PE, 10:10 AM. 16 hours and 50 minutes before the Chaos Wave.

After Algebra was finished and the two girls and Tails went to PE, it was in the girls changing rooms that Amy met Sally and Maria again, along with another girl talking with them.

"Ah, hey mates!" Maria greeted them with an enthusiastic wave. "Meet another girl I think you'll be friends with! She's also my own best friend." She introduced them to another cool kind of girl that reminded them of Nami since she had a purple streak in her platinum blonde hair and clothes with a similar lavender and white theme. But she appeared to be even more stoic for when she offered a hand to shake with, a smile was not present.

"Amber Kinsley. Call me Blaze."

"I called her Blaze because while she's stoic she has passion as hot as fire." Maria explained with a wink. "And she liked the name over Amber so it just stuck."

"Anyway, let's go out and have our first gym experience together." Sally recommended, so the girls went outside where Miles met up again with Amy and Cream.

"Amy, Cream, there's someone you've got to meet! He's my best friend ever, and he's going to defend his title as fastest in the school!"

"Oh, cool?" Amy said with confusion, not sure how his best friend could be that impressive with speed. Sitting down on the bleachers, an older coach stepped to the starting line where three boys stood. She recognized one of them as the school bully, Danny Black, whom she would learn is nicknamed Shadow based on that's how he feels, dark and recluse. Another is a boy with tanned skin and dyed shoulder length hair colored olive green. But the one that most caught her attention is a sophomore whom had blonde hair with a cyan blue streak in his hair, which appeared to be perpetually pushed back like wind always kept it pushed like that. They all looked fairly fit, but the middle boy's legs looked legendary with tight thighs and ripped calves. And his face was so handsome. "Who is that one? In the middle?"

"That's my best friend." Miles answered. "Maurice Hedges. He's the fastest track runner this school has ever seen. He even goes by the name Sonic due to his speed. And he's friendly to just about everyone."

"In fact, he's pretty much best friend's with almost everyone." Sally added. "While Miles is his closest friend, and Maurice and I are just as close, he treats everyone like they're best friends even if he doesn't hang out with them or know them as much."

"Oh. I hope we become friends with him." Michelle smiled from hearing about such a friendly person. "Wouldn't that be nice Amy?"

"Yeah." Amy wasn't entirely listening since she was starstruck by Sonic's handsomeness. Her thoughts were interrupted by the sound of scoffing when Nami and a big guy sat down with them.

"He ain't that great. Not compared to my leader, Jet."

"Jet?"

"Guy with the green hair. He's the leader of the Babylon Rogues, and he's been training hard to overcome Sonic as the fastest. Ain't that right Storm?" Her friend nodded.

"No way Sonic will lose to Jet!" Miles objected. With the bang of a pistol from the coach, the three boys began to run, and to her surprise, they were running faster than she was expecting. They were practically flying across the track, but Sonic seemed to be in a whole other league. Jet was fast, but he was consistently lagging behind farther and farther back. Shadow was close, but Sonic was already a body's length distance away from Shadow by the time they reached a quarter way around the track in no time flat. When Sonic passed the half way mark, the coach waved his flag, signaling the end of the race.

"Drat!" Nami cursed while Storm growled. Miles and his friends meanwhile cheered for their friend having crossed as normal.

"Wow, that was fast!" Amy was impressed with how he ran hundreds of meters in under a minute.

"That's Sonic for you." Miles laughed. "Come on, I'll introduce to you both!" Getting off the bleachers so they could meet the track star, he was talking with Jet whom was trash talking him.

"There's no way you can be that fast! You ain't no Usain Bolt! Why if I was the fastest-"

"But you're not." Maurice interrupted him, being all smug about it. "But hey, you have gotten faster. I could almost see you in my peripheral vision if I turn my head." He laughed at his joke, which just pissed Jet off even more.

"Screw you! I'll be back to settle the score!" The Babylon Rogue leader walked off to his crew, to which Sonic snorted.

"See you next week then." He shrugged as he closed his eyes.

"Hmph, he's just wasting his time." Danny mocked the retreating Jet.

"Yeah, but I always accept the challenge. Besides, he's just fun to mess with." Sonic shrugged again, to which Shadow looked away with indifference. Sonic's great uncle came up and slapped him on the back in a congratulatory way.

"45 seconds Sonic. Any faster and you'll be breaking national records!"

