Update on the status for "Secrets"
Firstly I want to say sorry for not posting on any of my stories for so long.
So I want to make some changes to how "Secrets" is working out. Currently while it is entertaining it is a miss-mash of randomness that I feel needs to be tightened up. I also wish to expand and add in some events making things more robust.
I also want to standardize more of Glynda's reactions... upon rereading the opening chapter she seems rather indifferent, and that needs to be corrected. Her objections need to be stronger... for reasons.
I want to fix Pyrrha's uncharacteristic reactions to Jaune's real nature. Yes she should be shocked and upset but not so violent or bitchy about the discovery.
I want to remove the obvious mistake in Ozpin informing the other Headmaster's of Jaune's existence.
The method/catalyst for the transformation is also going to be changed. I'm going to move from a ritual to an artifact. The reason for it's use will remain the same as the reasoning behind using the ritual... to hide Jaune in plain sight. I feel a dormant cycle will be reasonable for fem!Jaune exposures. Such as after 21 days of continuous use the artifact shuts down to recharge for an extended period of time, which I think a week would make it a good ratio.
The gun-heels are going to stay., but I'm going to make Jaune a little more skilled with firearms, not to an extreme level, but enough that her interest in the gun-heels as an accessory feels more inline with how she is.
Jaune will still be a skilled dancer and gymnast.
I need to play up Jaune's internal struggle/stress to make the events of the last chapter more reasonable to have happened.
So I'm looking at a fair bit of work to revise the story as it is.
