calm down but she was pissed off.

When the electrical pain left him, leaving his testicles aching more than ever, The Doctor looked around, puzzled. He found himself on his knees when he wasn't before and he was still being held firmly by the other guards. Then he looked up at Angry Guard looming over him with the now opened chunky collar and began to struggle again. Though he'd been weakened by the electro baton and before he knew it the collar was around his neck and clicked shut.

"Let him go." He heard Baz the Angry Guard order his colleagues.

The firm grip left his arms and The Doctor immediately sprang to his feet and his hands going to the locked collar, trying to pull it off. He could still sense his connections with his family and the TARDIS. So maybe it wasn't like the one Malohah had worn. "Get this thing off me!" He growled in warning.

"You'd have to stop me first." Baz smugly said, holding up the control device.

A desperate Doctor made a lunge for it, only to cry out when something sharp shot into the back of his neck. His hand went to that area but he couldn't do anything about it.

Seconds later a sharp electrical pain shot down his spine and he found himself falling to the floor with a harsh thud, barely able to feel a thing. Not only that, but now he could feel all his telepathic connections disappear to a dull thudding headache, all his abilities like his Time Sense had been dulled. He couldn't sense or feel a thing. The Doctor whined at the strange sensation.

"You're probably wondering what happened, Slave," Baz spoke to The Doctor, crouching down in front of him. "The Dampener Collars are used on Terrorist Slaves like yourself, who have Psychic and telepathic abilities. The bolt charge activates when you become violent. You'll gain feeling again in thirty minutes time."

The Doctor whined again and closed his eyes. Thirty minutes was far too long for recovery.

Baz chuckled nastily. "Soon you will be a ball-less pet crawling on your hands and knees. He patted The Doctor's head as if he was a dog.

"Are you quite finished now?" Sallie interrupted her colleagues, her arms folded. She had been stood outside the cell, watching on in bemusement as the other guards abused The Doctor. As for those Dampener Collars, they were the most inhumane thing to be put on a person. She couldn't imagine the amount of pain The Doctor might be in. "Get him gagged, bound and caged. You've wasted enough time already!" She ordered. There was a round of apologies from three of her colleagues.

There was nothing from Baz. Instead he just rolled The Doctor on to his back, took the bit gag from his fellow guard and placed it in The Doctors mouth, tying the straps around his head.

The Doctor glared angrily, huffing at the bland taste of the material in his mouth.

Baz smirked, reached down and once again squeezed The Doctor's testicles hard. This time The Doctor cried out in pain, the after effects of the electro attack shooting through him. He couldn't do anything to defend himself because his body was still numb.

"That's enough Guard Thriparic," Sallie warned him now. "You'll know what'll happen if you damage Slave stock."

Baz the Angry Guard mumbled something out of disappointment and let go of The Doctor. He was rolled back onto his stomach and was soon bound hogtied style in manacles.

The Doctor whined and gasped when he was picked up and dropped into the cage. He was immobilised with extra tethers and the cage door closed and locked. The cage he was in was lifted and placed on top of Rose's cage. He could see there were tears in her eyes and he whined to let her know he was okay. He could feel them being carted off to who knows where.

Sallie let out an exasperated sigh, walked into the cell and picked up the clothes and footwear off the floor. She wondered how close nearby the rest of The Doctor's family were.

"Very close!" Spoke a Scottish accented voice and Sallie let out a surprised cry and whirled around to face the intruder. She was a naturally pale female with dark raven hair and dark eyes. Sallie recognised her as The Omni, The Doctor's daughter. Well, at least one of them. Behind her was a whirling portal in which she came through. She couldn't see what was on the other side.

With a flick of her wrist the clothes flew out of Sallie's arms and disappeared into the portal. "Thank ye, friend of our future, for at least keepin' Rose from serious harm. Yer colleague, I'll deal with him when I'm done." Jaime turned away to walk back through the portal, only to stop and and look back at Sallie. "Where will they be headed?" She questioned.

"The Slave Facility is based at the Port America Industrial Park." She told The Omni. "Strangely enough it used to be an Amazon Warehouse." Sallie added as an afterthought. She watched as The Omni disappeared into the portal, it fizzling away shortly after. Once she was alone in the cell she came to a realisation that Baz Thriparic's cards were marked.