Thanks Uncle Jules." Maurice grinned from the fact. Miles ran up to him as he started praising his best friend.

"Sonic, that was great! I knew you could do it! Also we have a couple of new friends here! Meet Amy Rose and Cream Hopper." He introduced him to the two new girls of the school.

"Pleasure to make your acquaintance. You two likely know my name."

"Yes we do Mr. Sonic." Cream politely answered, but he laughed at Michelle's response.

"What do I look like, a teacher? Just call me Sonic, and I'll call you Cream."

"O-okay." The blonde girl giggled, blushing.

"And Amy, yeah? I'm guessing you're a fan of pink. Amy was shocked.

"How-how'd you know?!"

"Your hair." He chuckled. Amy blushes in embarrassment, having forgotten her hair was dyed. She turned away with a small smile as she brushed some locks behind her ear.

"Oh. Yeah... hehe." Seeing he embarrassed her, Sonic placed a hand on her shoulder.

"Sorry. I wasn't trying to make fun of you. I think your hair looks cool and unique." He gave her a thumbs up. Amy blushed even harder as her smile became more sincere.

"Thanks." They then heard some commotion as two guys started to get into a fight.

"What did you say?!" An angry African American with red dreadlocks shoved Storm, whom scoffed at the contact and he pushed back.

"You heard what I said. Or are those dreadlocks in the way of your hearing?"

"That's it!" The two started to get into a fight which prompted the coach to blow his whistle.

"Hey, break it up you two!" As he went off, Maurice chuckled. "Excuse those two. The one with the dreads is another one of my closer friends. Gabriel Armstrong. We call him Knuckles because he's the best boxer of his class."

"But don't mistake him for your typical knuckle dragging buffoon." Amy jumped when a strong hand landed on her shoulder, and she turned her head to see a tall, big dude with headphones and a gold chain around his neck. "He used to be one of us. Team Chaotix!" He sounded like his voice hasn't decided whether to be high or low yet from puberty.

"Huh, what's Team Chaotix?" She asked, only to once again be spooked by a voice coming from her visual blind spot.

"Team Chaotix is an unofficial detective agency." He sounded much more baritone and deep. Not to mention he looked unique. He had black hair and a skin complexion you'd expect from someone of Mexican or Spanish decent, but his facial structure had a more Japanese look to it. "Here's our card. Victor Green, Espio Watashi and-"

"Me, Grace Platt!" A girl introduced herself by climbing over Victor's back, then jumping off the irate big guy and posed in a cutsie way, showing off her rather small appearance plus black and yellow bee themed look. "But you can call me 'Charmy', because I'm so charming!"

"Charmy, how many times have I told ya not to use me as a platform!" Victor told the smallest member of the group off, to which she just laughed and chuckled. Amy just watched all the chaos that was occuring, and all she had to say was,

"What did I get myself into?" But she said that with a smile and believed that while school probably wasn't going to be normal, it would at least not be boring either. Coach Hedges blew his whistle, and he signaled for everyone to get on the track.

"Alright, let's start off the first P.E class with a one lap race with everyone involved. Every-oh, it's you. Fashionably late again, Scarlett Rouge?" Amy turned to see, and from what she could tell, the utter bombshell of the school called by her fellow classmates. Scarlett Rouge, a 5.9 tall, platinum blonde haired, scarlet lip stick wearing, perfectly toned female with the biggest D cups Amy has ever seen in a PE shirt that must've been deliberately too small. Amy has never been one for jealousy or feeling inadequate, but now that she saw basically what society basically calls female perfection in the flesh, she felt like nothing compared to her looks.

"Pardon moi, Coach." She spoke in a French accent. God, even the way she sounded was seductive like a freaking succubus. "I just wanted to look perfect for my first day. Oh, hello boys." She waved to them as they oogled at her from their spots.

"Aye, Amy. Don't you fall none for that Scarlett, ya hear?" Maria warned Amy. "She may look like a goddess given human form, but she's 'bout as mean as they come. In fact, she's Danny's girl."

"Really?" Cream asked, surprised as she saw Rouge get right next to her boyfriend, nuzzling close to him even though he didn't seem visibly affectionate about it.

"Yeah. Yet despite her mean streak she's got almost all the boys of the school around her middle finger. Just stick with us mates. Sally and the group circle we're in make sure they don't step too far out of line."

