In a thrift shop in the city where Ashley lived, Ashley stood in front of a display case. The stuff inside was locked off except for one thing on top of it: a very-strange children's book.
"All right Ashley, you can do this," she whispered to herself before glancing over at the sleeping clerk. She quietly grabbed the book and glanced over at two girls at the shop window who were watching her. They were her two "friends" Vexy Notting and Julia Sacajewelia.
Vexy had light brown skin and red curly hair in a ponytail and wore a white T-shirt with their school's logo on it, a plaid red skirt, long plaid socks and red Scottish brouges. Julia also had light brown skin and short brown hair. She wore a white blouse with her green jacket tied around her waist, a wrist watch on her left arm, short white socks and brown leather shoes.
As Ashley glanced at the two girls, Vexy gave her a double thumbs up while Julia held a mischevous smile. Ashley slipped the book into her backpack and awkwardly walked out of the shop.
Later, the three girls were in the park. It was near quiet except for the wind blowing and a few crickets hidden in the grass. No one spoke a word as Ashley opened the book she took. There was an array of bright flashing lights …
Ashley woke up with a start and tried to catch her breath. "Guys guys guys," she breathed out. "I just had the craziest dream that I was trapped in a world of living car- oh."
She stopped when she saw the three characters in front of her.
"Right."
Now you guys are probably a little confused with this short chapter. Well since I've been busy with other stuff lately, I've decided to help you guys keep your hype down by installing these sneak peeks; one from each episode (except for the first one because that's already been done) every other week for a while.
