Author's note:
Hiatus and quick recap on rewrite
Greetings everyone this is the Enderian Historian here speaking, or rather typing out what's going to be happening with the story now. Yet before I speak of that I must say why the rewrite happened for those unaware, or those that do not feel the need to move ahead into a chapter with one little note at the end. The character that Vanelis replaced now no longer exists, as they weren't mine they were someone else. Had a big falling out and thus didn't want them in anymore. Honestly I did have an authors note up before but it had to be removed to prevent, site issues. Thankfully things are much calmer now but this character will no longer be in the story, at all. The name used, at least the first one, perhaps as they don't care for that, I just have yet to find the time and place for it. Yet as for that person, they are a prick and flaunt it, and I have not had a good time with them on some days. there own character represented it and, while on my own fault on 'dumbing down', didn't feel, right to move forward with things yet to be seen. However I shall let bygones be bygones and move on from it as they have.
Now as for the other thing to talk about, the story is being benched for a bit you could say. Now I won't write at all for a while, I just will not post a new chapter when it is finished to add, suspense. Of course it may not be to different with how I normally post chapters but this will be the way for a while. Thus when it comes back a few more chapters shall release every week, on a certain day. What day, I was thinking Thursday, when the time comes. Yet throughout the years of writing, feeling pushed into moving forward into certain, things, at my own pace thankfully, and the struggles of so much with my own mind, it has been, an honor to finally have the world see what I can write. I have improved fights wherever I can, made mini arcs and development of characters feel strong, for the most part, and have finally made something worth a damn for myself. I suffer from mental health issues it is true yet like many out there it doesn't drag me down, instead, I push forward to continue on. Even with that hiccup of a rewrite I still made it through and now I will no longer have a sense of, pressure onto me anymore. Or at the very least I won't have to just, stop writing a character because I myself wasn't approving of it.
I hope everyone who has seen my story, from coast of the east, to the distant west, that your patience shall be rewarded. When will I return, I do not know, what I do know is that this is merely the beginning of the story. I was going to show a new character in the last one but, couldn't fit them in thus they will be revealed in the next one. Above all else I will say this, for expanding the world I have made around this universe, the stories untold, and the past unseen, I shall make side stories. They will be sporadic and, frankly, I do not know when they will be made, but when they come the tales of the Militia and another legend, much older, will be revealed. Yet I will not spoil the story, that is bad design, but all I shall say is this, Shadowsmith's past, has stories within. Stories that can leave the mind wandering, or at least that is what I aim to do.
Well other then that little secret I would answer more things but frankly that can wait. Perhaps when 5,000 views hit something will happen but don't count on it. Thus I have said all that I wish, yes the rewrite was on my fault yet the reason was for the person was a lot of pent up issues on my part and getting fed up with there act, though having poor communication skills. But like I said, bygones are bygones and to dwell any further is a road that must not be taken. So let us all move on, and enjoy the story that we can tell. Yet when the hiatus is over this Document will be removed I'd say about a day or so before the new stuff begins. So when this goes, know that the time for the stories return is soon. Take care my readers, and remember, this is simply the start of something grander.