"Noted." Amy nodded.

"On your mark! Get set! Go!" Coach Hedges shot off his pistol, and they all ran. Of course Sonic, Shadow and Jet took off like bullets and left everyone else in the dust, but what made everyone except for a few others perform worse was Rouge deliberately running just faster than everyone else so they could get show from her... assets.

"Oh my goodness, it's so hard to run!" She sarcastically complained as she ran with extra step for emphasis. "How am I ever supposed to concentrate with all of you staring at me?" She laughed as they tried to keep their attention off of her while trying to maintain eye contact with he body as she ran a little bit faster.

"Coach, how is this fair for everyone?!" Amy called out to the older man, whom even he was caught in the spell until his name was called out.

"Huh? Uh, right! Scarlett, stop distracting everyone!" Rouge shrugged.

"Oh well, I've had my fun." She then ran ahead far ahead of everyone while the rest tried to get out of her stupor.

"Wait, why are most of the girls back here as well? Isn't she supposed to be the bully along with Danny to this school?" Maria blushed in embarrassment.

"Sorry mate. I told ya to not fall for her... but there's no denying boy or girl she's like a physical siren's call. A simple bounce or perfect sway and the whole room will stare. The only way to not fall for her tricks is if you're male gay or asexual. And as you can see, thems folks ran ahead of her early.

"So she's that perfect huh?" Amy groaned. Hopefully she wouldn't be in all the other classes after this.

Art, 1:20 PM. 14 hours and 40 minutes before the Chaos Wave.

After lunch and a surprisingly boring class with English Professor St. John, she and Cream went to art class where she met the teacher, whom would remind you of those perfect teachers where they look like an angel, and have the personality of one as well. Though given the pink tie-die shirt, the beads and the mixture of natural blonde hair and pink highlights, she must've been the hippie kind of person.

"Good afternoon my class. My name is Mrs. Dawn Flowlight." While she didn't stereotypically sound like a hippie and sounded normal, she did sound calm and laid back. "Since today is the first day of class, you can just make whatever you want with no grades. Just go at it."

"Oh goodie." A big teen with a purple shirt cheered as he clapped. "I'm going to recreate Froggie, my pet frog at home."

"That's real nice Big." A girl with wavy red hair and a color theme of a green shirt and white pants told him.

"Yeah, you draw that frog good!" Another girl encouraged him.

"Big?" Amy asked, looking between the two.

"Isn't that an insult to call someone based on their size?" Michelle inquired.

"He doesn't really mind. His real name is Travis Briggs, but we call him Big because he's a lovable, gentle giant. Oh wait, let me introduce myself as well. I'm Cosmo Birnbalm. It's nice to make some new friends." She offered both her hands to shake with Amy and Cream, which they accepted.

"Cosmo is quite a unique name." Michelle told her.

"Thanks. My parents told me I was born while a star twinkled especially bright, probably a supernova. So they named me Cosmo because I was as beautiful as the night sky I was born under.

"Wait... were you born outdoors?"

"Yeah. We live in the country side and while my parents tried getting me to the hospital, my mom couldn't make it that long, so my birth was more... outdoors and improvised than most."

"Were there any problems?" Cream questioned, interested by this story.

"Nope. They gave birth to a perfectly healthy baby girl, me, and later on gave me the name Cosmo." Then she blushed as she chuckled. "Although, for some time I was embarrassed that I was shared the same name as one of Timmy's fairies in Fairly Oddparents. I did consider myself lucky I wasn't stupid as well." The girls laughed as they talked and made some freestyle art. During which Big asked Amy and Cream,

"Hey, can we and Froggie be friends?"

"Yeah, sure. I'm Amy." Amy smiled, and so did Cream.

"Of course. And I'm Michelle, but you can call me Cream."

"Oh boy, new friends!" He hugged them close, unknowingly crushing his new friends in a hug that was too strong. But the girls were good sports about it as they laughed with effort.

After school, 3:30 PM, 12 hours before the Chaos Wave.

Finally, they were out of school and free from classes for the rest of the day. Amy asked her best friend,

"So Cream, what are you going to do?"

"I'm going to head home and help mom with her plants. You want to come?"

"Nah, I need to do some shopping. This dress almost ruined my reputation beyond repair. I need something less..." She blushed. "...flashy."

