Hey y'all! Welcome back to "Can You See All of Me?"! Back with another chapter! Hope y'all are still liking it. I am going to let y'all know this right now: This will be one of my last stories here on Fanfic. Once this is finished, along with "Security Has Been Breached" and "Life at the Pizzaplex", I will not be posting any more stories on here. Instead I will start posting my stories exclusively to AO3 (I'm even thinking of moving my older stories over there as well). Just thought I would give any readers who like my stories a heads up. Enjoy the chapter!
Disclaimer: Encanto and its characters belong to Disney. FNAF Security Breach and it's characters belong to Scott Cawthon and Steel Wool Studios. Plot belongs to me.
Warnings: swearing, slow burn gay relationships, some violence in later chapters, mentions of anxiety and mental conditions
"Ugh…" said Bruno, stirring slightly. He felt himself being moved and felt an odd warmth nearby. He hesitantly opened his eyes, finding himself being carried. Looking up he saw a familiar face looking down at him worriedly. "F-Freddy?"
"Don't speak… You need to rest….." said Freddy, frowning. He and the others had followed Antonio back to the alley, finding Bruno having a panic attack and Victor fleeing the scene after he had been thwarted by none other than Montgomery Gator, who had somehow found the Encanto with the others. The party sadly had to be shut down early, but thankfully the rest of the town was very understanding and were more worried about the youngest of the triplets than the party.
"Freddy, this way… come, come…" said Alma, leading everyone to Bruno's room. She opened the door, allowing Freddy in first so the bear could set Bruno on his bed. She sat beside them, gently brushing Bruno's hair from his face.
"W-What happened? I…. VICTOR!" said Bruno, his eyes snapping fully open and immediately sitting up. He was clearly replaying what had happened earlier and was beginning to have another panic attack. Pepa and Alma almost jumped in, but Freddy was faster and quickly embraced Bruno, comforting him.
"Easy Bruno, it's alright…. The townspeople are out looking for him, being led by Félix….. he can't hurt you anymore…" said Freddy calmly, his ears lowering as he felt Bruno shaking. Thankfully however, Bruno did start to calm down, slowly relaxing in Freddy's arms. Alma gently placed a hand on Freddy's arm, then turned to Pepa.
"Pepa, please go check on the others… make sure Antonio and the younger kids get to bed… it's late, and we'll want to speak to our guests properly…" Alma said, frowning. Pepa didn't argue, but nodded and stood, giving her brother a reassuring smile before heading out. Alma soon followed, allowing Freddy to continue comforting Bruno until Bruno fell asleep. Once the 51-year-old was fast asleep, Freddy hesitantly and gently laid him down and stood, slowly and carefully leaving the room and closing the door behind him. He sighed, then took a deep breath and headed downstairs.
"FREDDY!" shouted a couple of voices as he entered the kitchen, flashes of pink and white and yellow and red nearly tackling the bear to the ground. Freddy laughed slightly and managed to keep his footing, hugging the two tightly.
"Chica! Sun!" he said, turning his attention to the other two who was watching with the Madrígals who were still up. "Monty! Roxy! What are you all doing here?! Last Gregory and I saw you, you were broken and burning with the Pizzaplex!" Freddy said, overjoyed to be reunited with his friends and bandmates.
"Yeah, well, you can thank the DJ and Sunny for that…. DJ got us out of that burning mess and Sunny surprisingly knows a lot about fixing fellow animatronics…" said Roxy, looking over her claws. Monty huffed, crossing his arms.
"As for what we're doin' here, we were lookin' for you! You just left us behind!" said Monty, growling at Freddy. Freddy's ears lowered.
"I do apologize Monty, but the fire was spreading too quickly and I had to get Gregory out….." explained Freddy, putting his hands up defensively. Chica could feel the tension rising and quickly stepped in.
"Well, we're just glad your safe! We need to get you back home! Fazbear Entertainment-" she started, grabbing Freddy's hand. She paused when Freddy gently removed his hand from hers.
"Fazbear Entertainment doesn't care about us… If they did, they never would've decommissioned Bonnie and Foxy…. They only care about making money off of us… besides, they have dozens of copies of me they can use….." said Freddy, frowning and narrowing his eyes slightly.
"The hell you talkin' about Fazbear?! Fazbear Entertainment has been looking all over for ya!" said Monty, glaring at Freddy.
"They're only looking so they can put me back on stage to make money for them, like a performing monkey… I learned the truth while traveling with Gregory… I've seen all the newspaper articles, read about the murders and cover-ups….. I'm not going back to working for a company who only cares about their reputation…. Besides, I can't leave Gregory… he needs me…" said Freddy, his ears lowering as he thought about all of the horrible things he had learned about the company that had built him and his friends.
"Bah, who cares about the kid?! He's the reason we were broken in the first place! Besides, he'll be fine here with these people, so just come back with us and perform!" snapped Monty, rolling his eyes. Freddy immediately felt anger boiling inside him, not able to believe what he was hearing. He stepped forward and grabbed Monty by the neck of the torso part of his suit, pulling him forward so they were nose to nose.
"How dare you speak of Gregory like that! He did what he needed to do to survive! He's a child Montgomery Gator, and he's more important to me than anything else right now! HE'S my priority! Get you temper in check and start actually caring about someone other than yourself!" Freddy snapped before shoving Monty to the floor. Chica gasped, shocked at the outburst her friend just displayed. Roxy's jaw dropped, the sight of the normally calm and docile Freddy Fazbear letting his temper take over taking her by surprise. Sunny immediately began freaking out, trying to stop his friends from fighting, and Monty just sat there, staring up at Freddy with wide eyes.
"I'm with Freddy on this one!" said Félix, having gotten back from the search for Victor. He stepped up and placed a hand on Freddy's should, partly to show support and partly to help the bear calm down.
"I do too! Gregory is a child….. Freddy is the closest thing to a father he's ever had, and he deserves to stay with him!" said Agustín, stepping up as well. Monty growled as he got to his feet.
"You can't be serious?! Chica, talk to him!" ordered Monty, looking over to the chicken animatronic.
"….. honestly Monty….. They're kinda right…. That boy's obviously formed a bond with Freddy… who are we to separate them?" asked Chica, flinching as Monty growled at her. Isabela and Pepa quickly stepped between them while Freddy shot Chica a grateful look. Monty snarled, turning so his back was to them.
"FINE! Stay with that brat! See if I care!" said Monty, storming out of the room, Casita opening the doors so he didn't break them down. Freddy finally began to relax, his ears lowering a bit as Roxy walked over to him.
"Freddy….. I get it… Monty's a meathead, so I don't blame you if you don't listen to him, but at least listen to me…. Gregory is important to you, and I understand you want to stay with him, but….. what about us? We came all this way to find you… don't you care about that?" the wolf asked. She tried to keep her neutral expression, but Freddy could see sadness in her eyes. He looked at her, lowering his head as he couldn't quite answer her yet.
"That's enough….. Now is not the time for such things…. Too much has happened tonight…. Come, I will show you three to some of the guest rooms Casita created….. If the gator wishes to return, he will have one as well….." said Alma, gently gesturing everyone else to head to bed as well. Félix patted Freddy's shoulder and the others gave him encouraging looks as they headed out, Freddy looking up as Julieta gently took his hands in hers.
"They will come around Freddy… If they're truly your friends, they'll come around….." she said, giving him a soft smile before heading to bed herself. Freddy sighed as he eventually followed, pausing in the courtyard and looking up at the moon. He hoped Julieta was right. He really did.
Oh shit, Freddy actually lost his cool! Guess Monty should watch his mouth from now on. No translations today y'all.