"Oh, right. Well, good luck then." She went off towards the bus, and Amy was going to look up which direction the closest mall was on her phone when she heard some cheering.

"Sonic! We love you!"

"Manic, your hair is so cool!"

"Sonia, you pull of that dress so good!" A lone male voice in there complimented. Amy turned to see a group of four girls and one boy following around Sonic, and presumably his siblings as they said hi to the group or gave an autograph on a picture before getting into a family wagon, and their mother drove them off.

"Oh my gosh, Sonic is so dreamy." A blonde girl in a red and black dress gushed.

"Me too! I just love his smile!" A Middle Eastern girl agreed.

"Don't forget Manic. His spiky hair is so cool." A girl with straight red hair and from the looks of it foreign looking clothes that obeyed the school's dress code rules complimented the guy Amy saw that indeed had lime green hair.

"Ah, Sonia." The shortest of them, he had fuzzy black hair with a white shirt and purple pants, he hugged his picture of Sonia.

"Hey, what's all this about?" Amy approached them. The blonde girl noticed her.

"Oh, you must be one of the freshmen here. I'm Cathrine Smith, the leader of the Sonic Underground fan club." She shook Amy's hand, but she was confused.

"Wait, Sonic's in a band?"

"Oh my gosh yes!" Cathrine gushed once more. "They're a rock band who plays small gigs just for the fun of it at affordable prices. But first, introductions. That girl is Tikal Araullo, a girl that moved from the Philippines when she was young. Small one is named Chip Brown, but don't let his size fool you. He's got a big heart. Over here is Shahra Shapiro, our newest recruit by a few years. Fun fact, she just loves anything to do with genies. So of course her favorite movie is Aladdin. So, do you have any questions?"

"Yeah. Your group sounds pretty cool. What instruments do they play?" Tikal spoke up.

"Sonic is the lead singer and plays guitar. Manic plays the drums and Sonia plays keyboard."

"They've been playing since Middle School!" Chip told Amy. "And we loved them ever since!" Shahra spoke after.

"They are so talented. If they went on to become the next biggest rock band of the US, that would be a big dream come true."

"Hey, you want to come with us?" Cathrine asked Amy. "They're hosting a party at their place."

"Sure. Oh, before we go, where's the closest shopping mall? I can't wear this dress anymore." All the girls adopted looks of understanding.

"Oh yeah, I heard about that. Didn't know that was you." Cathrine took her hand. "Come on, we're going to show you some of the hottest clothes we can find for you." Amy smiled.

"Thank you so much."

Home, 8:00 PM, 7 hours and 30 minutes before the Chaos Wave

Returning home, Amy entered her home before her parents showed up. Today sure was interesting. But hey, she sure made a lot of new friends. She opened her phone on the way up the stairs to see she had gotten about 15 new numbers from her friends. From Sally, to Maria, to Cathrine to... lovely sigh, Sonic. Something about him just made her heart flutter. Especially after watching them sing in a way that made her feel like such a fangirl like never before.

"Must be love at first sight." She giggled at how cliche that sounded, but she couldn't help how she felt. Going to her room and putting her backpack down next to her door and her phone on the night stand, she got out of her dress, putting it way far in the back so that she could hopefully forget the horrifyingly humiliating outfit, and did some homework until her parents came home and cooked dinner. In the middle of the night though, while Amy was having a pleasant dream in the middle of the night, that was when the ground shook for a moment before a loud kaboom. Not only that, it sounded like something loud and chaotic was coming as Amy woke up abruptly with fright.

"Ah! What was that?!" She ran to her window and opened the blinds, only to se-

A/N: And thus the Chaos Wave finally came. So, this is where I need some help. I do have some idea with where to go with this. By the time she wakes up, Amy realizes she's changed into her canon hedgehog form, and just in time before G.U.N comes in to take away Amy and her parents which is when she tries to escape, unfortunately without her parents. Not killed, just taken into custody. She and Cream meet up and... I don't know where to go from there. Realistically this would be too soon for the Freedom Fighters to form but I don't know how to write about mass chaotic panic with what's going on or how Amy will meet up with her other friends... there's too many variables for me to focus on. What should go on from here? Please review, and hey, if you like where I'm going with this story, tell me what you'd like to see eventually. I can't guarantee when I'll get to it down the line, but any help establishing a timeline so that this feels like a good story would help. I would appreciate that so very much.
